This is my and my wife's point of view. In truth at first everything was going well,
Then we checked that the walls were dirty and anta with snot 😪 that disgusted us 🤮 the truth because sometimes we ordered food 🍱 to eat there.
And we went to management and filed the complaint.
But they didn't take it into account because the cleaners never went to clean up. That means they weren't informed,
And the worst thing is that they never apologized even though they were informed several times.
The really bad attention there.

Another surprise we got was that we went out to do some shopping. Arriving at the hotel on the way back, everything was closed in the guest parking lot and we could not enter and we were denied passage.
For this event,
Leaving the guests we paid for our comfort outside.
And the worst thing is that they do not notify the guests before.
But they still shouldn't have left the guests out.
Because that's what we paid for.

And it makes us very uncomfortable to have to go to our room in the middle of all the people we don't know,
I really don't recommend it because in the end we didn't like the attention they provide at all.
Despite their mistakes, management does not apologize at all,

In the area of the firm
The food is fine.

And in general the service of the entire management
Very lousy.

We had decided to stay 3 more days.
But seeing that there was no apology and that they did not clean the room because it was still dirty.
We decided to get out of there.
and we never thought to return.
