Very nice and save Hotel and the breakfast was very good, we were going to leave at 10pm to the airport and they took care of our luggage til it was time for our departure Thank you all Staff that worked that day 💜😊💜

Had pleasant time staying here. Location very convenient. Very safe and secure area close to the airport. Professional staff very helpful. Beside breakfast open buffet they do fresh falafel 🥙 and omelette. Health and Safety environment great place for family.

I made my engagement there the DJ player was not professional, he did not know how to play the songs. During the buffet the manager. Did not care about the table of the bride and groom we were the last ones to take care about. The stage was too small for people to to be on.

The rooms are excellent but the restaurant is bad, Me and some of my teammates have been infected by Abdominal distress from the beef so
I don't recommend to eat at a hotel.

Reasonable prices, good breakfast but not so nice & good rooms.

Hotel sucked! I booked two rooms, once of which had a nasty smell going on each time I opened the AC. They do not vacuum the floors nor clean the toilets. Plus, every time I ate from the breakfast I had a tummy ache and bowel issue. Room service is very slow and the house keeping missed cleaning my rooms 2 days in a row. Charging Plugs were broken as well. The swimming pool only gets deeply cleaned once the pool water turns yellow-ish green. The only good thing about this hotel is that they had strong security.

Amazing 5 stars hotel with many facilities, you'll spend a happy time with your family very friendly and helpful stuff I will back again next vacation.

A good 5 star hotel with high security, near to Cairo Airport. Very pleasant hotel with good rooms. Good room service. Only problem encountered was the room card not properly some time. Very excellent service. Good carparking area. Have separate balcony and we can view Cairo town from the balcony. In rooms two double beds available.

Good but small and very cold in winter.

My overall experience was very decent. The hotel was very clean, all staff were helpful and responsive and almost all services were offered inside the hotel. The only two things that might make you feel a bit uncomfortable are first the multiple security check points every time you get in the hotel at anytime, it becomes irritating at a certain point! Secondly, the breakfast menu is almost the same every day. No themes so you would get bored after your third day. Food tasted well though. All in all I was happy with my stay and would recommend it for anyone.

Big room, with very nice pool view. Place is quite & cozy. Restaurant is nice and quiet with good pool view. Breakfast has adequate variety to satisfy all needs. Parking slots are available for free and the place is close to many facilities.

Space 5/5 Cleanliness 3.5/5 Service 4/5 Food 3.5/5 Price 5/5 Staff are doing there best but I think management are not professionals in the hospitality they didn't cater for a baby crib they brought an old bed made of wood with a mattress literally broken in half in the middle they brought everything together swiftly which reflects that staff are keen but management they don't supply the right tools. Hallways could use a vacuum cleaner.

Grandiose architecture and conveniently located on the Cairo international Airport Road. Food is very average. No liquor.

The guys at the reception are not helpful at all. I called the duty manager he was rude and literally said we don't have to do that! The one that really bothered me the most was that some intruder kept callin our room sayin bad words and they did nothin about it. I don't recommend this hotel even with the considerably afforable fare that they offer! AVOID.

The access is easy. Close to airport (15-20 min). Clean large rooms. Close to different malls and shopping centres. The only downside is food; doesn't taste the greatest but good portion size :-)

It deserves less than a star Unprofessional team, the lowest quality ever for the food It's only place to sleep and leave, nothing more Yes it's cheaper than others in cost, also very cheap in service, the problem is the workers there don't know what they have to to do, Really the wrong ppl in the wrong place.
