Cottage of flavor years ' 90 with beautiful sea view, quiet, relaxing. Recommended.

Very high level of service, for relatively not expensive price. Good location for the city and the lake. The restaurant has a street veranda facing west, so the sunsets on the dinner create a pleasant picture.
Free saunas are separate, but you can rent a private one. In all cases there is a convenient access to the lake.
The rooms are spacious with a good renovation, many with a balcony and bathroom.
Free parking is available right at the entrance.

What a lush! Get what you pay for… we were in a deluxe suite with water views… just breath taking… the restaurant served delicious and well prepared food and the bfast was vast and with plenty of options. Staff was really pleasant and helpfull… the location was idyllic … away from the city but within a short tram trip!

Great place, calm location, nice views. Easy to have a walk on the shore. Good bed, average pillows. The breakfast is good with a lot of choice. Very good services! Taxi are always waiting in front of the hotel. Tramway nearby.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF & LOVELY SEA VIEW FROM THE ROOM! I stayed in an deluxe room with Panoramic view of the ocean. The hotel is definitely on the pricier side. The room was clean and bigger compared to Hilton strand. The mid-night sunset view from the window was a sight to behold! Although the room looked pretty modern, the premises are old and need updating especially the galleries. The staff was super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Daily breakfast buffet had plenty to options to chose from be it cheeses, sandwich bar, sweets or tea/latte. The restaurant itself offers a great view of Ocean which dining with plenty of great options. I specially liked their Grilled goat cheese pasta! There is a city tram right outside the hotel premises to take you to the heart of the city. That being said, it takes approx 35 min from tram to get to the downtown or 10 min via taxi. So the location is not as convenient as Hilton Strand! I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind the distance from downtown because the views makes up for more than you lose!

The rooms could do with a little upgrade, but they're clean, comfortable and quiet, and they have a mini bar, which is a rarity these days, yet highly appreciated when you check in at 1am! Super friendly and service-minded staff, and the classic Hilton breakfast. There's a sauna and pool too, although I didn't have time to try it.

A nice hotel with its own lagoon, with close proximity to the city center. Temperature in the room can be quite cold, however, due to centralized heating. That makes the fireplace at the lobby an extremely interesting option if one wants to enjoy extra warmth while doing some reading.

Better than expected. Great views, cousy spa area with pool and sauna. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast incl nutella (always a must). Got a great price as well when joining the Hilton club.

Like almost all Hilton hotels The quality is very high. High professionalism at the reception, excellent breakfast and quality indoor restaurant. The only flaw that makes lose in my opinion a star is the preparation of the rooms that would require a renewed. The eye and the cross are at least 20 years old. Not all rooms enjoy the view of the bay, so if you want it, make sure you first. Covered parking at €20 per night, in winter I would say basic.

Liked the heated floor in the bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Bed had a hard mattress, but was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy tram ride into downtown.

Good quality Hilton hotel. Personnel will bend backwards to accommodate you. Its a bit old though so you see some wear and tear in some places. Breakfast is fantastic.

The view from the room is great. There are parks and a lake near the hotel which is great. It is a bit far from centre of Helsinki.

Stay in basic room in August 2015. Rooms are nice and clean, but has seen better times. We had for example a broken armchair in our room (it collapsed when I moved it). Location is peaceful. It takes about 15minutes by tram to citycenter.

I enjoyed my stay. But I lost my jacket when I left my luggage at the reception. Pls help me find it. The staff was polite but not helpful. I need my jacket on the flight back as I get cold on board.

A classy place! The hares and the loons run directly under Windows. The breakfasts are great. :)

Very nice hotel, well situated in a picturesque location near City Centre, good breakfast, good food in the restaurant, but the selection is small and quite expensive. Quiet nicely.

Housed in the sea wing: very nice, large, well equipped rooms with fantastic sea-view. Wi-Fi. U very nice helpful staff. Dogs are welcome. Very extensive breakfast buffet with a flair of bygone eras. Super tasty.

Disregarding the fact I traveled on my own this time, the stay at Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa hotel was enjoyable. Furthermore I was quite intrigued by the observation that families with children, newly weds, businessmen, "loners" alike had wonderful time here.

Rooms clean. Breakfast a complete zoo. Asked to sit in lobby and clean my own table before getting food from the buffet. Very poorly done.

I have stayed here a few times and always find the stay pleasurable. The service is great, the room — pleasant to the eye and the view across the sea is lovely also. There is only one thing that I "miss": there are no shops around and no kiosks in the hotel in case you might want to buy newspapers.

If you like a nice hotel in a green/natural environment compromising the distance to the city — the hotel is perfect. Most rooms with see view, good size and quiet. Very nice bar and restaurant. You can jump into the see in front of the pool and sauna (small). Good running possibilities. Also boots are available. In 500m distance is also a nice restaurant on the see. Breakfast is good but has little room for improvement.

Nice play to get away with most significant other; good kitchen and romantic scenic view.

Rooms and bathrooms nice. Location is a bit out of the way. Very few food options and no ATM. Walkable to the tram service to get you into town. Front desk was a bit hit or miss. Good breakfast choices.
