Friendly and helpful staff, starting with the greeter in the airport, shuttle drivers, checkin staff, everyone. Plus the special drink served while checking in. I love it here.

Loved the lobby area entrance. It felt very warm and welcoming. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a great surprise. The food at the dinner and breakfast buffet were also excellent. Many choices even for the pickiest eaters. The rooms felt very clean and new. Spacious bathroom. Great staying here!

This is an airport or transit hotel and it fulfils its function very well. I arrived late at night from New York in Quito and was luckily booked into the Wyndham Hotel, which is only a few minutes away from the arrival terminal in the airport grounds. As I was departing the next day, this seemed like a sensible choice. I was en route to the Galapagos Islands the following day. It turned out that some of the other people travelling to the Galapagos Islands had been booked into hotels in Quito, that was a mistake as Quito is quite a long drive and not much fun late at night after a long flight with an early start. I did not have the opportunity to have a look at the facilities of this hotel. However, it is modern, the facilities of a good standard and breakfast were excellent in a light-filled Scandinavian feel dining room. If you are heading to the Galapagos, and you have to transit in Quito, then I strongly recommend the Wyndham Hotel.

What a great place to stay and relax. Just spent the last 13 days traveling from the eastern rainforest to the Pacific coast, but totally loved the beauty and comfort last night at the Quito airport Wyndham! And the extra blessing of an upgrade to the Club level was super special! Thanks Wyndham!

Great location for our layover in Quito. Easy shuttle to/from the airport. Staff provided a rollaway bed late at night which was very much appreciated.

This place is extremely convenient to the airport. If you are just doing a layover to go to the Galapagos or another South American country this is an excellent place to go to! If you're coming in late but going to stay in Quito or around about, then it's a good place to stay out because it is literally just outside of the airport doors a couple of blocks. You could see it from the front of the airport. It's a nice place. They have a nice restaurant, and bar. The rooms have televisions and nice beds with heat and air. A free Airport shuttle is provided every 30 minutes if desired to go to our from the airport.

Very recent hotel with European/US standards (amenities, room size, comfort, service). Shuttle is coming when called at the airport but please train your employees to stop saying the shuttle runs all the time when we ask for the departures early morning. It happened to me twice this week when I get told I just show up at checkout and the shuttle brings me but it’s not true. Departures are at 4:30, 5:00, etc. So I needed to take a taxi every time to fit my right schedule. It’s 2$ one way so no brainer… but please communicate that. It’s frustrating to arrive 4:35 and get told there is a schedule and now 25 minutes wait.

Beautiful hotel. All the amenities and top notch service. Comfortable beds and lovely rooms. The restaurant food and service was only so so — but not bad. We stayed on the executive level and had a wonderful breakfast bar included.

It is a hotel very nice friendly and welcoming…. The care very good they are always pending of the guests. The food is Superb, I recommend…

Outside of the city. Nice and brand new. Good customer service. Car rentals are a rip-off but I guess that's the same at any airport!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. Amazing food, you can find anything you want according to the country you come from. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The only thing missing from the hotel is having pool or something similar, which is rare that it does not have being a 5 star hotel.

Had a corporate event here. Nice space and very elegant feel at the lobby and overall all the hotel. Staff was friendly and my group and I were approached to review the service, which shows they really care. Only dislike was the entree and main course. Tasted kind of old and our dishes were cold by the time they served us. Dessert was delicious though. Nice hotel, recommended.

Great hotel to spend a quiet night at the airport, just a 5 minute drive from it, my son loved the breakfast.

A luxury hotel and a quality of service is amazing. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel either for a meal one night. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

The Wyndham is super convenient and we found it very comfortable. Close to the airport but must not be under flight paths, as it was very quiet. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great shower! Used the free shuttle from the airport. Breakfast was very good but local fare, don't expect bacon and pancakes, it was more fruit, bread, cheeses and meats, and delicious hand made omelets.

Very comfortable hotel, near airport. Good food. Only thing that I found VERY strange is that some of the staff wear fake moustaches. I kid you not… fake moustaches… gives the place a cheap look.

Hotel is very close to the airport and is very functional for quick trips. The rooms are very comfortable and complete, providing a wide range of artifacts of personal hygiene. It features a spa with several types of massage, jacuzzi, gym, bar and restaurant. There is a buffet option at lunch. The service is very good. Very advisable to use it. It is necessary to mention that it is far away from the city of Quito, approximately one hour, depending on the hours in which one transits and traffic.

Comfortable, quiet, and it has delicious food. The staff are helpful and considerate. There also seems to be quite a lot more of them than I've seen in other hotels. I will definitely stay there again!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent 2-night stay at the Wyndham Quito. On our second evening, my boyfriend and I were having trouble sleeping so he went down to the lobby to purchase a bottle of wine and order a plate of food from room service. The food was promptly delivered to our room, and we ate the food and placed the tray with our used dishes on the floor outside of our room to be collected by housekeeping. At 2:00 am, we were abruptly awoken by the sound of so…meone repeatedly attempting to enter our room. We heard a key that was inserted into the lock which unlocked the door, and the door was stopped by the metal security lock that was in place. This happened approximately three times. I was extremely startled and unsettled, and my boyfriend called the front desk to report the incident. The gentleman at the front desk did not offer an apology and simply stated that “It must’ve been the cleaning lady. ” We were still quite shaken by this incident and had difficulty falling back to sleep. With our dirty tray outside of the door, how could a housekeeper not realize that the room was occupied? Additionally, why would housekeeping be cleaning at 2:00 in the morning? I have worked in hotels for a number of years, and in every hotel that I’ve worked in, there was a strict policy for housekeepers to knock and announce themselves before entering a room. Furthermore, the front desk agent was not SURE it was housekeeping, he was simply assuming.

The rooms are lovely and modern. The dining room food was just ok. Buffet alright but nothing special. The service at the front desk and catering to peoples' needs was fantastic. Upon arrival. You are given fresh iced tea and cookies. There is a spa on the 3rd floor. In the lobby, you can see your flight details. There are many places to relax in the lobby.

Great room. Extremely friendly staff. Shuttle is convenient though it was a bit small for the demand when we stayed there (just a minivan). TV didn't work. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are just transiting through Quito or if you are arriving late and don't want to ride into town.

Nice hotel! Room is huge and clean, bed is confortable. Recommend it if you have a flight from Quito. It takes 5 minutes to go to the airport with their free shuttles.

Your best option for a quick rest between flights or an overnight layover. Good restaurant service, and spacious and comfortable rooms. You can check in at the airport and they have shuttles to and from the hotel every 30 min. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow (2-3 Mbps), though it is stable and I had no problem connecting multiple devices. The lobby has flight monitors and a self check-in counter for your convenience.

Best hotel to stay at if you have a red eye flight and don't want to miss your flight. Rooms are really clean and 5 star quality. They have a great Jacuzzi and gym. Hotel has free shuttle service to airport running every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Only downside is slow service at bar and restaurant.
