Excellent service, very good stay.

Terrible attention… having a reservation upon arrival they went out of their way saying that the employee was wrong… we are left with no place and a curfew. To more that we were insulted for claiming him. Ugly people. Luckily a neighbor helped us by lending us a room to stay.

Everything, since it has a good attention.

Excellent place to rest, surrounded by nature and close to the airport of Tababela to just 7 minutes! Recommended.

Why are the pictures of the exterior and interior of the hotel very different? I think that the photos are listed incorrectly for this listing. Google, please check this out. I was there nearly 3 weeks ago and the pictures do not match at all. It doesn't match the ones prior to booking or during the stay. The name, address and phone number is the only thing that's accurate. What's going on? The hotel is not recommended, I paid $44 and felt stuck after arriving after 11pm at night for a overnight stay.

Very reasonably priced hotel in close proximity to the airport. Had one night here on our way from Lima to Galapagos, and paid 21 USD for the room (clean and with a good bathroom) The housekeeper washed two full laundry loads for us, for which we paid 10 USD. It was delivered back within a few hours. Keep in mind that if you plan on visiting Quito, it will cost you about 25 USD to take a Taxi there. Garden is nice and cozy, and a good place to kick back in the shade of the avocado tree for a few hours.

This place was interesting. The price was reasonable and the grounds are rather nice but it felt a little too enclosed in. There were avacodo trees and beautiful flowers along with farms in the area. The food was okay.

Very good hotel. He has nothing to envy of the greats. I recommend it.

Dominic (owner) was extremely generous with us. He set up the ride to /from the airport and helped us get dinner for a group of 20 people. Definitely will stop by here again if we can.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent, relaxed and beautiful place to rest.

We always enjoy our stay. Breakfast is delicious. I just wish the Wi-Fi was better. Wi-Fi good in lobby, but some rooms not.

Very American friendly, much more so than other places in Ecuador. Good Wi-Fi, great dinner and breakfast options — vegetarian friendly.

Quiet cosy to rest.

Not as close to the airport as you expect it to be. The housing was adequate as well as the service from the receptionist and dining staff. Further development of the property could be beneficial.

Great place to stay if not wanting to go into Quito central. Out in a quiet neighborhood with a couple of good places to eat within walking distance. Food at hotel good also. Great staff and nice size rooms.

Great place. Close to the airport and they have shuttle service. I always stay there.

If you need to be by the airport (which is more than a 30 minute drive from downtown in good traffic) this place will be a good fit. The harried staff does their best to provide all of the myriad of services promised. The town is tiny but a nice neighborhood nearby is a pleasant walk and the hotel does make meals. Be sure to request a quiet room.

It is ok for the emrrgency. Beds are good.

The place was very clean, room was spacious although the bathroom was very small. There's hot water although pressure can vary depending on how many people use the hot water at once. The breakfast was good and the staff super friendly and helpful, I'd definitely come back. They cook some meals for you until 8pm if you need which is great when you don't have the energy to adventure in the small town.

Awesome place to stay! I was lucky enough to have a 180 degree window in my room that overlooked the mountians. It is clean, has great food, and a great environment.

Great place to stay near new airport. Have airport pickup for 10 bucks. Even way late at nite.

Friendly staff. Organised shuttle pickup from airport (USD8 for 2 people) and taxi drop off from airport (USD5 for the taxi with 3 people in it). There was good choice on the breakfast menu. Room was comfortable.

What a hidden gem this little getaway is. I'm so happy I tried them. They offer rooms at such a great rate. Not to mention their incredibly friendly staff and clean rooms. My favorite however was the food they prepare fresh everyday as well as the $5 can ride to airport. I will defiantly recommend them to all my friends coming to Quito as well as revisiting them myself.

Excellent choice of hotel near the Quito airport. Had transfers back and forth spot of the airport at any time, and I loved the menu vegetarian.

Nice pictures but MEDIOCRE reality I had one night stay in Double room. For $49 in Ecuador you could expect at least the same level of comfort and amenities you could get in the States for the same money. Well, wrong… PROS: The room was clean and the bathroom was private and there was hot water. The breakfast was rather substantial (if you can live with so called instant “coffee”). CONS: My room was very small. And it was only 50% whitewashed so I saw bricks and concrete half way around. Wi-Fi did not really work in there (but worked outside the room), probably because it was the furthest room from the lobby. There was VERY loud music someplace outside till almost midnight. The bathroom did not have air vent so the mirror got misted at once. And there was actually no restaurant at the hotel, I was told there was “a restaurant nearby they could deliver some food from”.

Fairly modest hotel, but Dominique and the service were great. You should read Dominique's blog.

Great. I bounce between here and Hosteria San Carlos. Both the same except the hot water and bedding is a little better here. San Carlos has the pool so in summer I stay there. Walk down the street for real food. Here they will charge $1 for water.

Dom and his staff are so accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here and met so many nice people who were also staying here. The food was wonderful and we loved the setting. I look forward to seeing them again the next time we are in need of lodging near the airport. Great.

We first stayed here in January 2014 and were pleasantly surprised. Although basic, they have EVERYTHING you could need. Especially appealing is the serenity, peace and quiet and secure location, not to mention the close proximity to the new airport. We've been travelling through Quito annually since 2007 and have tried numerous hotel options. This is o far, one of our favourites. In spite of more options, we have great confidence and have just rebooked for January 2015. We look forward to our stay.

Our one night stay at your hotel on 5 July was perfect. The woman you arranged to pick us up at the airport was waiting for us when we got out of customs. Once she saw the luggage we carried (both five large duffle bags, six carry-ons and our physical selves — we're three BIG gringos), she immediately contacted the driver to go get a bigger car. All in all, she had us out of the airport and on our way to your hotel within 20 minutes of her first sight of us. The trip to the hotel was quick and efficient. The lovely young lady who greeted us in the lobby was spectacular — her English is excellent and her personality sparkles (even though it was LATE at night). She took absolutely wonderful care of all of us. Despite the fact that she had to deal with six of us arriving, virtually all at the same time, she had us all in our rooms within 15 minutes. We especially appreciated her efficiency and speed as our day had started at 6AM in central Florida and it was almost midnight by the time we cleared customs in Quito. My husband, adult daughter and I were in the two bedroom suite on the first floor in the front of the main building. The beds were comfortable, the evening temperatures were great for sleeping, and the morning showers were hot. Our "taxi" — a huge 4 door pick-up truck — was there when promised in the morning and we were back on our way to the airport before 7AM.

I liked this hotel so much I decided to live here 3 months. Since I stayed I saw a lot of improvements, first they fixed the hot water system then they improved the food menu offerings. I'd recommend this place to any foreigner new to Ecuador, you will get a lot of advice for your trip and about the Quito airport and area.

We needed an airport hotel in Quito and decided to stay in Quito Airport Suites because its near the new airport in Quito before and after heading to the Galapagos. This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the hot water showers were a delight compared to other places we’ve stayed in Ecuador. The staff were all very helpful and most of them spoke English; the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was also very good, I really enjoyed the lasagna, it was the best Ive ever had! Quito Airport Suites was by far the best boutique hotel we have stayed in while in Ecuador. The quality of the rooms (brand new) and the service was exceptional and is no less than what you'd expect from a hotel that costs twice as much! It was also great to meet other travelers in the friendly atmosphere in the lobby. The airport transfer to the Quito airport form the hotel at 330 am was on time and wisked us to the airport in just a few minutes for $5. Id certainly stay there again.
