Loved our 1 week stay here. Clean rooms, private bathroom, air-conditioning for those hot nights. Great location — close to the bakery and restaurants, and main beach front shops ~3 min walk! Would definitely recommend staying here! Great value! Very friend staff were more than helpful getting us info on different day trips and tours as well as sights on the island not to miss! Wonderful vacation. Thank you!

We loved our time there, it was a beautiful room and awesome view, close to walking to beach, restaurants etc. The Young woman helped us several times acquire taxis to drop us off and pick us up at out of the way beaches. The father also drove us to the airport for free. Lovely place and people! My favorite island for sure.

"Wonderful! " Is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the Dolphin House. This was the first time we have ever visited San Cristobal, and the family (mom, dad, Kerly, and Andrea) who managed the Dolphin House left us with nothing but the most favorable impression of San Christobal. This wonderful family was the most friendly people I have ever met. The building was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Each room has AC. The rooms have a balcony that provides views to the ocean and harbor which provided beautiful view of the sunset. My family and I spent 4 days at the Dolphin House before getting on the Humboldt Explorer live-aboard. We also did 3 days of land based diving while in San Christobal. Since we had to get to the dive shop early in the morning, we asked if they could provide us with breakfast each morning, and they did. The breakfast was great and at a very reasonable price. This really saved us time and hassle of going out for a breakfast every morning. The Dolphin House is also conveniently located where we could simply walk to the dive shop and to the local restaurants for dinner. The area was very safe. We are planning to return to San Christobal in the near future, and we definitely plan to stay at the Dolphin House again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin House. The family that run the hotel are incredibly friendly and were a joy to stay with. The property is very modern and clean. The location is perfect and you can walk to anything in town. The prices were very reasonable and our room had amazing views of the port. I will definitely stay at Dolphin House next time I visit San Cristobal and I highly recommend it.

— Great value — you get more than your pay for. Lowest price for a clean, private room with private bathroom and amenities. If you are looking for something cheaper, you will need to find a place with shared rooms, shared bunk beds, shared bathrooms, fewer amenities, and lower level of cleanliness.
— Newly constructed building (built in the last 10 years)
— Very clean; of all the accommodations that we stayed on our trip to the Galapagos, this was by far the cleanest
— Daily cleaning service
— Each room has its own private bathroom
— Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises
— Individual room AC provided
— Owners provide bottled water to fill your water bottles, free of charge! They have it in a water cooler that provides cold, hot, and room temperature water. Super helpful!
— Owners provide a refrigerator for the guests to use.
— Water was well-heated; just don't turn up pressure too high or it only gets warm
— Provided clean towels and soap; bring your own shampoo/conditioner
— Room included desk and closet
— Ocean and harbor views — Balcony on top floor with hammocks, looking out over the port area. Beautiful, especially at sunset. Ask for top floor if budget allows.
