This was the worst experience in my whole life, staying in this hotel was a mistake, from the beginning of the trip till the end there were problems, the staff is not friendly, and you must request what you want 10 times to get it, the room was quit good but when we arrived there was no shampoo, and no shower jel, the quality of food is not that good, and there is no varieties at all, the place is very dark at night, either the rooms are very dark at night, the lighting system in the rooms are not good at all. There were insects in the rooms, I found a spider in the bathroom in the check-in day, and there were a lot of insects in the garden. There is no good evening entertainment at all. If you are an Egyptian your stay will be a disaster you are not welcome in this hotel, the staff is very racist toward Egyptians, they don't even smile at your face, the staff is not trained in how to treat guests.
