Had a wonderful experience at the resort, definitely recommend it to anyone considering! in particular Ahmed the reservation manager was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend, and look forward to my next visit!

Amazing experience here at resort and various activity was provided through out the resort and had great time with animation team who provided excellent entertainment activity through out our stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at in Egypt and defintley the best hotel in sahel/ matrouh. Gorgeous rooms/beach chalets, High quality rooms (amazing view, decor and settings), and high quality service.
Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Also, front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant and I would like to thank Nourhan at the front desk she was extremely delightful and eager to help As for the covid precautions:
The facility is extremely clean
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that all Covid precautions are well implemented, rooms are well ventilated, the entire staff wears masks all the time, physical distancing, the dinner tables are being cleaned almost every minute, they spray alcohol everywhere, it made us feel safe and happy And also I would like to give a special shout out to the amazing animation team and their great effort to make us feel at home and engage us in many fun activities throughout the day! They make the stay at the hotel very fun for adults and children too! And for that I would love to thank Alis from the animation team, she was very friendly, sweet, fun, nice and kind and she made our stay x100 better and she made sure we enjoyed every moment of our vacation
And I highly recommend the SPA, remarkable atmosphere, Everyone is professional and accommodating and Hend is the absolute best!

I stayed at Caesar bay resort for a couple of days in June 2021 My room was well designed and spacious. It was located high on the third floor so the view was extremely nice They served delicious breakfast and dinner with a lot of choices In general the experience of my stay was quite wonderful and all the staff were friendly and would do anything I ask within seconds. Many thanks to Ahmed Mamdouh the reservation manager and all resort staff for making my stay a memorable one. Keep up the good work Sheridan.

We stayed for one night but it was a memorable one.
Check in was smooth thanks to Mr Ahmed Mamdouh, a very helpful and keen reservation manager.
Rooms are so spacious and spotless clean.
All staff was really helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast was really good with a vast variety including diet options.
The sea view is spectacular.

The hotel is an exceptional luxurious one, the staff were very friendly and willing to find solutions for any issue that might be there. Beach was clean with transparent blue sea water provided with very alerted lifeguards. The rooms were neat, big size and good organization (Thank you, Ebrahim)
Golf car makes our movement very comfortable especially for my mum (Thank you, Mohamed and Mahmoud you were very friendly) The hotel was very well prepared with all the needed stuff to follow Covid-19 precautions and making everyone safe The quality, variety, and cleanness of food were super awesome (Thank you Mr. Ashour and all restaurant staff) Finally, A big and special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Mamdouh — reservation manager for his understanding and cooperation to ease our stay prior to our arrival and during our accommodation to satisfy all our needs to the most and made this vacation unforgettable and happy Everyone goes over and beyond. Everything was amazing, the only thing they have to take action about it, that all staff in the main restaurant they serve Italian guests very well. But the Egyptian-people they didn’t serve them the same.

Resort is really amazing, food was tasty and every day made a several kinds of food. Restaurant team always helping you and smiling. Sea was so beautiful and the view was amazing…

My family and I highly recommend the resort as it is one of the best located in the Mediterranean Sea. The food had a lot of variety, the chefs were very kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The best part of the resort is the entertainment team, they always have fun activities planned and they are very friendly, they treat you as their friend. Two of the best people in the entertainment team were Mohamed and Max. The atmosphere was amazing, it wasn't boring, there was always something to do. Looking forward to come back. Highly recommend it.

One of the best resorts in the Mediterranean sea! The service and rooms are good, staff members are kind, friendly and responsive… and the best of the best was the Entertainment team Mohamed and Max, who made the pool and evening activities real fun.

My first vacation in Caesar bay it was great, lots of fun, friendly staff and creative animation team.

Good resort but not 5 stars, bed/mattress was terrible, cable TV was terrible, food was good, beach was good but water was not that clean as expected, pool was nice, entertainment was nice, too Italian for sure as everyone else commented, but Italian tourists were more than Egyptians anyway. It's very expensive specially when you add taxes and charges. Room was big (Superior Sea view), decent space and nice decorations. Toilets need more attention.

This is just my first day here and I am astonished. The view is phenomenal and the warm light blue water is fantastic with its white sandy beach. I only had lunch here and the quality of the food is excellent. The room was spacious and clean. We got the full board superior sea view room. See the view in the picture.

The place is gorgeous, clean, delicious eating, sea firuzi and beautiful events for adults and kids but the evening show is plain المكان رائع وجميل ونظيف والاكل لذيذ والبحر فيروزي والفعاليات جميله للاطفال والكبار ساعود له مره اخرى

I came back yesterday, unfortunately! That is to say, beautiful place, all the staff from the bar to the restaurant nice and stra available! Excellent service and the cleaning! Animation Eden from 10 and praise! we were involved during the whole week between shows and activities! It was a fantastic week! Thanks guys!

The hotel is under an Italian Management Group. The beach is amazing, crystal clear Aqua Marine waters. Entertainment is awsome international performers. Great animation team for children and night show for adults. The food is so varied and tasteful. The buffet is international and eastern and changes daily. The rooms are spacious, modern and in outstanding condition. Staff are exceptional. The toilet facilities are in pristine condition. well done ceasars bay resort. I AM IMPRESSED! Only complaint is that you don't have Showtime on TV.

Amazing hotel, very cleaner. Fantastic breakfast and dinner (congratulation to the hotel chef). I've been in many other the same levels hotels in Egypt but, Ceaser Bay Resort I can't express how much everything was so perfect. I can't compare to any other. The hotel can be for families, singles, or couples. Everything is positive. I'm glad that I went there… definite I will come back.

Well, I loved this place. I visited Caeser Bay last summer and it was amazing so I went back this summer again to find it even more perfect. It starts from how this place is designed, it feels very comfortable, cozy and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming and extra helpful. The place was extremely clean, neat and organized. The food was super! Litterally every dish was very delicious and very well prepared with a very good variety; we couldn't stop eating every time we visited the restaurant The pools were always clean with crystal clear waters. The beach was very relaxing. Last but not least, the animation team were wonderful! They made our stay extremely delightful and fun. You find them everywhere helping you out, entertaining you, playing with your kids making sure you are in your best mode at all times. They had a great entertainment program for all age groups that my family and I all enjoyed every part of it. We are truly thankful to each person working in this place, you all made our vacation super exciting. Thank you.

Dirty pillow cases, bugs in the food, low cleaning supplies such as shower gels. Good beach. Great for kids but really bad for couples.

الجو هناك جميل والمنظر بديع ولكن للاسف لا يوجد على الشاطيء اى نوع من المحار او الودع والصدف لطالما جمعنا من شواطيء كثيرة هذه الاشياء الجميلة ولكن اعتقد إنه يتم إزالتها بغرض النظافة المطعم فوق الممتاز ، ليس فقط يوجد انواع كثيرة من الطعام ولكن الاكل شهى وطعمه فوق الممتاز … يوجد انواع مختلفة من الاطعمه وبكثرة لم اشاهدها فى اى اوتيل آخر حقيقى ممتاز لكن اغانى الاطفال كلها بالغات الاجنبية. ليه كده ؟! هو إحنا مش مصريين ولا إيه! كل الاطفال كانوا هناك مصريين وحتى لو فى اطفال اجانب هما اللى يغنوا بلغتنا. بلاش عقدة الخواجه دى

Although the exterior aspect of the resort is not inviting yet it is quite lovely from the inside and I loved all the rest of it ;the polite staff, the view, the capacity of the rooms and the food I definitely recommend it.

The place is clean, rooms are spacious, reception manager (Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz is very kind and helpful) overall my kids had so much fun in the pool, on the beach, and watching the animation show) I totally recommend it for all families and also for couples is paceful and relaxing.

Very nice rooms, very wide, excellent food with wide variety, nice small pools, friendly animation team with plenty of activities for kids and adults, beautiful night show … What's bad, long distance and steep road between room and the beach or pool which makes it very exhausting for older people and even small kids and not enough transportation (golf car) always busy and not coming on time upon request. Another thing, the main pool is considered small and almost always crowded, with a kind of dangerous edges (the life guard was always warning not to step on the edge of the pool)!?! Bad design I think. One last important thing, it's called cesar (bay) but it's not actually a bay! it has an open sea front, so for two days it had the black flag (forbidden to swim in sea) and for one other day the yellow flag which is kind of dangerous! Must change the name or make a real Bay. Overall experience, it was good, had fun, might go there again if mistakes are put in consideration and corrected.

Good hotel. Nice food. Nice beach. Rooms are big & have nice colors. They are not powering on heaters for pools during May. Staff need more training. 90 km away from Matrouh.

Wonderful sea view, room, food, beach, all activities and all staff, but one person, (Aly) in reception, don't deal with him, stay away and avoid tobe nervous. Also procedures in reception taking a long time.

Rested from 16.05 — 22.05. Very much liked everything. All in the hotel at the highest level. Animators are professionals in their field. Special thanks to hotel guide Yasha, who was always there for us and solved all the issues. I advise everyone to go to this hotel.

A wonderful hotel in which you want to return! Was pleased with absolutely everything, well, a little wind naughty)
The rooms are very very very large! Food is delicious, the variety is! Fruit every day is different! delicious water melons (An aiza batih) say the phrase and half of the staff will remember me especially guide Yasha, by the way about it: very very cool! I thank him very much for everything! A man of my word! Promised, he will do it! Been on 2 tours Siwa Oasis (super! All the advice) and Pyramids, very happy! The hotel is big and beautiful territory, vegetation is not so much the younger as the hotel is new, but all green nice smelling and very well maintained! The staff is very kind and cute! There is the usual obsession with how to Hurghada and Sharm! It's all very cozy! Nice people. Very cool and a strong team of animators! Every good at his job! Every day I went to the stretching, Aqua aerobics, dance… generally taking an active part in everything! Guys animators big fellows! No one invades your personal space, if you want to relax, lie down and do nothing, okay! But if you want an active holiday they will always help to find what you want to do! I'd love to come back! It was very cool! Thank you.

Food is more than great but my comment very bad animatian I know it's not hotel responsiblty it's another campony "italin campony "but they never speak or even smile to egyptian they deal with matter as they are seeing nathing this not logic I think the hotel admins could find any way to deal with this matter I stayed one week was good I can say I enjoied relixian but not fun.
