Very good and clean facility, food was very tasty. Staff always friendly and accommodating.

Pure vacation. Rarely so well eaten. The 2. Holiday in this wonderful Hotel. It will surely not be the last Time. To also highly recommend the Spa treatments. I bought a new pair of glasses at the optician in the house. Very knowledgeable.

A wonderful plant. Great rooms, great Service. The Animation is decent and entertaining. Also for the children. The animators always have a Smile and words of love for the children and also the adults. The staff is very friendly and not pushy. The Buffet in the main restaurant the exceeds every single day, especially with the dessert offerings. To lose weight you do not need to come here definitely. Of course, El Gouna is Egypt, but still gorgeous. Not to mention, in particular, is directly on the beach opposite the dive school Orca. I was excited about such a well-run and clean the diving center. Many Leihsachen are practically new. It is a lot of emphasis placed on safety and feel-good factor. Paradisio is paradise, the Staff are the best, the rooms spotless and modern everything you need in them, the pools are so clean, the beach is so clean, gardeners are amazing they do a perfect job keeping the grounds so nice, animation is great they work so hard and entertain great each night, then the food wow wow wow it is so great you do not now were to start choose presentation and quality are all the best I have ever eaten in hotels, one big snag they make you go home after every visit we will be back to our second home in 39 days see you soon joy and Lewis.

Mega fun and crazy entertainment factor is top because every day is offered a different Show. Also, the physical activities will be promoted here very so TOP!

A very clean Hotel with a great well maintained complex. Up on the ladies to the Service, without exception, friendly and courteous staff. The beauty offer at the Spa, you should definitely take distance, high prices, lack of Hygiene and privacy, the staff does not seem trained. Have been suffering for 3 weeks after the pedicure infections on both big toes. Problems are extremely resolved in a timely manner. Manno "Habbibi All inclusive", the Chief animator and Samba give their Best. After much-needed personnel change within the animation teams, it is now running around. However, the evening should go on the program longer and not only 40 minutes. (except for the bad singers, the merciless 2 x in the week, just 2h by dragging) to Reconsider should be the All-in-times, to 23h of the Pollbar, up to 24 hours at the Bar, and up to 1 hour in the disco makes it uncomfortable! But we will definitely come again!

We haven’t been to many resorts before but I have to say this has been such a wonderful 2 weeks! The staff is wonderful and makes a great effort to fulfill every wish. The animation team motivates everyone to have a spectacular vacation. If you don’t have a great time at El Paradiso it is your own fault!

The facility is older, but really well maintained and very beautiful. Since it has less than 300 rooms is not too big, but spacious and with a well-kept beach directly at the sea. All (really all) the staff are super friendly and nice, the food was good (no problems with it, in spite of a sensitive stomach in the family) and the theme evenings varied. The room was very nice (the Junior Suite is huge) and is well cleaned (cleaning in the bathroom, only 8/10 points). Unfortunately, the air conditioning is not the quietest model. We had a great holiday in may. Thank You! If we travel again to Egypt, then the Paradisio El Gouna is the first choice.

Very nice hotel and we like to come back. Have we felt around around comfortable. Varied food in 2 restaurants, nice waiters and good service, good animation. Good reception. Beautiful beach and pool complex. Well-kept facility and room. Great programs every night.

I unfortunately had to go to hospital because of a stupid abscess!
I was immediately accompanied by the German-speaking employee and she regulated EVERYTHING in the hospital for me!
By the way, if you are not used to Egyptian cuisine, you generally get problems in the stomach — intestinal area! Please don't forget the warmth either! We Europeans have our problems …

Still, neutrines 3 of the people have gastrointestine and it doesn't come to grips. With us as well. We had to cancel two excursions! Very annoying.
Animators, by the way, write the reviews themselves via the cellphones of the guests. Not good: — (We had relied on the 98% referral and are disappointed.

We have been here 3 times as we enjjoyed our stay so much. Big variety of food and drinks. Service is amazing. Animation team is good especially Alisha, she is so nice and helpful. We do recomend it to every body.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Hotel. The rooms were clean, the food very tasty and varied and the staff very friendly. The excursions are organized to the smallest and super. We have booked for next year already 2 times. We were now to 2. Time here and it was great. In the summer we come to the 3. Time.

We were already more often in Egypt, this is the first Hotel that we want to visit again and again. The food, the beach, liked the staff, the Animation especially. And wine, we are back.

Upon arriving to my room which was room 141 (facing the beach and garden), there were dead mosquitoes all over the floor and towels. There is very poor hygiene, and during the night we killed around 15 mosquitoes in the room. Staff and room service is horrible. If it wasn't for Chef Fakhre in one of the restaurants, my stay would have been a total waste of time. After buying the packages from the tourist guide, we never got the complete service back from the tourist guide and he was not to be found anywhere. The worst part of my stay was that my new wireless earphones that cost $200 were stolen from my safe deposit while I was out. So the safe deposits are not safe at all. The hotel was not worth the amount of money paid. I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone!

We had such a great week. And we're sad it was over so fast. But we are coming back. Thanks to everybody for making our week so special

It's my first time in Egypt and I would keep coming back. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Were very well kept the hotel rooms were nice and big enough. The food was very varied and delicious. The animation was also very good and very varied. Every evening there were various activities.

We are here at the First Time and I Can say its a Really Lovely Place. All the People there and the Animationteam is Really nice, Friendly and Great. Im Sure I come back soon.

Ex Club Med now under German flag. Always well kept at the door of a superb golf course. You can still spend an excellent holiday under the Sun of Egypt and safely.

I'm here in January and it's nice warm and quiet. There's certainly more going on in the summer. I can only recommend it.

Super top and cozy hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, super great food… Best beach… German speaking guest service and tour guide always available at the hotel… a lot of staff with German language skills… Great place to relax and feel good.

Fantastic place clean neat food good nothing is too much trouble for the staff anything you want they will go out of their way to get it for you. Although we were the only English in the hotel we were made to feel welcome by one and all. We will definitely be back. Excellent staff lead by an extraordinary manager Mr Ahmed.

Nice hotel, I've been there in 2014 and I really loved it. Great pool area, direct access to the beach, a driving and surfing school in front of the hotel, close to the city (cheap reachable by boat), amazing water, good food, all in all a vacation I'll never forget!

Old rooms. Our curtain and mirror in bath were dirty. Outside on hotel areal it was very clean. Service stuff was great. But the reception stuff should learn much better English, it's a tourist hotel most at our time from Germany. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Marco Polo restaurant were very great and tasty. Sorry but the guys at the beach and poolside who would sell whatever are horrible. At our first day at the beach they came 8 times. That must be stopped especially at poolside. Altogether there is to do some work and refreshing the rooms.

We had a good time there in September 2015. Weather was still great. From time to time people try to sell you stuff at the beach but they usually leave you alone once you declined. The shows at night were usually okay, but sometimes a bad performance was given and people left early. But it was already off season, so we expected something like this. It was not an important criteria to us. I really can recommend to have the three course meal at the beach restaurant. It is complimentary once a week and we could decide between fish and chicken. It was really great. However, the regular all inclusive dinner was pretty good. Every night they had a different theme, e. G Italian, Spanish… They provided typical food for the current theme. We stayed two weeks and never had a theme twice. Some of the food I would consider as standard which was available every night (noodles, fries etc. ) A shuttle bus drove to el gouna downtown for about 1€ one way. I don't remember the exact schedule but it was multiple times within on hour. There is diving school close to the hotel but it is actually not part of the hotel. We went there for a few dives and could see some cool fishes, unfortunately no Dolphins. There are couple of kite surfers at a separate beach. We usually stayed at this site of the beach as it was more quiet compared to the other beach. But that's just personal flavor.
