Fantastic hotel — very clean. Staff were helpful & food was great (especially breakfast choice).

We went a few years ago. Great hotel to stay. We had a big room with a balcony. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good too.

Nice hotel… but at this point of time… No housekeeping services after 2 pm… Good for kids… you can do shopping in hotel also… Nice bar and Casino!

A very nice hotel. The rooms are furnished to feel comfortable, the staff very attentive and polite. The kitchen was excellent and internatinal as well as eatery. Centrally located with private parking and plenty of bars nearby. The bar is also worth taking a pay note.

I would come back to this hotel. It is in the centre of the town, everything is easy to get to. The rooms were just stunning. The shower was lovely, the plug didnt work in our bath but that was okay. The staff were friendly. The bar in the pub was nice too with the waitresses being helpful. The breakfast werent too bad there is always something there for people even for my fussy son. You can even make your own waffles. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. The transfer from the airport wasnt too long either.

Santa's Hotel is the best to stay in Rovaniemi & Lousto. In Rovaniemi, it is located in the heart of the city. And in Lousto, our hotel room has its own sauna. So convinient to warm up again after a long walk specially it was winter when we came here.

This place is nice, the hotel is very easy to find, large, there are bus transfers at the airport. The downstairs restaurant is convenient.

Comfortable hotel in the city centre on the pedestrian street. Good location. Rooms are simple but nice. A lot of conference facilities, but it's not easy to find the conference rooms, you need somebody who'll show the way to meeting participants. Buffet breakfast is good enough too.

The hotel is very nice with comfortable and spacious rooms. Perfect location. They should improve the quality and variety of the breakfast. That's just why I don't give perfect score.

Good hotel with good rooms. Located near a river and many restaurants. Small toffee's are kept on the pillows as Santa's gifts. Small but nice value addition. Health faucets have been newly added for Asian visitors. They are connected to the water point at the tap of the wash basin. In order to use them the tap at the basin must be turned on.

In the middle of Rovaniemi, it has a great lobby and the staff is very courteous. I would say a good hotel.

4 * Hotel located in the centre of Rovaniemi with restaurants, bars, casinos, sauna. Unwelcoming environment, even less considering the Christmas period and the name it brings. Dinner at Buffett. Except last night. Tacky and low-value food. Clean Hotel. We had room 602. Carmelo, to say the least. They gave us two current-powered oil heaters. A mega L pillow covered a frightening draft of the window. Clean bathroom. The shower leaked water from all sides. Too bad. It's certainly not a 4 *. The name deceives.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is accessible to restaurant, supermarket and shopping malls.

Only lacks the bathrobes for the sauna.

From start to finish not great at all for what we paid… 2 adults. 2 children. Over £4K for 4 nights. Check in: Good. Rooms: Two single beds and a sofa made into a make shift bed for children. Restaurant: Shocking. If you are to book a stay here do bed and breakfast! There are plenty of places to eat out for dinner. If you are doing excursions a daily meal should be included. Dinner at this hotel is the worst I have seen. 3 cold choices mainly salad and chick peas and 3 hot food to choose from 1 being rice or pasta the others being nothing spectacular. Nothing for children. Rude staff and very ignorant waiting staff. Prepare for a messy breakfast also. Plates piled high on tables and staff stood drinking and talking…

Salla from Front Office made our stay wonderful! All her tips and advice were very helpful. Comfortable beds, breakfast variety was good. There is a small playroom for kids, and free sleds to ride around the hotel. Try the reindeer pasta in the restaurant, delicious! Great location! Room's floor could be more clean.

Alberto very nice and elegant, in the middle of the main street of Rovaniemi, is also fort of a nice meeting room.

The hotel is located in the centre of Rovaniemi; The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, with Finnish Saina on the fifth floor. In reception you can buy nice souvenirs at prices equal to other shops.

Good quality Hotel in the center of the town of Rovaniemi. Clean and spacious rooms, courteous and smiling staff. Good breakfast. To climb a star should offer at least a bathrobe, slippers and some bathroom products…

The hotel is well positioned on the pedestrian street in the city centre, opposite to the platform of Bus No. 8th and Airport bus to Santa Claus village. The hotel is affordable, includes breakfast, the room is fully equipped, the 5 floor has a sauna and is open at 5-8 o ' Night every evening. The only drawback is that the noise in the street and the next room will affect the rest.

Breakfast buffet to die for. Staff very friendly, receptionist very helpful going out of her way to put us at ease n on right track. Sure it's Grand.

Quick and friendly check in, pleasantly appointed and spacious room, comfy bed (though the pillows are a bit odd, but that seems to be a Scandinavia thing). Wi-Fi is free but sluggish. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Also actual bathtub, Imma have a bath! :)

Good location, central to all of the intown sights. Most attractions are about a 10-15 minute walk. Rooms are comfy and spacious, but the beds are a bit thin, even by northern Europe standards. Included breakfast buffet is okay, but nothing to write home about.

Nice central location. Blinds are not good enough to block out the late night sunlight. One of the handles in the bath was broken. The bath/shower was extremely slippery and I almost had several accidents. The beds were very comfy. Needed more Power points on my side of the bed — had to run an extension lead to my side. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Dinner was not as good as we had come to expect as the vegetables were not replenished so we did not have enough even though more meatloaf was brought out.

The location of the hotel is great, on the central square of Rovaniemi. The service was also very good and kind. The design is OK, but nothing special. There is a free small sauna in the hotel, and a small casino. Unfortunately, the sauna is separated for men and women. The rooms are big enough and clean, but the beds were horrible. First, there are only two twin beds, instead of one double bed, and at the moment you simply sit on them, they slip aside. The mattress and pillows were also very uncomfortable. Concerning the breakfast and dinner, I was quite satisfied, although I'm usually picky. The variety was limited, however I had always been able to find something suitable for me. But, if you came a bit later, you could find yourself waiting quite a long time until the waiters refill it. I know that some of our group were very unsatisfied with the meals, but apparently it is a matter of taste.

What a wonderful experience. If you love Christmas, this is the place to be. Friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms and a great breakfast buffet. I hope to return again!

Great place to stay while waiting for the jump to Cape North. It is an international gathering place.

Checked in there for a room in there hostel at another address. Nice staffs. In the reception hall there's a corner where they sell some small and nice souvenirs.

Villa Hanhi, a nice cabin with everything you need for a winter holiday.

I have participated a few events held in their conference premises and I can really recommend them. Meeting rooms are spacious and stylish. Moreover, the hotel staff is kind and helpful. The quality of food served in the restaurant is excellent.
