Food is not very good not as expected, any other things is good.

Very clean, nice staff, very well maintained facility, Prima buffet, grilled in the evening (alternating fish or beef, Pasta Corner also popular with Italians, dessert buffet, every day the beds are emptied trash cans etc. House reef for snorkeling, fresh pizza from the pizza Corner on the beach, candlelight-dinner on the beach.

Gran Resort, beautiful beach with entrance to the flat sea with fine sand, pier for the entrance to the Coralinas barrier. Great Buffet, very friendly staff, the only thing missing is a little more cleaning (normal problem in Egypt)

A Large area and its own daivcer.
The Pool is heated, but the hotel itself is half empty and because of this some incoherence, as in the rooms, the same whole hotel.
Feed Tolerlyno, but struck down the plastic spoons, which are used as reusable utensils.
In General, a typical Egyptian four in crisis.

Clean village. International food… beautiful sea and jetty. Beach OK.

Nice structure well organized with good food (in Italy sure you eat better) and varied. Excursions to Luxor Valley of the Kings, El Cairo, diving, in the desert, etc. As for the dives the head of the Italian blond staff about 50 years old is scortesissimo. After I pointed out that my gav was bored he was angry and did not replace me for not wasting time… if it were not for him the stars would have been 5. Ah the sea in front is very hot you can not bathe. You have to cross the coral reef.

For the price it was OK you could improve some but for me it was a nice holiday.

Holiday from 06/01 to 13/01/2018 with family.
A bit outdated Resort and with which you have to get down to some compromise, but overall good. Of international cutting both as clientele and as animation (so soft, but always nice and available) and food. As a good Italian I have obviously eaten better in other places, but pasta always available with chef willing to cook it at leisure, basic rice, chicken, fish and beef every day also cooked at the time (grilled or plate). International breakfast with sweet and salty and cooked eggs at the moment. If the animation is not intrusive, different speech for the various other services of the resort especially the massages and the house of Beauty which have proved to be quite insistent and rude. Much kinder the boys of Quad, Seascope and Sakkara (made and recommended).
Note of absolute merit to diving and in particular to "Barracuda" who did discover the underwater activity to my daughter (dive in the morning and immediately another in the afternoon).
Other note of merit to the waiters and cooks of the restaurant in particular to ABD El Fattah Moahmed (which I carry in photo) extremely kind and available beyond every tip: really a beautiful person!
The nocturnal "life" is not located in this village, but it is suggested if you seek tranquility and rest.
Overall, as mentioned, good though not excelled and recommended for value for money.

An old age, but nice facility. The rooms are being renovated.
All inclusive is relative and includes only a basic service, a lot of services are charged extra, e. G. Christmas dinner, Table drinks on Sylvester (water), some fish at dinner. As snacks are only (dry) buns with cheese? Offered, in room temperature all the lunch!
The service leaves a lot of room up. Also the cleanliness. The management is trying to remedy this, but stands in front of a giant mountain that cannot be overcome.
The monopoly of seclusion is exploited abundantly (pharmacy, taxi very expensive) the biggest advantage was the weather.

Nice structure!
Captain Tekoo always kind and helpful! It also makes the most good Espresso of the whole resort! And for us Italians is no small thing! Thank you so much for everything, to soon!

One of the most important features of the hotel was the very helpful staff.

Great resort with perfect size to move in a short time from the room to the front desk to the beach, also it is available to have the towel every day.
The buffet restaurant is varied and rich and the waiter Abdul courteous and very obliging will be ready to entertain you with his toys.
In the small shops inside the Resort you have to go and find the "Doctor" Mustafa with his herbal teas and natural remedies, I swear they work! Mido also offers its special fragrances like Crazy Love! Even the guys from the little shops outside like Ali made us spend some beautiful evenings.
The pier is one of the longest almost 500 m for direct access to the rich coral reef where you can see colorful fishes and also a magnificent dolphin has gone to greet us.
I recommend excursions with Eden Margò where our assistant Hassan always available took us to the beautiful Maxi Safari, the Coral Garden and Sataya, the bay with minimum 80 dolphins that swim below.
The price is great and also the cleanliness. The only thing is that they ask for gratuity, as habit or they demand it everywhere, prepare the coins or 1 dollar notes because they do not accept the banks the coins.
The only flaw is that unfortunately the Wi-Fi is at an unacceptable fee… I recommend to take there in the hotel the card to have at any time assistance in case of malfunction.
I hope to come back soon! Beautiful holiday but unfortunately always too short.

Were with spouse and children in Elphistone since 04.11.2017 to 17.11.2017 flew from Kiev via Hurghada, tour operator TPG transfer to Marsa Allam to the hotel was quick. On arrival have treated with cold coctins, have offered 3 numbers on a choice, met very quickly tried to fulfill all our wishes. The hotel is very calm, quiet, not forced. On the Teretoriya 4-a pool one with heating, 3-a bar; One near the lobby, the second near the pool and one on the beach, as well as there is a hookah on the beach, restaurant one in the main building, chefs and waiters at the highest level to try for you to create a pleasant holiday, smiling, joking, every effort to please, all That must be cooked, served, to the general guys SUPER separate them a huge thank you especially Nabeel Ali He is the best, Hasan and Muhamed. There is one Tenesny table, two tables of paid billiards for $4 hour, two volleyball courts, a field for Foodbola, two playgrounds for the Bochi, water polo, for children there is a playground, not a big children's club where they draw, sculpt. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, sandy sand, lots of palms.

Great value for money The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are not very modern but are manicured, clean and large. The food is good, they have a varied and great buffet. The beach is large and cared for. A small mole Maybe is the pier to get over the reef which is very long to go. The cleanliness of the sea towels and towels can be improved but overall I find it a great resort.

Really nice beach with long jetty and beautiful coral reef — we loved it! Variety of food is OK and rooms are clean.

Nice hotel with a beautiful sandy beach. Coral reef is very rich in sea life that is very plus for this hotel.

So I was there 1 month ago with family 15 people in themselves OK food first days was not good but every day has improved room was at first a horror but in reception we could explain a staff who spoke our language and make an exchange in itself the location de S hotels nice but the still need to make a lot of program of Schou boring and every day the same genuine to puke had been headaches because of always the same music. What I did not like was the bar staff always completely unfriendly… So no 4 stars.

The marina with the coral reef is pretty good. Friendly staff and good food.

Lovely place for personal kindness for food cleaning… Of course if you are expecting a European 5 star… but you will always find good seafood pasta rice meat etc.
Then wonderful coral reef beach.

There is little good here. The only good thing was the beautiful coral reef and the partly very nice staff.
Now for the worse.
The rooms are in need of renovation, partly rancid and poorly equipped. The "technology" is either not fully functional or not functional at all. If you want to stay sensibly, book a "Superior" room, these are at least renovated.
The food läst to be desired. The food tastes bland or swells to with salt or sharpness. Moreover, the attempt "show cocking" present miserably failed. The restaurant is usually after half an hour after the opening total smoke.
If you are so ill-fated during your holiday, you can immediately rebook your return ticket to the next day. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and the doctor advised me to go to the nearest hospital. The transfer cost me €60 (a 20 minute drive). When I arrived at the hospital, they asked me how I wanted to pay, a helper asked about my symptoms shortly and then the doctor should come. The time I used to inform me about the cost €85 only for the investigation further treatment costs would be shared with me later. This I considered to be total usury and decided to retire to the hotel. When I wanted to take the return journey, I was stopped by the same helper. This tried to convince me with the help of discounts to stay there. Meanwhile, the situation seemed to me to be really stupid and I insisted on being allowed to go back.

Staff and people that working there are very kind kind & friendly they are always smiling ☺, its really one of the best hotels around over marsa alam, felt very comfortable there rooms are very clean wide and has a good sea and pool view at the same time, beach and pool are very amazing, food is good, house reef is good for snorkling and diving. — gym is not so good, food is decent.

The beer was out of this All Inclusive and it wasn't that great.

I would look somewhere else unless you are being paid to go there! The hotel location is good, standard of rooms good, reef good, dive centre good, majority of staff good, but and there's always a but if you only give one star! Everything that's included is barely edible or safe to drink and you are constantly charged extra for anything and everything! One example is: We had a late flight and requested a late check out, we were charged $30 for the room and another $30 if we wanted to eat or drink the food that you can't eat and the drinks you can't drink! We checked out at 6pm and were told we could not eat or drink anything for the remaining hour we were there waiting to be picked up unless we paid more! The hotel is a ghost town, the food and drinks are terrible but the attitude of the reception staff except Osama is incredibly poor and the business practice of constantly asking for payments at an all inclusive resort it very bad. The Red Sea is struggling at the moment and hotels need to make money where they can but going about it this way is not the way to do it. This is not a hotel you would come back to and for that reason I would recommend you try somewhere else in the first place. Tourism will pick up again and I hope it does but this place doesn't deserve customers as it treats them so poorly!

A dead cockroach lay 6 days in my room.

The worst experience I had with a hotel. Firstly, the Hotel Manager asked for 70 Dollars just to allocate us a room especially designed for 4 people. We were travelling as a group of four and never imagined we could be offered a room for two which was not large enough even for 3 people. A couple of days I figured out that many of tourists were asked to pay additional fee for a seeview room. Which is nonsence. Since all of the rooms in the hotel have sea view. Furthermore, my friends asked to call Hotel Manager to clear some issues. And they has to wait 45 minutes. Apparently he has some Note important things to do. He was drinking Tee at the terrace and did Not bother to come. After that I saw so many angry customers leaving Hotel. Apparently they has similar Problems. In essence this could be a nice place for vacation because amination and location are ok. But after having contact with receptionists and Managers all of those positive sides are nullified. I has an impression thqt they See their customers as if they were enemies and Not a valuable friend. I would not recommend staying in the hotel There are plenty good ones out there.
