Mega nice people very good food the apartments tip top everything was awesome.

Amazing hotel for relaxation they care about every detail belongs to relaxation there are many pools and a one without any music just for relaxation and 3 beaches and one for relaxation just you and the sea there are many swings on the beach the fod quality is very good the room is spacious all the staff are very polit and helpful we were the only Egyptian guest.

Very nice hotel, great beach, great for snorkeling … The only lack of kindness of the waiters leaves something to be desired.

Beautiful hotel, spacious, clean rooms. Food very good. Great choice. The critics have probably never eaten badly. I particularly liked the fact that there were the drinks in jars and not, as usual, with all in, in plastic cups.
Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy this holiday in February 2018 and had to cancel the trip prematurely due to an illness.
However, I can recommend the system in good conscience.

We felt completely comfortable. Very clean, neat facility in the middle of the desert. Eating lace. Dates, melon, oranges, pomegranate, small bananas, strawberries. Quiet and good to relax.

Friendly Resort, starting from the shore of the Red Sea with its eye-catching reef by a thousand shades of blue-turquoise, expands to the inside first with a well-equipped beach with a succession of pavilions in a setting of green lawns, flower beds, flowering plants, palm trees and a veritable explosion of bougainvilleas multicolored. Nine swimming pools, including a heated pool offer relaxation and sunbathing. The formula 'all in' does not disappoint with its five bars and two restaurants. The team of the animation efficient, the abundance of personnel to various services of talented native cooks, but also italians, make you feel pampered and spoiled. I was struck by the many birds that have taken up residence with the many ibis, and an incredible number of doves. Very large rooms distributed in six building, each on two floors, but always with a lot of green around. Unique, but great neo found the toilet, those around the village: way too small and not fragrant.

Very good service beautiful beach with multicolored fish and corals in front of the hotel buffet very well with lots of varieties.

Hi, were there for 3 weeks, we're not going to go on holiday there anymore. Woven off plant everything very old. 4 hours transfer. The entire holiday 2 out of 5 points.

Friendly staff. Top travel ladder always in the hotel and responsive. Clean beach very well suited for snorkeling.

CONS: — kitchen is TERRIBLE, for several days I ate only fruit. The cook is pasta and baked 5o6 times to be sure to throw you in the pot, a shapeless mass and the sheet wet just with the sauce of dubious origin. A shame for the pasta and for Italy, it is the desire of smontargli the label with in the famous film by Checco Zalone. The local beer of hard all-inclusive seemed to be dirty water, the fruit juice made with powder, the orange was equal to the biochetasi (a popular medication against the nausea). Water is understood in the hard all-inclusive TO the GLASS! This means that in the rooms without drinking water you'll have to buy a bottle of water, closed sealed in order to be able to even just wash your teeth, given that from the taps comes out brownish. This question has been the source of numerous protests by parties of all guests in the week from me, passed them, protests handled in a terrible way, and extremely rude and irritating from the responsible Eden Imma.

Horrible.
Already just arrived the suitcases were not arrived, then the room was a lodging of ants and spiders and the service is not one of the best, the coaches all smelly and the pools are never clean, the tea in old bag more or less than a year.
They say they say the restaurant was open 24 hours, but arrived from a trip to Luxor at 00:00 there was no one to serve us and nothing to eat.
The plane was at least forty years old so much that there was not even the company logo.
But I admit that the food was great and the pools were always clean and never lacked the entertainment so despite all this I recommend it.

Great hotel to stay, large green area, lots of pools, super rooms for honeymooners, youth and families with children. Good restaurant with a variety of dishes… Nice beach, beautiful coral reef) helpful staff. One of the best hotels in Marsa Alam)

The Gem and ' beautiful resort where you get bored and ' impossible xche ' entertainment part of the morning in the evening with the staff of animation likeable (Davide and Alex Silvia etc) I recommend to come under the Christmas parties Xche ' seems to enter a fairytale hello to All.

Beautiful, huge rooms, great beach with coral reef within reach of any swimmer. Good Food and courteous staff.

We were 1 week nice, we give were particularly lucky we had 112 a room of 100sqm with the pool in front of a quiet silence. Most people went to the main pool or to the sea. You eat pretty well sure there is no pasta al dente but there are so many good things.

We had bad experience with this hotel, me and my friends asked on the gate about the availability and the security back to the front office and they confirmed that there are available room, we got in and met the reception staff but after 15 mins they back to us saying that we are sorry we don't have any rooms available.

Fantastic Experience x our honeymoon. Service, cleaning, food, entertainment and assistance from 10… Definitely One day we will be back.

Very nice place, with several pools, nice beach with good entrance to the see. Lots of animation activities for kids and parents too. And of course good food.

Charming place to chill and spoil urself.

One of the hotels, we will regret… Very well maintained, great pools, as well as a beautiful beach. The hotel is very quiet. Many opportunities for outings are increasingly offered by the diving!

Amazing resort relaxing active animation and at high levels I came back yesterday April 30 entertainers were few but as they say few but good entertainers were very good friendly and helpful I propose to give a look at the fabulous Bazaar sell goods and high quality I just met the leaders of the Bazaar I'm impressed they are friendly and personable 3 restaurant vouchers was a beautiful thing the food excellent and good pool and the beautiful beach with bars and games activities are offered during the day and more that then they will be awarded to winners weekend embossed animators to allow all this were a bouquet of unique and bad thing are flights I advise eden to change airline because otherwise they lose customers and eden is a fantastic company so I hope changes I had an advance of 4 hours I hope that in future tourists not to happen and had a great holiday for just one flaw is the we are a bit frayed but nothing I would recommend that you go for a holiday with eden viaggi because he deserves … good luck! ♡☺

Just returned yesterday from this resort … we were about 80 guests on 270 … 5 outstanding entertainers … clean … great food … we were pampered … served. Revered by both entertainers eden that Egyptian personnel … 38 degrees of average and in some day presence of Breeze fabulous … the only flaw that will influence an upcoming vacation Eden using the carrier. Meridiana Fly … that we did miss on a week long trip … one and a half days of relaxation … Saturday 23 flight from Malpensa postponed by two hours plus another hour and a half late … arrived in resort hours 18.15. Day entirely lost … return flight on 30 April in advance of four hours … left resort hours 08.15. Another day lost. Nice resort … animation at high levels … great staff … wonderful damaged by flying!. Such a pity that wipes out what beautiful she lived … it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for next trip Eden!

I've been 2 times a gem and would come back again if it weren't for the political situation in Egypt. The gem is a beautiful resort in one of the most beautiful places in the world, probably one of the 10 most beautiful if you love diving. There are beautiful beaches and reefs, few people and a lovely climate throughout the year. The gem is in my heart and I want to go back soon!

Just got back, awesome experience, everything perfect, perfect cleaning with change of sheets and towels every day, eat great careful who has allergies and are equipped for Celiacs and menus are always many and then want to put you can always eat pizza, excellent organization ready for customer needs. Wellness Centre staff. To finish the animation super gregarious but never intrusive company with great professionalism. Definitely will be going back.

Excellent food, beautiful sea village from enchantment direction always available thanks to Director Dino Pimp, and the fabulous Marianna that adds a touch of class and gentility in the restaurants managed by you. Franco liga.

A Paradise in the dessert, and the italian-egyptian food is ekstraordinary good!
