I was very confused by the negative comments I read before I came, but actually once I arrived their hospitality calmed me. very friendly staff and helpful great food and beverage team excellent housekeeping service everything I asked for immediately was there highly recommended for families and friends it won't be the last time ♥️

Satisfied with the room and the staff since we arrived, we got a room with the most beautiful view. Clean, excellent food, you don't know what to eat first.

The room are dirty, and are not even close to how they look in the pictures! Food is horrible, never ice at bars, ice machines are always broken! Most of the staff don't even speak English, just few words so you can't even really complain about something! No wi fi in the hotel unless you pay for it, but even after that in the rooms doesn't work! All furniture old and dirty! I don't even want to imagine how is in the kitchen! Anyway I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

I dont recommend this resort at all! Starting from the reception staff, everything was absolutely miserable! Cleaning is way far from a 4star hotel, rooms are way different from what is advertised online, shower and toilet not worthy of a 4star hotel! We went as a group of 8people. Food was nothing to enjoy, all of us ended up having stomach problems and discomfort. Egypt is worth only for the places you can visit or the activities you can enjoy, otherwise is not worth it at all! We were looking forward for this holiday as we went as a group of friends but every one of us left from there disappointed and with a huge desire to arrive home and eat proper food. Its so bad because they could do so much more to entertain the foreign tourists as well as their own.

Been to the hotel a couple of times. The staff is very helpful and totally accommodating. The choice of food is completely sufficient and tastes very good. As in other hotels, there are a lot of Eastern European guests. But for the most part, they behave decently. Will go back to the hotel, because it is also centrally located and you can go out in the evening without hesitation.

Just returned from there and must say I enjoyed my time there. The staff were in general excellent — the towel guy at the bottom pool was very helpful, the main chef in the Nefertiti restaurant was excellent and the evening guy in the Buddha bar was a nice guy. A please and thank you goes a long way!

We were great on holiday with you, we will definitely be back soon. Beautiful hotel, clean everywhere, nice big rooms, in the room we always had prepared water bottles, plates with fruit, we got magnets and a postcard. Huge dining room with a large selection of dishes, cakes, pastries, drinks, fruits and vegetables. Many options for children, children's zone, cinema, swimming pools with water slides, billiards, darts, playgrounds on the beach, mini zoo. Beach nice, clean with great access to the sea and a large bar, new towels every day for free. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Everyone I asked about their health confirmed me that they have diarrhea or that they vomited. Why I asked them is because all of my 9 member family had a health problems 2 days after we arrived to the hotel. I had to be even transported with my daughter and my girlfriend sister son to the hospital. Unfortunately it was that bad. I was 7 times in Egypt and this hotel is unfortunately my worst experience. When we arrived we get with kids a rooms to the busy dusty street but after one day the offered us a swap for the rooms to the garden which are nicer and larger, but not really clean. Do not expect a free bottle of water on the room you have to pay extra. Do you like ice cream? You will need to pay for it. On the hotel is only one restaurant with only Egyptian food with possibility to use The Rustical restaurant once per stay, which has italiano-egyptian selection of the food and the overall quality better than in the hotel restaurant.

Unfortunately, the front desk people were very rude and thought they were better than their customers. Housekeeping and service people were very friendly and accommodating. The food was awful and the bathroom was filthy and with mold. The shower curtain was not changed, it was very dirty. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work either. Not suitable for families with or without small children and for singles. I am just very disappointed by this hotel. The only good thing about it was that it was right in the city and you didn't need that far to shop or eat in other restaurants. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very nice and clean. It is protected from a wind, convenient for winter. The hotel is one of the oldest European diving centers. Homely atmosphere. It is aimed at divers. Own berth for ships.
