View from balcony hardly any green and rubbish was thrown in. Hotel was informed but said it’s not their responsibility to remove it.

A beautiful grounds and great staff. The rooms are clean and the food is very good. Since the occupancy rate was not visibly high, there was a lot of time for two and absolute peace was guaranteed. We would love to come back.

We were there for a few days over Easter. We will never forget this great holiday! Everyone is very helpful, always in a good mood, understands fun, is fun and carries the guests on their hands… Fantastic surroundings, lovingly designed and very well maintained. Food and service is at its finest! We say THANK YOU VERY MUCH, miss you very much and will be back! ❤️❤️❤️
You can easily reach everything on foot, use hotel bus or Tuc Tucs. 😁☺️ Tuc Tuc is the most fun! Nearby is the Red Sea and a dreamlike city (downtown)! Security is also guaranteed!

Quiet location without mosquitoes, which is rare here in El Gouna.

Very bad experience really a lot of un expected bad behaviour from the reception manager to horrible services it doesn’t worth the money but as a conclusion going anywhere else than here will be definitely better to enjoy your vacation without fighting with them all the day.

The staff is really not helpful, unprofessional and unfriendly. Breakfast variety was bad and overpriced. They charged me the breakfast although they said it was included in my reservation on the check-in. The suite view wasn't as expected at all. It was located on a view looking like tombstones not as advertised at all. Very boring, depressing and below standards. Worst experience ever in EL Gouna since years. Will never come back.

There is nothing to complain about, on the contrary, you have always been well looked after as a guest, everything is done "doable" and the food and the staff 1A just pointed… a holiday in Ancient Sands again and again.

Pool area very nice. 5 pools distributed throughout the resort. Beautifully designed. Service by the pool very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It 5Star Hotel so clean.

The place is great and the apartments well designed and include everything you could need on a trip. Unfortunately it not on the beach but a shuttle bus is available.

من افضل الفنادق الموجوده بالجونه ، فهو يمتاز أنه مقام علي تبه اعلي من مستوى الجونه مما يجعل فيو المكان اكثر من رائع فتستطيع رؤيه حمامات السباحه والبحيرات الصناعيه والبحر بشكل مباشر ،وذلك من الغرف الاماميه والغرف الخلفيه مطلع علي ملاعب الغولف الخاصه بالفندق ويوجد غرف تجمع بين الفيوم الامامى والخلفية فى أن واحد ، يبعد الفندق عن الشاطىء الخاص به مسافه حوالي كيلو متر ويوجد باصات خاصه للتوصيل بين الشاطىء والفندق بسعر ١٥ جنيه للفرد. الخدمه ممتازه ومستوى الأمن والمكان منظم وهادىء جدا

Rented a villa with the family, was very clean and equipped. It had a pool, it has very nice views of the lagoons and sea. Would definitely consider staying there again.

If you have given up on Egypt give this place a try it's got all the positives with none of the hassle or stomach upset. The rooms are spacious and modern, the food is great and the staff attentive. A large hotel that manages to make you feel welcome.

The personnel, the stuff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is delicious.
The manger Mr Farag Salma is amazing in every way. He always did his best to make us feel at home.

Very nice dinner buffet. Rooms are nice. Pools are not that great. But have access to nice beach.

I had already fallen in love with this hotel and El Gouna at the presentation of the ancient sands in SonnenklarTV and was not disappointed.
The complex is reminiscent of an Oriental palace complex in an open, picturesque building.
It is very spacious with beautiful corners to linger on. Even at very high temperatures from April/May, you will find an ad hoc shady spot and the open construction with the cool marble inside provides a helpful contrast if the thermometer is far above 30degree. It is very clean and well maintained. The vegetation is still in the coming, but is constantly being cleaned discreetly and Gewerkelt to improve it even more. The pools are too small for proper swimmers. Nevertheless and thanks to Ahmed (Pool boy) and Kiroloos (pool waiter) I had a very good time at the infinity pool.
The location is known from descriptions, namely about 2-3 km outside of the marinas and downtown no problem thanks to Hotel Shuttle & inexpensive Tuk-tuk driving (so awesome).
The service is very helpful. However, isolated waiters were somewhat unqualified, for a house what 5 * pretends. I was positively reminded of the attentive waiter SHAABAN, who knew how to address his guests.
I would have liked more knowledge of German with the employees, because in my time 95% of the guests were German.

Very nice and quiet Hotel in El Gouna is if you don't like screaming children here, excellent food and Drink repealed are also very good of course, you can also go somewhere else to eat it with a Shuttle bus or Tuctuc then you can also from here, of course excursions We booked were in the enjoyment of a Suite of everything topte the house is approx. A year and a half old, but who wants to action on the ground, for this is nothing.

Modern furnished, very friendly service, some German understanding possible, at AI stehr the complete bar available, good cuisine but little variety, with voucher can also be eaten in anguessed hotels, exceptionally large rooms, apartments, eig. Golf course (9), secluded from Downtown but quickly accessible with Tuk-Tuk for €1s, not yet a connection to the waterways (from 2020), sprawling interesting construction, the lfd. Still being expanded, horticulture hasn't bothered us, 2 pools with bar offer little space but nice views to the city, security in the village and hotel shields from uninvited guests.

We will be back in April… We are looking forward to the courteous and helpful staff and the delicious food as well as the great service! Maybe we will get room 5009 again :-) We can only warmly recommend you!

Very nice facility, very good food, friendly staff and well-groomed golf course, so far nine holes.

It hardly gets any better than that. Service exemplary. Food great. Kindness of the people unsurpassed. Wern to get back here.

Best place where you can stay & relax.

Very large and spacious hotel. A star deduction, since evening is not really something animation and so an afternoon snack is missing. Waiters all very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel room suites and appartement are luxury friendly staff nice food liked the only problem you have to take a shuttle bus to go to the Marina or a Tok tok.

The Hotel is a little outside of El Gouna, but with the Tok Tok only 5 minutes from Downtown. The Hotel is as good as new. Rooms are clean and large. Hardly anything to suspend. Now only 4 stars: In three of the last four days, my access card did not work for the room. So, again, all the way back to the front Desk. Because that is, unfortunately, far away from most of the rooms.

A Golf Resort in El Gouna are justified for the 5*. Rest, relaxation, close to Down Town, perfect. The Apartments, the Service, the attention of the entire staff, just very very good. The Soeisenangebot to all meals excellent. All round a good choice.

My friends room was broken in by a drunk guest and the management handled it horribly.

Vistited at the end of 9/2017. New hotel in el gouna. Stylish, but many things not finished yet. Few guests, very limited buffet at night, still the quality of the food was quite good. We wanted to drink a bottle of white wine (there's no choice of different brands or flavours), the only choice is white, rose or red wine), but they didn't have a single bottle of white wine… 5 stars… no, not at all, also in comparison to the other 5 stars hotels in el gouna. "best" thing is their "shisha lounge" with a "great view at the sea"… reality: you sit in front of the construction site and parking lot… I would not recommend it right now.

Great service, they only need gold carts for moving people around the huge space. Christine and Kirylos was super nice … thanks a lot guys.

WORST HOTEL IN GOUNA! by all means our trip was ruined because of this hotel, very very bad service, house keeping rarely cleans the rooms and when they do there is always something missing from the room! the biggest disaster was finding A RAT in our room! This pace ruined our trip.

Worst stay ever! arriving to the hotel we had to wait at reception for at least 2 hours till they got our rooms ready, and we were very tired after that once the concierge came they got us lost in the hotel by going to two different rooms! we stayed for 5 days they only cleaned the room twice, room service ignores your order and never deliver and if they do they take maximum time to do so! and to end all that we have found a RAT in our room! WORST SERVICE EVER, THIS HOTEL RUINED OUR TRIP.

Good accommodation but quite hectic to get to beach and town…

The completely new hotel with very modern design on the outside and inside the educated and professional staff. Around the hotel 5 to 10 minutes walking there is all the pleasure you want a person on your trip.
