We stayed here for our honeymoon! Couldn’t have asked for more! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our room (Royal Ocean Front Bure) was beautiful, private, and the view was one to definitely remember! Sunsets were truly breathtaking! The staff made our stay very special and easy for us to enjoy! We can’t wait to rebook our next stay! Vinaka.

We just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was so beautiful. The Marriott staff made our day extra special with unexpected thoughtful gestures and a lovely bottle of champagne delivered to our room. The staff are amazing especially Kiji from Fiji. The food is top quality and there’s plenty to do at the resort. I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort.

Such an amazing location the team, food, drinks and resort was amazing we had the best time in September and we can not wait to come again. The water sports were a highlight and so much fun Jet skiing even if we were novice and fell off hahahaha. You have to do the snorkeling and lunch by the team at wet, surf and dive. Fish-bar has the most romantic location with the best sunset views.

From the moment we arrived at the amazing Marriott Resort we were made to feel like we were home. Our Ocean Front Bure was incredible and it felt like we were the only ones in the resort. Quiet, private and everything we had hoped for. Restaurants are phenomenal and the service is second to none. I can honestly say I've never been around such kind, positve, loving people. At the Goji bar, Payal met us every morning and made sure we had the best table for breakfast. Ana's beautiful smile met us most days also and her caring nature was evident from the start. Dinner at the Goji Bar was so much fun with the ever bubbly and happy Lani always made our night so much better! The swin up bar at the Lagoon House and Bar was a highlight but it was outshone by the hilarious and full of energy Liam, Jason and K1J1. Aqua Aerobics with Liam was the best fun and K1J1 always made our day. Even bringing us fresh coconuts to our room to share. My daily iced tea was made with love from Loata and I will always be thankful for her. Last but not least is the incredible Fish Bar with the most amazing views. Melani was our waitress on both nights we visited. Her beautiful smile and kind personality made our visit to this restaurant so much fun. The service from every single team member at Marriott Resort is like nothing we had ever experienced. They go about their day with nothing but kindness, love and helping everyone around them. We cannot wait to return.

The most incredible resort we’ve ever been to. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and took pleasure in our happiness. The buffet breakfasts were AMAZING, dinners at Goji and Lagoon House were great for families and the infinity pool at Fish Bar was like heaven. The facilities are impeccable, well set out, with something for everyone and lots of activities to keep everyone happy. Great gym too. 100% happy with our stay and hoping to return asap!

We have just stayed here for 9 nights and had the BEST time ever. It was such a beautiful place to relax in and the people were so friendly and kind!

Resort location is nice and if you want to have quiet and relaxing holiday then it’s the right place, I have couple of major disappointments Resort have Asian Indian restaurant and food doesn’t taste Indian it’s very plain, they should get a better Indian chef, we attended a Indian buffet and it was disappointing dinner even sweets were nothing like Indian sweets. On our checkout we had a bill 13000 and we were given choice to pay either cash or pay 3 percent surcharge that added extra 400 and I just thought that was completely rip off even the staff at desk said lot of people complain. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott at Momi and look forward to another stay later. The facilities were really clean and high standard. At least 5 star. Their food was delicious and a wide variety. We loved the full breakfast buffet and also the BBQ buffet in the evening. The staff were really helpful and friendly right through our stay. I highly recommend this resort.

Despite some of the resort's facilities and features being closed due to the reduced number of guests, being here was one of the best vacation experiences I've had. From the scenic sunset and sunrise views by the infinity pool and Overwater Bure to the friendly and fast service, and delicious cuisines, everything was exceptional. Even through challenging times, this resort truly lived up to its reputation. I would definitely recommend tourists visiting once travel restrictions are lifted and for locals to take advantage of the great specials being offered.

Just an awesome place to celebrate your family life. I just enjoyed every moment of it. The food at dinner was great with lots of varieties. The breakfast was beautiful and the desserts were to my expectations. I recommend every one to be there at least once to feel the awesome time.

Excellent Customer Service and Beautiful Resort. Despite the unpredictable weather, the staff made our trip a memorable one. Everyone from the the front desk, porters, chefs, management always took care of us. Junior, the porter was so helpful by showing us around and being available for us at all times. He did an outstanding job by making sure that we enjoyed every bit of our stay. We hope to come back in the future!

Had a wonderful holiday here. It was refreshing to be greeted by happy staff and the impromptu singing was a joy. The staff are accommodating and very friendly, when we did need to ask for something it was fixed promptly. Would highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing holiday. The resort is remote and very quiet, which suited us perfectly. The food is excellent with good variety, and restaurant options. There are opportunities to visit Nadi if desired for shopping etc. The facilities are stunning, open and spacious. We chose a lagoon facing Bure and were very happy with this and found it to be very private. We will definitely return to this lovely resort in the future.

Terrible experience — room holding fee was never returned ($716aud). Tried emailing but they have stopped replying to my emails. Do not let staff manually take money out for the holding fee.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, nice selection of restaurants and entertainment during the day for kids and adults, little entertainment at night which ends by 10pm, so there is no partying at night. Overall a great resort! Had an awesome time!

Beautiful property and the friendliest staff. Very quiet at night. No late night activities if you are a night owl. Everything quiet after 10pm. Could use on-demand movies in the rooms since there are no late night activities.

My wife and I have travelled all over the world and stayed at 5-Star hotels and resorts in 5 continents so far (with the final two scheduled for later this year and end of next), including Tahiti, and we have never had a better overall experience then we had at the Marriott Momi Bay Resort. From the second we arrived at the resort we were greeted with warm shouts of BULA (hello) and a welcome song by some of the staff and a cold fresh pineapple juice. Everywhere you go you are not only greeted with a smile and heartfelt BULA, but they will actually take the time to stop and chat with you for a little while. I have not even mentioned the top notch accommodations. We stayed in an over water hut that is the best place we have ever stayed in our lives. There was chilled champagne and a full plate of tropical fruits awaiting us — with a free standing gorgeous tub that my wife fell in love with instantly. The grounds are pristine as this resort only opened for business in April 2017, so everything feels brand new and is clean and beautiful. Our own balcony and steps to the lagoon which opened to the ocean. There are three restaurants on site and the Fish restaurant stands out as amazing fresh caught seafood. The excursions offered through the hotel are top notch, too. We highly recommend taking the mountain top village and school visit that takes most of the day. They pick you up from the hotel at 8 and drop you back off around 1:30-2:00PM.

Pros Great place overall High quality service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The man made lagoon looks fantastic and amazing infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Cons The man made lagoon / inlet isn’t swimmable — murky, a lot of foam, straws or plastic rubbish in the water etc Apparently the water clarity etc varies a lot with the tides — but it was very murky the entire time we were there and I went down several times a day to check it but it was not suitable for swimming whilst we were there. Only major downside is the prices $18-$20 for a beer which I think would be fine if there was other bars or restaurants nearby — but because the place is quite isolated it’s essentially price gouging.

Perfect for short getaway for the whole family. Room that we got was spacious and very comfortable, with good facilities. Food in the various restaurants is tasty and suitable for various tastes. Pool and beach are clean and well kept. Staff attitude is very friendly.

Resort is newer. Everything is very nice, but pricey. Beach huts are awesome. Staff was amazing, and super friendly. Great activities all day, for adults and kids. Adult and kid pools (not really enforced). On site excursion coordinator, and good food. Would recommend.

Hopeless hotel, checking is at 3pm but they take their time to check you in. Almost 3.30 is the check in time. Had to remain at the reception so many times that we need to go inside the room because we have children. Room wasn’t cleaned n even the next day room service wasn’t done and they didn’t had any shame n explanation y the room wasn’t clean. They had the whole day to clean our room as we were out for the whole day. While booking I wasn’t aware that the room will be like a normal apartment but it was a standard 2 Star rating room which I can get anywhere in Fiji. I wasted my money in such a rubbish place. So many customers were complaining but staffs did not bothered at all. Will not recommend anyone to this hotel. No street lights and very dangerous place to travel at night especially when you have children. Not children friendly hotel at all. Rubbish staffs. Feel sorry for the owner.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Friendly staff and great service. The property itself looks and feels like paradise. We had a lagoon facing room with total privacy, waking up to the blue-green lagoon view every morning was the best part of the trip. We are going to miss it so dearly. Can't wait to go back.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous! My husband chose this place for our honeymoon and we could not be more pleased. The entire staff, and Fijian people in general, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don’t think we’ve come across anyone since arriving at the airport that didn’t greet us with “Bula” and a smile! The service has been superb, the ambiance relaxing, and the food delicious. (Our favorite so far is the prawn pizza at Lagoon House! ) We also enjoyed taking part in a Kava ceremony. The resort is further away than others in the area and is not really walking distance to anything. But that’s what I love about it. It’s much more private, calm, and quiet. It’s just what we needed after the craziness of planning a wedding!
I am still in awe at how beautiful this place is. Definitely the perfect honeymoon destination! We have a couple nights left in Fiji and I am already sad at the thought of having to leave! Vinaka to the entire team at Fiji Marriott Resort. You have made our stay so incredible! We are looking forward to visiting again!

This resort is extremely visually appealing — beautiful pools and accommodation options to choose from. The food options are limited with only 3 restaurants — no where to grab food at anytime unless you want to be slugged with a $10 delivery fee or wait up to an hour… We thought we had a water view room but instead had a pile of white rocks to look at — not what I booked on the website — what a joke! Called reception, emailed reception, saw reception face to face and no one would fix it — best was I will see if we can put you in a lagoon room (downgrade room) — 4 days later no reply or communication… what a joke! No tissues in the room despite asking 4 times… Call reception and they say they will call you back but never do — you have to continue to follow them up… Ordered breakfast to the room — got the instructions and filled out the slip and it never arrived — 2hrs later it arrives when it’s lunchtime.
