I had the pleasure of staying at The Waterfront for the past 4 nights and I just have to point out of what an amazing set of staff and excellent service rendered towards all guests. You surely have the Bula spirit and kudos to Tanoa for heavily investing in its main asset, it’s people. Special mention to Maureen, Apakuki, Abdul, Karalaini, Chantelle, Prajeeta and the bravest yet kind woman ever, Ms Lata of Echo Security. Thank you all for making me feel at home. 5/5. I have stayed at the Waterfront countless times over 10 years and the service is better than ever. The staff are all wonderful people, friendly and professional and they looked great dressed up for Easter Sunday.

It was good… but could've done better… I just gotta say, dont treat local guests any different from international ones. I can see that clearly to some of the staff there… I hope they know what tourism is all about when boaders are closed at the moment… 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

One of the worst experience I had today out of many visits, always have been superb food and service. However for some reason today was very disappointing, we ordered a pizza with the service staff with no capsicum but add pineapple instead, upon the long wait the order had capsicum in it and no pineapple added, we told the wait staff about it and she was least bothered, the pizza was taken from the table and we expected it to be better this time but it turned out to be worse they didn’t even remove the capsicum but added pineapple to it and it seemed to be really unprofessional, if I ate the pizza and I had some allergy reaction it would come to the worst scenario. If the restaurant was busy it would be understandable but it was only three tables at that time. We had to leave the food and go eat elsewhere.

Wow the rooms were spacious, clean, air con was nice friendly staff Front Office Reception Rusila ad Vula vinaka vakalevu, peaceful surrounding, car park not only that they gave us an early check in and a late check out. For the 3 rooms and the two night stay during our stay there for the wedding. The pool was great. Vinaka vakalevu Tanoa.

Love the setting, facilities and the friendly staff. The location is awesome, looking out to the sea with the island of Bekana opposite from the hotel with the seawalls and footpath a good place to take a walk on while there.

It’s been months of prep and organising everything from little to big as our venue was Tanoa waterfront hotel. Big thank you to divya and the team the food was very yummy beyond our expectations, special thanks to the chef and team. The decoration was very beautiful as what we wanted and the colour theme and the flower bits and organising of the tables and entire hall was very beautifully decorated and presented. Thanks to divya and the team special thanks to divya for her customer service making things easier for me to liaise. Going out of her way organising on behalf of me helping me through for the fancy chair

We stayed at Tanoa Hotel Lautoka. Staff were great & rooms were clean. There was a function going on on the main lawn when we were there and it was right beside our room. It was entertaining for a bit until we wanted to sleep. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. It's the best place to stay if you're in the sugar city.

Tanoa Waterfront has great facilities & I recommend it if you visiting Lautoka or Ba. The problem we faced was the check in time. — we had to wait for another hour despite arriving an hour late for check in, kinda spoils the mood after a long drive. However, the staff were accomodating and friendly. Great restaurant and Parking space. Good location — lautoka town. ✔✅

Been here few times and have used the different rooms available. I loved the deluxe as its cosy and has a better view. Carpark is spacious and security is high priority. It being near the sea location is also noteworthy.

Was staying in a rustic burre at a nearby hotel that was infested with roaches, spiders, ants, and lizards. It was so gross I decided to checkout early and lo and behold I find this pristine, modern, reasonably priced Tanoa a block away. Thatch roof huts are great for a day trip but Tanoa is the place for some quality shut eye. Breakfast was decent. Milk for cereal was room temperature though — needs to be kept cold.

It's the best place to stay in Lautoka which doesn't say much for the rest. Great for short visits. Food is ok but overpriced. Better fare available 10 minutes away.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms with a nice TV that's not snowy! My kids had good fun in the pool; best of all, you can just be yourself. As a local, there are few good hotels in the west where you can relax and feel at home especially with little ones. Tanoa Waterfront is as homely as my home.

Loved it Even though it was for a work trip and I was out most of the day, but there are a lot of activities offered here and it's really close to town if you're up for exploring a new place. The best thing is the buffet breakfast. AmaZing staff, good room service and an overall 5 stars.

I did not test the hotel but the bar and restaurant. I found the restaurant good and decent in terms of price, the bar is nice… you have to live a game of seven.

OK Place to stay, in a nice location on the waterfront, with friendly staff. Fairly expensive for what you get though. Breakfast very average and using the word "gym" to describe the small room with 3 pieces of equipment in it is a stretch.

The women's washroom is very clean and you don't have to watch your step I like this washroom I know now when I go back to fiji I'll use the hotels washroom or total gas station accept for the gas station in ba I left a review in.

A nice place to stay, which is located to transport, and local shops, all accessible by walk. Overall, a nice place to stay, with clean and comfortable rooms.

Lovely staff. Very close to Lautoka Wharf port and town center. 30mins drive to Nadi Airport. $30FjD for taxi to airport. There are two swimming pool. Also has an play yard for kids. Breakfast just so so.

Great place to stay, a home away from home. Lovely staff and great chefs. Very clean indeed. Beautiful gardens and nice size pools. Very friendly staff and people. Will definitely go there again in February, our third visit.

We stayed on the 3rd Nov 2017, 3 days later I realised I had left behind my swimming costume and beach towel. Have called 4 times now and had no return call that speeks for its self. When I asked what the policy they say they keep items left behind for 6 months.

Awesome… no disturbance relaxing place… place was nice on a new years eve… fireworks and bad was good … music and partying ended at a sensible hour… after parties were good as other patrons were condiderate… hotel workers nice. Polite and friendly… always helpful… nice place to enjoy yourselves and be yourselves… Will come back surely.

I found every aspect of the visit — which was for work purposes at the nearby Sugar Mills — more than adequately managed by capable, friendly staff. The facilities were excellent, the meals far more than adequate, and there is absolutely no basis for complaint. Some might niggle at a few signs of damp in the bathroom, and age in the furniture, but you's have to extraordinarily grumpy to moan. Excellent facilities, excellent staff. Just excellent.

Haven't stayed in the hotel but have been numerous times for food and drinks. Some of the best pizzas in Lautoka with the usual selection of alcohol. Regularly show sports in the bar so a good place to catch the rugby.

Nice location. Away from the city and good view of the Lautoka bay. The new wing rooms should be classified as 5star. Really beautiful with lovely views of the pool and the sea. The staffs. Very friendly and they love their jobs with good team work. Highly recommend this hotel due to my 15yrs of working in a xouple of 5star hotels.

Food takes too long. The waiters disappear. Excellent lighting, though. Pizza was satisfactory.
