I've been there three consecutive years, each visit lasts a week. So what can I say is that it is an elegant place that needs a lot of modifications and maintenance. Rooms are not cleaned properly, they don't add soap or shampoo. You can play tennis, mini golf, or tennis table but you need to ask the beach boy for the bats and most of the time there is any. The show doesn't worth the money. Food is below average although there are lots of restaurants. Pools are not clean. Towels on the pool are smelly and disgusting. Animation team is average there isn't any noticeable variation in their weekly program, most of it is live music.

It's a great hotel! 9 pools, 6 restaurants — you can all visit as many times as you want. A bus runs every 5 minutes to the sea. A separate beach. Nearby the water park is free.

Very beautiful hotel, lots of pools, one with a children's roller coaster. There are several restaurants on site. Every evening a beautiful show, played by a musician on the violin. To the sea carries a minibus, every 15 minutes. It doesn't bother you. Only the entry into the sea is inconvenient, shallow water and there is no beauty, which is filled with the red sea.

I was here a long time ago for a night show, belly dance, swords and so on. The typical show built for tourists. It was not so fun. I find this facility unique to the entire staff! My husband and I have been to ÄGYPTEN in various hotels 15 times. But as accommodating and cordial as here we haven't had it anywhere! We are here the third time and will be back in August. For us, it's the TRAUMcomo and we'll stay true to the Alf Leila Wa Leila for the future ❤

We had a really nice renovated room because we asked for it in advance. The hotel has a beautiful teritory. I would say that everything was excellent and the only thing they need to change is FOOD. (almost all dishes taste like chlore, even ketchup). I would come back here again only if they change the menu. Beautiful beach with fishes.

You get what you pay, for a four starts hotel I could have not expected more, the hotel experience is mainly aimed to old Germans but there are other guests such as east Europeans an Russians, the service is great but the room are a bit old and the towels and installations are not very clean they could improve that point, the food quality varies and most food is aimed to German's taste even though that the more local dishes they offer are the best ones, like their bread. They have a show but beside the horses it's very boring, they have a dancing show which is very bad, you can avoid it. They have a shuttle to the beach and it works great but don't expect too much the beach is not pretty. If you like to eat, sleep and spend most time by a pool tacking the sun without noice this might be the place for you. The massage SPA is probably the best part of the hotel, the beauty salon is a joke and the ice cream shop as well. Overall I'm happy with what I got. Finally the worse thing of the Hotel is the Wi-Fi don't expect to have internet in your room.

It is a very nice hotel all very clean, service very friendly and helpful at the hotel but also at the pools in the whole area of the hotel complex. We were at sixth and everyone loved it and some were already there 2 times. We would always fly back. The hotel is very good.

Although not all rooms are in a top location but are quite clean and well equipped. The restaurants are in my opinion quite the same, but you will find something for every taste. The waiters are polite however not always available depending on whether you give some tip. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Everything we needed for 1 week holiday. Quiet are the rooms in the 400 area and really beautiful the newly made in the 200-room area. Food was always very good and the staff in all areas really friendly. We had to do without the massage, we did not like it at all.

There is a children's room where you can leave your children in the morning for 2.5 hours and Evening 1. Five o'clock. There children always occupy something and there work really girls. The hotel is so beautiful and large grounds. Lots of pools. 3 heated. There are shops and a pharmacy. A bus ride to the beach. The beach is not very but there you can also drink and eat. We're all inclusive. The rooms are renovirovanye and there is no renovated. We don't renovated. The furniture is old but it is not very frustrating. I think this hotel is very good for families with children. Everything is clean and tidy.
