There were two inappropriate numbers to talk to customers in a completely rude manner.

I would like to thank the hotel, the decorator, and the organization. Everything was very nice and above wonderful, the atmosphere is nice, the place is light, and all the visitors are simplified, the view is very nice, the party and the rooms, everything was nice and thanks to the dj, photographer and everyone who tired to make this day very special
Finally I am highly recommending roof of cherry maryski for engagement parties or any celebration.

No good smelling. Very poor Wi-Fi connection.

We have been very loyal guests to cherry maryaski until what happened during COVID. I have booked 4 rooms back in March and due to COVID everything stopped and we have all quarantined and no one has moved. We have booked through agoda and our money has been debited and we’re provided with a confirmation PDFs. Accordingly we have had a call with cherry maryaski confirming that all our rooms will stay booked till we can come later and they refused to send us a written confirmations and rather have us confirmation numbers to our rooms.
Surprisingly now uom claiming our bookings, the hotel knows nothing about this agreement and holding me liabale to call agoda now and claim my money back. Such a redicolous and a very cheap approach to customers. Keeping a promise with these guys is something they know of.
I donot recommend this hotel AT ALL!

Was a terrible experience, the food was disgusting, the bread was rotten, they served the food cold. The service didn't pay us attention the place wasn't clean and you cannot eat near the pool. The pool is too small for the number of people in it.

There is a very bad person dealing with us in very bad way he doesn't respect us.
And I have a problem with my check in time I reserved a room with booking app and when I arrived at 1.30 am the room wasn't ready yet and I waited more than 15 minutes to receive my room.

Very bad hotel, very bad smell, poorly managed, the hotel manager didn’t know how to deal with the customers.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, very dirty, very very bad smell, the worst staff in history of man kind, avoid staying in it by all means, it's better to stay in the street rather than spending a night in this whole of S***.

Very clean neat also they have decent stuff lobed the place as well as the location of the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is poorly managed. We were made to wait for 2 hours to check in. Booked a room for 3 and got a double bedroom. Had to get an additional bed on the per text on room being unavailable. The rooms, however, are very comfortable. It is very closely located to the sea. But if you expect good sea view from your room, this is not the place for you as the tall buildings around will block it. The hotel charges include breakfast. They have quite a tasteless spread items. I suggest cut down on the number of items and provide good quality food.

The whole hotel smells like cigarettes. There are no smoke free areas so every carpet and wall is permeated with the smell of stale smoke. EVEN THE ELEVATORS! My first room was humid and smelled strongly like mold. Walked into the bathroom and every tile was covered in a black algae; requested another room and was told it would be ready in an hour. 3 hours later, the night manager took over and had no idea about the requested room switch. Ended up getting a room on the 4th floor that for some inexplicable reason must be near where they store their trash. Can barely breathe. Want Wi-Fi in your room? That costs extra. PER DEVICE! Otherwise you can use the ancient dial — up connection in the lobby. Want your room cleaned? You have to find housekeeping and give them a tip. Have a reservation or special request? Doesn't matter. You get whatever room they have. And don't be fooled by the website. They don't have king size beds, instead they pushed together 2 twins. The continental breakfast is ok but the coffee is litterally undrinkable.

Good but not much activities, need lighting but overall services is good.

The hotel is at the center of a very crowded area, which lead to limit the parking availability. No sea shore. The reception is very small, yet the attached images for the area above the reception makes it a little bit breadth. Staff were nice.

Fully satisfied, this hotel is not 5 stars hotel, but the service that they offer and the staff makes this hotel as 5 stars hotel. The receptionist Jasmin Tharwat, was very kind, helpful, always smiling. The room was clean, with big, clean bathroom. The breakfast & the dinner were perfect, I wasn't expecting that. All staff, at the restaurant, reception & room service are doing their best to make us feeling as we are at home. I would like to thank everyone one in Cherry Maryski and I would like to congratulate the manager of this hotel (I don't know his name) for his professional management and well training for his staff. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good stay in alexandria.

Stayed for a few hours only. Lot of street noise including traffic sound and construction sounds coming into the room. Aircon is also quite loud. Breakfast was okay. Average selection of items. The big minus are no Wi-Fi in rooms and the free Wi-Fi in hotel lobby does not work. No drinking water available in room or lobby but there is a soda fountain dispensing free pepsi and sprite in lobby! No tea or coffee in the room. Very small old style tube TV occupying half the writing desk! No hot water in shower. Water was just very slightly warm and very uncomfortable to shower with. Mould in the wall joints. No iron or ironing board. For a business hotel this is a must. View out of window is of another old crumbling building just across the street. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent. Pity that you do not have Wi-Fi (at the reception I never had) and TV in Spanish…

It’s a centre place for Alex. Narrow road in front of hotel. Take lot of time for checkin due to unready room. Room was spacious, clean. Staff understand and speak English. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety.

Had tonoay an arm and leg, nowadays I am staying in a good motel like place close to the Mandara railway station. It is called Mandara Hotel and it is for EGP 80/night.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Good food. Maybe better off with an easier location to find. The prices are not the cheapest. But it's much better than many other hotels in the town. The diving centre is a great addition and definitely an awesome experience.

Awful service, overpriced & a very bad location, extremely crowded area, & no safe parking belonging to the hotel, you just park in the street & deal with a street Vale (sayes). You get surprised with the extra payments that you have to pay to get your normal service to the extent that they charged me for the bathroom slippers! You have no path to complain, they don't have guest complain &/or feedback form of survey.

For Alexandria The best As you already may know, the "star hotel rating system" of egyptian hotels is not as in Europe. So if you see a 4 egyptian star hotel think it as a 3 european star. I generally avoid to eat local food in Egypt, I always eat on the ship, but this hotel looks somehow clean (for the local standards). My colleague had a diarrhea when we returned back in Athens, due to the food, but nothing happened to me. There are no alcohol drinks. But the SIPITFIRE BAR wich is maybe the only alcohol serving bar in all Alexandria, is very near. Be careful of what they charge to you.

It's a modern clean and well organized hotel. In the middle of the city. This is my second stay in it. I loved it.

I dunno where to start from it became a very very bad place, I did not enjoy my accommodation as I used to, elevator is not working… Very bad security staff that makes you feel uncomfortable all the time, I will never come back and I will never recommend it again to any of my friends.

Good rooms but without veiw however the price is above average.

For Egypt category is good. This Hotel has 13 floors and from 3 elevators worked 2. But these 2 elevators was stopping in every floor without reason. I did 10 minutes minimum to arrived at 10 th floor every time while I used it.

My worst experience ever the worst guest relations and food Very rude attitude.

Very rude staff and rude security checks. They opened our bags at the front door! What happened on the desk was rude and not professional at all. We checked out after 1 night to another hotel. We booked city view and we got a garbage view room without a boiler, they said "only rooms with sea views has this service and you'll be charged 50egp aday" NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Extremely rude staff generally and security staff particularly. Not clean. Terrible room views extremely overpriced compared to its place and the insulting behaviour of the staff.

You get a disrespectful treatment, you report to the management, they lie to you and say they'll take a serious action. Then 20 minutes later you go down to the cafeteria to find them laughing with the same waiter who did it (probably about it) then the manager comes over to you and acts serious and apologizes and says he took an action pretends that you didn't see them laughing.
A very bad-at-lying manager, and a very disrespectful waiter both of which don't show a single ounce of courtesy to the residents of the hotel. Absolutely the worst and most malicious and disrespectful management and hotel I have ever been to (and I've been to many). I won't repeat this experience again for sure.

Firstly I stayed there for 3 unforgettable days … great service, hospitality, food and staff … we enjoyed every second there… everything was just perfect… we tried the Italian restaurant Toscana… it was tasty delicious and unique plates. Also we tried their royal burger at the roof it was truly yummy … and our last day we tried their grilled stuff on the pool, it was unbelievable taste and atmosphere… their fresh juices and their deserts r just delicious. There was clean kid's playing area … I left my kids there for 2hours and they had fun with the responsible person he was Very nice and helpful… we use the gym on the pool view amazing experience… all the staff was super helpful, friendly and professional… Thnx for this amazing experience… I strongly recommend it.

I've been there two times, never regret my choice, if you want a view, this is not for you. But if you want a good place with a good service and fair prices, then you've reached a suitable place. Rooms are comfy and Equipped with all essentials, bath rooms also have all what you may need. The only downside there is the loud sound for air conditioner. Resturant is quite good for both breakfast & dinner, have not try it for lunch. Hotel doesn't serve alcohol & doesn't have casino. You can have a good view of the sea from the roof.

I don't recommended at all even for one night that was ma stay period there and u can't imagine not clean hotel bugs in the room everywhere and they lied to me that it ha sea which is a big lie and in very local area.
