Great Hotel! It was wanderfull time! Thank you for everything! Spa center, Fish spa, surfing…all things in one. And the food was very delicious every day!

I have just returned from my 2nd time at the DRR and a shame to say I will definitely not be returning. This was a holiday with friends and my toddler age 18 months. The staff are great hotel grounds beautiful. All five of us have finished our holiday with bad diarrhoea and fevers I did report this to the hotel while in resort but solving seems to be allowing me to stay in our room for a late check out and making me sign a disclaimer to say I will not take it further to try and claim compensation or not allowing me to check out very intimidating. I have traveled to Egypt 🇪🇬 twice a year for the past 6 years and never had this. We continue on our return home 🏡 with Hospital appointments and tests not a nice way to finish a holiday.

The hotel is great, of course, as usual. I have visited it several times before, but I recommend you to return the old animation team in 2018. They were very wonderful.

Great hotel everything you need in one resort, friendly staff, restaurants, bars, entertainment, swimming pools and private beach, and much more.

The hotel has super nice grounds, nice pools with a great pool bar. However, you can forget the rest. The service is under all sow. There are simply zero excuses for. You wait forever for your drinks and you are only asked what you want to drink after an eternity. Too bad about the facility but we will definitely not visit this hotel again.

The view is incredible, resort is really big so you dont have to worry about where to go there are always places you can go to. The hotel is very beautiful, the grounds are large, the beach is huge. The guys waiters and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. I would especially like to mention the waiter from Sode bar. A wonderful man, a yula man. Everywhere everything succeeds and everyone will pay attention.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, from the moment you arrive you are treated like family. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do or not do the choice is yours. Food is so good, with 4 al a carte restaurants to choose from everyday of the week. Rooms are a good size and are immaculately clean.

I so highly recommend, just come home after my second stay and already missing it so much. Beautiful hotel amazing service the staff are an absolute credit can't do enough for you, such friendly beautiful people. All work tirelessly to make such a wonderful place to be cleaners gardener's animation team so talented, bar and everyone. Food is amazing always something to eat and drink. All of your hard work is appreciated, love and missing this place and everything it offers.

A large area, a huge beach, there is a lagoon without waves, there is an open sea, corals — who wants what. The big pools have their own water park. Four restaurants, bars. There was no time to lie down. Entertainment programs all day long. Beach parties, a variety of discos. The staff do everything for you, even transfer across the road. Menu any whether it's Italian, Chinese, German, Ukrainian. The atmosphere is super.

Very nice here but don't expect to be a 5 star hotel. I've been in hotels that's rated at 4 stars and was better. I don't know how they get their stars but for sure is not a 5 stars. Otherwise, perfect place.

I have spent 5 days at this resort with my family and it is absolutely fantastic. The food was great, fantastic service and great entertainment for adults and children. The only issue was the rooms, They need some updating and modernising. I have asked about the rooms and they will be renovating them as it's already part of their plan.

Amazing experience, we came for a visit from Czech republic, amazing family time, highly secured, amazing team, support is unlimited, friendly environment and food experience is having varieties joyful vacation. To be repeated, certainly will come back :-)

Good resort, food is good except for a couple of things. First the rooms are old and wear and tear of the rooms is clearly visible. Window doors instead of being fixed they just added a latch, bathroom door handle is broke and even after they fixed it it doesn't lock. Secondly the cold water coolers are filled with filtered tap water rather than using new fresh water bottles so really you don't know what you are drinking (I know this because one of the staff got a half filled water bottle from under the bar and just put in on and another guest asked him where the water is from as it was clearly visible that it wasn't a full fresh bottle of water, so you really don't know what you are drinking and even thou I said the food is good it makes me wonder if they are also cutting corners.

The hotel is not new, but you can relax in it very well. First, it is a beautiful area, so much greenery, flowers and décor I have not seen in any hotel in Egypt or Turkey. Lagoon with a bar, which overlooks the sea and connects 2 pedestrian bridges-it's just a heavenly place. By the way, in my opinion-this is the best place in the entire hotel for the quality of Wi-fi signal. The food is excellent, including all the bars… Almost always fresh products, pastries, desserts and fruits (dates and watermelons-it's a special pleasure) … Meat and fish dishes also deserve respect (big respect cooks). The housekeeping staff are very friendly and friendly. The animation is very good, although it is tedious on the evening shows, but in general, the guys are great fellows, nothing inferior to the Turkish animation, about the Egyptian I am already silent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downsides are:
1. No Wi-fi in the rooms (we live in the 21st century, where is the.?! )
2. Settlement even for extra. The payment is very slow… We were brought to the hotel at 6 am and I immediately indicated that I want a settlement for extra.

Today is 26.05.18 returned from Egypt. I'll Start with the tour operator Join up. Before The flight started a bunch of negatives about this tour operator and was very worried about it. We're lucky. Our flight from Lviv was delayed only for an hour. The hotel is in a great location. What to say about the rooms themselves, then of course they require repair and to the extent possible it is done. Compared to Turkey, Egypt loses. BUT I want to mention the hotel staff. VERY friendly and attentive. Do Not pass You without knowing how you are doing and everything is good. The Beach is chic. The First two days rested in the bay. For children, what is necessary, but when you hit the sea-fell in love. This Sea is impossible not to love. Pure, very salty, warm, shorter dream. The Beds are tired, not bad it would be repaired. And It is important: never forget the beach towels that you have in your room, on the beach. When you are evicted for a towel defect you will have to pay for each $15. It does not matter that you did not take it with you in a suitcase, but simply forgot on the territory of the hotel. That's the rules. The Food in the main restaurant is delicious. I read Somewhere that she monotonous, yes, there is a little, but it is not scary. In the bars for girls make standard cocktails, BUT they have such Mohamed (he often goes in the yellow T-shirt) senior over the waiters. He's a great guy. Cocktails make just crazy.

The outdoors, the view and the food was excellent and would deserve five stars. The food is diversified and everyone can find something to eat. They even have some specific restaurants where you can make reservation one day in advance (it is not possible to have two or more reservations in the same day). However there is no internet inside buildings and poor connection outside. The pools were really big and not crowded, but a bit dusty at the bottom and looked like they need some cleaning. Some staff could really need some training on how to treat the customers, because it was obvious they expected to be tipped even before performing the service for what it was supposed to be the tip. If you don't tip them when sitting at the table, they will ignore you completely. Also one of my friend had some problems with this guy from the reception when wanting to change some money because he gave him back less than it should have and when confronted about this, no apologies from him. The furniture in the room we stayed in was quite old, but the view from the room was nice. All in all, it is a nice resort but it needs some improvement to get to 5 stars.

Pros:-Excellent Service (for those who do not know English can be a disadvantage a small number of Russian-speaking staff) — chic and huge swimming-there is a safe shallow lagoon current and coral plage-a huge number of bars-a lot of food, delicious, But it's coming. A week of boring.
— Excellent boom Cons:-The rooms are clearly not 5 stars, the average four maximum.
— The view from the room may not be much. In my case I overlooked the unfinished hotel, but it was quiet.

Excellent resort that has many facilities for different age groups. Even if you stayed for a decade you would like to stay more. Pools are very big and they have a nice Olympic one. You should try snorkeling in their beach where everyone can enjoy a non forgettable experience. A big thank to general manager Mr. Mohamed Amin for his excellency and professional way to deal with guests, he was a good example for a successful management in many situations. I stayed there 2 times till now and of course will be back. Highly recommend this resort for anybody.

I really liked it. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, The restaurant can often be used for waiting times. In the evening the bars are with live Music.

The outside very well maintained very beautiful in the evening but a little too big it is a very good tourist factory with children but not ideal for tranquility the beach is fully artificial but convenient for supervised children by cons the rooms are clearly not at the height of a five star not very clean facilities and aging furniture it looks more like seasonal rental rooms than at 5 stars.

Loved The greenery of the hotel! Everything Blooms and smells! The Food is very repetitive) but always a lot. The Fruit is sorry for breakfast not served.
Sellers go and bother often, animators not bad. The guide and the sellers on the territory of the hotel is better not to buy tours. As you overpay several times. We took through Instagram, guys familiar on the street. Three times cheaper to buy.

Immense resort with beautifully-kept gardens. Three huge swimming pools, including an Olympic-sized pool which has lanes reserved for swimmers. All pools were very clean. Restaurants are good (Italian is best), and are free if you are All Inclusive. Positives: Staff are very friendly; rooms are cleaned daily if you want them to be; you get beach towels; there a several bars and cafes dotted around the resort; there is an artificial bay that is safe for children to swim in, and just outside, in the Red Sea, take some goggles and see some wonderful fish right on your doorstep; on your last day you will get baggage storage and access to a shower. Tips: take swimming shoes if you want to swim in the open sea, as the coral cuts easily; take some Euro notes because the staff are tipped in Euro coins but can't exchange these, so they will ask if you can change them for notes (please do this: they are really good people) ; take mosquito spray. Cons: rooms are starting to get a little tired, especially the bathrooms; if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room which looks away from the gardens to avoid the background thrumming of the bars and club in the evening and at night; the poolside sun beds are reserved with towels very early in the morning, so if you want a couple you will need to do so before 08:00!

Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff, however disgusting kitchen and old rooms. WI-FI only in some places of the hotels, and then works with the overfighting. Big load on bars. However many bars, restaurants on the territory of Hotel. Beautiful lagoon, great beach.

A plant that fascinated me mainly by its neat, green atmosphere and especially the lush flowers and trees were a feast for the Eyes. The rooms themselves are fine for the country category and cleanliness has been capitalized! Food was good too, so I liked it very much!

We have just returned from this lovely hotel having had one of the best holidays ever. We wanted a complete chill out and that's exactly what we got. We stayed here for 4 days and had a great experience. Especially like the animation team. The guys are all positive, energetic, a lot of different programs and dances, and yoga, water shows, etc. The day passes unnoticed!

I highly recommend it is hotel which is more of a black desert than pink! I would rather recommend the Albatros Palace Hotel spring which is much better, more beautiful and more serious!

Service fantastic, resort is maintained 24hrs. Food is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The animation team are there for everyone. I can not complement this place nor the staff enough. I travelled with. Y family of 2 adults and 2 children. Just fantastic.

Now 5 stars can not be given, since I had better hotels in Egypt with four stars. But well we do not whine at high level. One is simply in Egypt. The facility itself is huge and well maintained. The rooms are OK, that food is varied but unfortunately not necessarily tasteful which might be due to the size of the facility. 900 rooms are also a lot, children also come here super at their expense which is a great playground and a beautiful bay. So let's see how our holiday goes on.

I liked the area, big and well-groomed, there is a place to walk. The beach is clean, set in the sea without special shoes. That Kasaetsya rooms, require renovation, fungus in the bathroom, faulty plumbing, old furniture, often razrjazhalsja key-card. There are no disposable slippers and bathrobes.

Simply beacon on Earth. Polite, helpful and service oriented staff. Very diverse and quality food offers. Botanical as well as beach areas are clean and well prepared. Hotels includes 4 other restaurants with dishes from different nationalities (incl. Mexican and Lebanese).

This is a superb hotel Spotlessly clean. Staff are very helpful and we'll mannered. The food in the separate restaurants is super Rooms are big and comfortable with efficient room boy service. Most certainly would come again.

A really classy hotel. The morning begins with a fresh filter coffee and an O-juice. Food delicious and varied. A class solution is to keep the pool and beach sellers from the lounger are the hotel's green flags that you hang on the parasol or headphones in your ears. Because one or another euro is treated like a king. Have 3Wochen long my couch and beverage service on the beach, my seat to the meals including drinks.

This rose resort is a really nice hotel facility. The rooms are a bit over the years but this is made good by service and cleanliness. One, two euros tip a day and people are your best friends.

The rooms are old. Bathroom with a specific fungus. For two, 3 towels: one for the body (personal), and one for two for hands/face.
The food in the dining room is not super, but edible: a lot of vegetables, from meat leader to chicken, pasta, potatoes, fish, lots of different desserts. The yogurts are very good, the bread is delicious baked.
The grounds are large and beautiful.
The bar has wine-took red, tasty!
The hookah is not pleasant.

Beautiful hotel. Half board, family, and with various activities. Varied food.
It is relatively close to the tourist spots of the city and the port from where you make the walks to the Red Sea.
The place is simply beautiful and enjoyable, economical, and much more decongested than Sharm el Sheikh.

This hotel deserves a maximum of 2 German stars! Clean towels in the morning: waiting time up to 1 hour. In the blazing sun! The pool is filled with towels and a thin scarf. Eat under all cannon. Soluble coffee only on request and begging, as the other coffee was unpalatable! On the beach, washed cups and jars were rather unrinsed… disgusting… it would rather be waived! Unsalted half-cooked potatoes served at noon at three for coffee… embarrassing! This hotel saves on all corners and ends at the expense of holidaymakers… never again… that's more than just getting out foundered money! Have seen many more negative things in this installation, these are just a few examples… have had nightmares for months afterwards from the experiences of this facility, needed again a holiday!

Desert rose resort HURGHADA is a wonderful experience & is a must — visit kind of place. The location is exquisite, situated beside the red sea. The place is very beautiful with lush green vegetations & colorful decorations everywhere. The rooms are large and beautiful providing everything one needs. The service is extraordinary. The people there are very helpful & cooperative. There are plenty of bars & restaurants there. I liked the Tropicana bar most. When you arrive, they give you a wristband, which gives you free unlimited access to drinks (cold drinks, fruit juice, alcohol). So all over, desert rose resort is highly recommended to everyone.

Location and territory of this 5-star resort is great, everything will scream that you looking at five star place, but don't be fooled by its appearance, rooms are terrible and nowhere near even to cheap 3-star hotel. Everything is falling apart, furniture is old, very old… They trying to make it look ok, but most things needs to be renovated asap as they just can't to be covered up. Regarding the restaurants: the facilities is perfect, the hygiene and cleanliness is perfect as well but the food is not tasty at all except the Italian restaurant. This resort is very nice and also a great value of money. There are different pools, bars and restaurants. But the rooms need more updates to be more comfortable.

I stayed in the hotel during June but unfortunately it was packed with people, the open buffet was so bad, both pools were always busy and people simply left their towels early in the morning just to reserve their space. The beach was okay but the snack bar was awful. They cooked horrible pasta & pizza. We even went to spa and the experience was one of the worst ever. The one good thing about this hotel is their managment team, they were really nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to compensate us and that was the one good thing about this hotel!
