Very comfortable hotel located in core of Helsinki. Excellent service by staff members. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Nespresso machine in rooms for morning coffee. We recommend paying for the optional breakfast as it is very high quality. Close to shopping, tram line, design district and ferry terminal.

Nice place with very friendly staff plus the great location which’s very close to square market.

What a beautiful surprise. Definitely a 5 star boutique hotel. Big modern rooms with great lighting. Absolutely helpful and friendly staff… lovely breakfast. It is our best find after touring Scandinavia for 4 weeks. What a way to finish.

We had a great Stay in Helsinki and the Hotel Fabian played an important Part. Great Location, good Breakfast, clean and modern Room.

Really lovely hotel. The room was modern, clean and very spacious. Great location, near the centre of Helsinki. The breakfast is very nice, lots of choice and available almost all morning. Late check out of 12 which is great. And most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast may look basic but it is not at all, to the contrary, it is exquisite, healthy and artisanal, prepared by friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has no room for a fitness but their sister hotel at warm-up distance has one, Lilla Roberts, I guess. A rack full of books, and free wireless Internet access, and always warm…

Small luxury boutique hotel, right in the heart of Helsinki. Welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious and elegantly furbished room, equipped with all the amenities and comforts. Very high recommended.

Good structure in Scandinavian style, modern and cozy with very nice staff.

Design oriented hotel with incredible breakfast that changed each morning. Kitchenette limited to a microwave and some dishes. Staff very professional and helpful. Underfloor heating in bathroom is a treat.

We travelled Finland, Sweden and England and this was the best hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly and could not do enough to make our stay the best. Awesome!

Great location and great breakfast, but the room pictures on the website are very misleading. We did not need a kitchenette so booked the Style room, believing that it would be a step up from the Comfort room. Our room could not have been any smaller. Even the Comfort rooms on the website show a bench or chair, and the Style rooms a couch or chairs. Our room had no bench, no chairs, no couch, nothing but a bed and a desk. We even went back down to the front desk to ask if we were in the right type of room. We were told that yes, we were in a Style room and could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked. Disappointing.

Beautiful little hotel with very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was very nice. We had a lovely room with big windows — the only issue for us was that we could not open them so we found the room a little hot and stuffy. We would stay again (in a room with an opening window! ).

This place was amazing! Didn't have a lot of amenities, but it was a great hotel with comfortable, clean rooms & a great staff. Difficult to describe, but it seemed that they anticipated every need a first may have. I can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely hotel, super rooms with very comfortable beds and great shower rooms. Excellent breakfast and very, very friendly and helpful staff. The only minus charging guests €4.50 for a nespresso shot in the reception, a bit mean! Very central and convenient.

Beautiful boutique hotel – comfortable room. The décor throughout is clean and modern and I was very happy with the size and layout of my room (see my attached photos) – and the bed was very comfortable! Fabian is perfectly located in a very quiet and nice part of the city. The historical centre, prime shops and the waterfront are a short walk away. Staff is always helpful and always smiling.
