This is so much better than The Three Corners Empire Hotel.
The food is nicer, there is more going on in the hotel and generally cleaner as well.

Worst reception ever! rude people.

Good air conditioning, pools and beach very close. £10 return to the marina by private taxi. Staff very helpful. Food catered for locals. Not many Europeans here but the holiday was at a great price. Local bar Old School does burgers and chips for European taste buds.

Bad food hotel needs a lot of work done to it bars not open at times when should be a lot mor to much to mention it’s 3 stars we would give it 1 star.

Believe it or not I will make sure no one from csnada and the states and even from englad or europe not put a foot on your hotel. I will send messsges to everyone I know here in csnada including travel agents not to deal with you. … I am a canadian but egyptian of birth and I will make sure your hotel will be closed by bankrupty… this kind of treatment to egyptians will not be accepted. The food is not really tasteful and it is really dirty. Especially the toilets for everyone. Some rooms has to be dirty too. At the Moment a lot of Egyptians are here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Pools are damaged and the sunbeds and umbrellas need a New color. The sales man Tries to sell Trips.

Sh**hole basically! Its on the verge of closing down… I tend to stay positive normally, but this place is some joke… Every day it was the same food… Soggy veg n some boiled chicken plain rice n burned fish, same old overcooked soup. After a few days I stopped eating there, as there was always full of flies on the plates… even the cutlery — some worn out scrap metal. Despite giving me En Suite room, I have not had my towels or sheets changed in 8days I stayed there. The sheets were soo rough, I dreaded sleeping there… Matresses deformed and ancient. Light switches so old, about to fall out of the wall… same goes to the sockets, only one socket was available, that is behind the fridge! Hah The taps were covered in rust, hence the brown water which damaged my bikinis! When asked the reception to wake me up early for my trips, they would say they forgotten to call or ring me up 1 hour later… useless Despite being friendly the staff would keep asking me why I come late, where im going and wanted to become FB friends.

For 24$ a night, you shouldn't expect much especially if it's an all inclusive stay in a 3 stars hotel in Egypt and that's why I rated the place 4 stars. Pros: Most probably the cheapest all inclusive in Hurghada. At least by the time of my visit. Most of the staff are kind. I arrived after the lunch buffet time and they managed to provide me with a burger and fries meal specially prepared for me. Nice beach to relax and swim. No corals Cons: Rooms are very small, not maintained and outdated. No corals. You should bring your own shower gel with you. Hygiene is not the best but acceptable for a 3 stars hotel. Food: Most of the food was nice with nothing special. You can expect fish, meat or chicken. An acceptable variety of salads and vegetables. Carbs are available as well such as pasta or rice. Very limited desserts and fruits. Activities: Animation team available on site with different activities each day. Drinks: Tea, coffee and water are the only hot drinks in the all inclusive. Tip: For an additional 6$ you can book at the much better royal Star Beach Resort next door. Both hotels have the same management. The 6$ gives you much better and renovated rooms and more food options in your all inclusive.

Three star staff nice food weak city hotel five minutes to sister hotel Empire Beach There is then the beach with lying towels and also with all-inclusive use of all facilities as well you can eat here.

The whole thing had an apocalyptic flair. We changed the room four times until at least some of the masses became bearable.
We've travelled across the country, we've never seen anything like it. Even complaints with the tour guide did not bring so much.
The breakfast was mostly really awful. Now not measured by German measures, I like the more typical Egyptian breakfast! It was just a lousy quality! The worst foul I've had in the whole time. The highlight was the fresh egg/omelette.

Food sucks, overrated and over priced.

The water and the sun are the most important for us, one is definitely worthwhile, who wants of course luxury is wrong here, which should take a few more stars.

The rooms are old, no soap and shampoo and the pools dirty and some of the staff in the bar are not service minded. You can only book all inclusive. The food is not really good in the restaurant eventhou there are many to choose from. There are many good hotels around for the same price.

This hotel has long been behind its beautiful days. The rooms are outdated and have no comfort.
The restaurant is very dirty, the chairs are sticky and the tables also. Only after you give tips, you get glasses and cups, otherwise there are only plastic cups. The food is not varied, the quality is also not the best.
The friendliness of some staff is positive.
The way a hotel is offered by a German travel agency is very surprising to us.

Stuff is not helpful and the hotel is very small, also the restaurant is bad and everything inside the hotel is very old.

Never ever go to this place. The hotel lacks even basic amenities like bathing gel, shampoo. The bathrooms were pathetic. The breakfast again was awful.

I came to this hotel thinking it was a nice hotel
But I was wrong
1) Absolutely disgusting food
2) The photos do not match the reality absolutely
3) There is no Wi-Fi
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice place for sole travelers but not families.

This place is just shiiit, try to avoid this place I had the worst experience with this place Rooms are under quality and the air condition was not working in high humidity in July Summer, the pool is full of shiiit and you will not rest at all and you not be able to enjoy anything. I have reserved this place upon the pictures attached, where these pictures doesn't belong to this shiiit place. These pictures belong to another place This is cheating This is cheating This is cheating I had to change the Reservation and pay double the amount to stay in a peaceful place.

They don't using card machine. I should pay using money. They don't want to try using card machine. I cannot understand why I should bring heavy money in the recent era. The restaurant has variety menu and very tasty. And the restaurant guys were very polited. The animation team was trying very well. It was nice and fun. But the room, Is this youth hostel? It is just really simple and old room. Towel looks washed but too old.

I liked it! The room was always clean, leaving on a balcony could see sea, particularly at sea did not swim because there were a lot of people, but there were a lot of places at the pool, eating plain, no different from Russian cuisine (porridge, eggs, pasta, burgers, sausages, etc. ), pleased drinks-close to the beach and free!

Relax in this hotel every year from 2009. Me all happy. Almost all servismènov personally know. Come here, as to his home.
