Unhelpful staff, no activities, no shows and no entertainments,, the toilets are not clean …. The pool is not heated and they told us before coming that they have a heated pool.

Perfect holiday all the staff are amazing and friendly Hussain who cleaned our room everyday went above and beyond cant wait to come back in oct. Thank you for the amazing experience ❤️

I highy recommend the hotel, I want to thank Mr. Ahmed Hemdan, the manager of the hotel. He is very respectful person, also the bar team work, Mr samir, as well as the restaurant team work. Actually it was amazing days we spend there. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The smile doesnt leave their faces. The rooms are clean. All the details are perfect.

I had the best stay at Panorama bungalows resort. The area is gorgeous, the hotel is clean and the food is delicious. The staff is so friendly and truly made our time there even better. I am so happy I went there and I definitely want to come back one day.

This is my second year at Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna, Egypt. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean & tidy, the food is very good & they can cater for all dietary requirements that you may have. It is a good choice for family holidays as well as a getaway for couples or groups. I look forward to coming again next year with my family.

I reserved two rooms. The air conditioner was not working properly in one room and in the other room the air conditioner remote control was not working and I need to use the remote from other room. Room furniture was good but TV was very old and bad pictures. The staff lack hospitality you have to pay to get good service (to get soap or shower gel) or to get some problem fixed. Beach and pool is the best in this place and also animation team is interesting. Food is good not the best but very acceptable.

Presently staying here and have found the food to very good, the cleaners are working non stop to ensure every where is kept clean and the staff very friendly and polite. The building is dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable the only thing which let's the hotel down is the lack of entertainment but downtown el gouna is a short walk away I would recommend this hotel.

Very quiet place helpful staff food is not good all days drinks need to be better but over all it's a nice place if u need to relax for few days.

It is a resort with pool, spa and restaurants. They lack hospitality, most of the staff need serious hospitality training and the facility needs maintenance. Food quality is not good at all. Heading to Gouna, I wouldn’t stay there again!

Beautiful location, hotel is very good value some parts are a little tired but the greatest thing about this hotel is the staff they will pander to all your needs. Hotel is going through some major improvements at the moment.

The facilities are nice and for the price you pay it's worth Everytime as it's considered low priced.

My brother and I stayed in this hotel for 10 days (2nd — 11th 5). Who is looking to complain about you will also find! We can only say: Room-older but clean staff: Kindly attentive very nice food: Enough choice everyone finds something that he likes and it is Egypt so no pork environment: Beautiful and quiet beach: Mostly sandy We are guaranteed to come back!

Poorly equipped rooms. Nice facilities and unique with their waterfront bungalows, but poor food quality, poor facilities and poor furniture. Their all-inclusive option is a joke with empty room fridges, bottled water ONLY when you ask for it and snacks that are leftovers from lunch and dinner.

We are here on the 2nd 5. Very friendly and attentive staff we are completely satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will certainly come back. El Gouna is wonderfully quiet. If you like action with the TUC TUC downtown or the marina there is a great cocktail! A completely successful holiday.

In the main building rooms are not up to date, some rooms are next to the kitchen. The kitchen has 8 airconditioning systems turning full throttle all day, impossible to sit on your balcony if your room is located in that area. Staff is friendly, don't expect good communication in English.

Nice resort with fantastic Bungalows located at the water. Food is OK. Could serve more fresh fruits. Rooms, outer bungalows, are big good situated en kept well clean. Good beds en fantastic terrace at the water. It is quiet and very relaxing. Not much animation, which was fine for me. Real nice personal, very friendly and willing to help. Nice hammam with great massage.

I really just wanted sun. From booking to start in the work holiday it was 4 hrs. I didn't care about the hotel stars as I had already had a positive experience in Cuba with 2 stars. I was impressed by the friendliness, the ambience (small and Schuggelig) and the central location as well as the jogging facilities at the golf course 50 metres away. Then it became exciting. The food. In November I was still at the 5 star hotel in Marsa Alam, this hotel does not have to hide. In some cases it even tasted better. But it could also be that it was not going on, was in February and the hotel had about 20-30 guests. Nevertheless a far too extensive food offer without any restrictions. I will be back even though the facility like many other hotel brands are no longer the youngest ones. Hotelsshops and all the staff not intrusive. Massage at the spa was very good. Only 4 stars to signal that it has more a 4 star level instead of a 3, 5 star.

Nice hotel for low money. Food top and the servants really nice guys with lots of humor and fun to bake! Optimal conditions for kiters and anyone else who wants to holiday in peace. Rehighly recommended!

It's Venice, but only in Egypt, I mean the whole of El-Gunu. As for this hotel, it is very, very pretty. You can simply choose where to Live: A separate bungalow, with access to the sea or not, cozy rooms in the buildings, but also there is a choice-you can have a separate entrance to the pool. Swim either in the canals or at the sea. You can also have a walk in the pool. The menu is varied. And the ice cream in the bar in Soltsepek is just a fairy tale.

Despite the age, this property is very nice if you want it luxurious to look for something else. The staff is simply top and the mood is on%. In any case, we will be back.

I gave only the one star for the bunglows over looking the lagoon. Its has a wonderful lagoon view and stairs to go for a dip directly from ur roon terrace. But service is the worst u can find in el gouna. Food is mostly recycled and lowest quality. I would only go for one night to enjoy the lagoon bungliw and would never go for a regular room and request bed only not need to pay a penny for their awful food.

The cheapest all inclusive hotel in Jelgune. The rooms are large but not very clean. There are cases after repair I think there is better. In the restaurant plastic spoons that wash… Utensils only slightly reused. The horror is shorter.

We loved the hotel. The Russian-speaking little that only pleases. The grounds are beautiful, the food is very good, the evenings are pampered with beautiful cakes and animations. A lot of positive emotions, I recommend.

A good resort for spend nice time, nice view, good service, good food.

Hidden additional charges. Extremely poor maintenance. All appliances are in a terrible condition including AC and plumbing system. Service is below average. Rooms are not clean; flies, ants and mosquitos are everywhere. Had to leave after my first night after changing two rooms.

We holiday in Egypt every year for the past 6 years sometimes twice a year But on arriving in ElGouna we will never go anywhere else in Egypt again The hotel staff and food are top quality we went for Christmas 2014 and had a fantastic Christmas day with carols playing and a gala dinner with turkey and all the trimmings and much much more cannot wait to go back.

Good day, were in the hotel with 23.06.2011 on 05.07.2011. Were delighted. The hotel is nice, the area is beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly. The rooms were very spacious. With the children, the sea is magnificent. Near the hotel are channels with sea water always clean, despite the fact that away and there are boat to the sea. The food is good, always had a choice. The sea can be reached on foot through the rich villas, go for 10 minutes. El Gouna the place is very beautiful all the canals in Venice. Near the hotel there are Golf fields, very beautiful and in the evening you can walk around and take pictures. So I advise especially with small children. Hotel for a relaxing holiday.
