They are thieves, they think that at money no service, mediocre cooking, repetitive, unpleasant staff, large majorities.

Very nice facilities, lousy service in the rooms or you pay the staff or they do not make them in conditions, they do not leave you the drinks and neither the shower gel.
The drink bars are large but the waiters do not move you have to go where they are, the pool bar closes at 18:00 to 17:45 everything picked up to close only put beer could continue
By the way, today I'm still here to see if it passes quickly that I'm leaving on Tuesday.

It is a Hotel with all the comforts very good food, spacious bedrooms its facilities are phenomenal very neat I recommend them 100%

We are having a great time at Vista Sol. Our suite is beautiful and the grounds are so lovely. All the greenery, water features, animals and nighttime lighting make it a fabulous property.

A wonderful Dominican hotel a paradise on earth.

Just returned from this resort, First of all the resort itself was beautiful, small but well-kept. The room was OK the beds are like sleeping on concrete rock hard. Very uncomfortable beds. The staff was not the most friendliest but they were OK. The food was tolerable at best. Buffet same old same old every day. The à la carts were good. I recommend the Mexican and the Italian. Personally I would not stay here again. Be warned of the guys that work the beach. They are scam artists they were gray T-shirts and they sell excursions, once they get your money or a deposit they never show up to pick you up. We saw so many people get ripped off by them and the hotel allows this behaviour on their beach, the security guards on the beach are a part of the problem as well they just don’t care. They are getting kickbacks. The locals refer to them as pirates and mafia. They are con artists. We complain to the resort but they didn’t care they just said it’s a public beach nothing they can do.

Food in the buffet was not good, overcooked and always cold. Had to look for our own silverware, cups too. No condiments could ever be found. 2 days without so much as butter or ketchup. Obvious short of staff, nobody ever smiled or tried to greet guests. Beds were hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable and pillows were worse. The Asian restaurant gave us sushi that was bad and smelled, made one in the party sick all night. Shrimp was mushy and was probably left out all day. Lack of entertainment for adults. Kids music started way too late.
Positive: We stayed at the VIP section. Pleased with the rooms, and the private beach with the bar. Mexican and Italian restaurant was good. Gourmet restaurant gave us cold entrees. I would not go to this resort again. We met one female bartender that was outstanding. She was very friendly and attentive to all our needs when we were at the pool.

It has been a truly unforgettable experience… we will definitely be back.

Spend a day in the spa! You will not regret it. Such a beautiful sanctuary. The staff on the resort are great, the food is good with lots of variety and the grounds are stunning. Can’t wait to go back!

I was here 5 years ago they had pool bar, entertainment, it was very lively COVID has killed this place its no better then a backyard pool. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. Great place but wait till after COVID restrictions are over.

My husband and I will be returning for our 9th time inApril. We love this resort, especially the excellent staff, they are more like family and very accommodating. The resort is quiet, well laid out, easy to get around, not too big. The best is the lobby, it is a wonderful place to meet people, we have met many from all over he world and we are still in contact with many. 3 pools, our favourite is the quiet pool, we can relax there and read our books and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are nicely done, no problems. The food is good, always something to choose from. The desserts are very good and the chocolate is excellent. We cannot say enough about this place, of all the places we have been,
This is the best. The Management cares about their clients and go out of their way to be helpful and supporting. The only thing We would wish for is a casino on the premises, although we appreciate the shuttle to the Avalon Casino. We also appreciate the shuttle to the malls. Great service. Thank you.

The resort was okay, however the food, beach area and service were awful. There was so much seaweed on the beach and in the water, it was difficult getting to the water. The resort was not vacuuming the shoreline daily so the seaweed was accumulating. The food was the same old, same old at the buffet and snack bar everyday. I think they were serving leftovers from previous days. The customer service was poor and at times rude. The description for this resort offered 6 a la care restaurants, there was only 4. There are 3 pools and pool 3 had mold and mildew build up on the tiles and no one checks on this. As for the entertainment, it was okay. This was my second visit to Punta Cana and I believe my last. My first visit was a great experience and a memorable one.

To be absolutely honest. This place is absolutely horrible. We’ve been to DR several times. Each time choosing a different all inclusive hotel to change things up. Vista Sol Punta Cana has been the WORST vacation I have ever had. The rooms smell horrible (Humid), the liquor is the worst liquor you can possibly drink, the staff hunts you down to sell you overpriced jewelry and activities. The food is nasty and poorly cooked. The beach is the absolute WORST. Full off seaweed. Unsiwmable. Do your self a favor and choose a different hotel.

We have had a great holiday excellent location with brilliant facilities. Superb food choice with lots of restaurants to choose from. Very clean lots of bars and plenty of space.

Overall, the Vista Sol resort in Punta Cana was nice. The workers are kind and most do their best to accommodate to your needs. The rooms are nice, the shower water is hot. However, we stayed for a week and had to ask to have our bed sheets changed, they do not do that on their own. We had a big issue with bath towels; they would either give us two or none at all. We had four people staying in the room. The cleaning ladies are hard to track down so not having enough or clean towels was a hard issue to resolve. The beach was nice, lots of seaweed though. All throughout the resort are people taking dancing lessons on the beach, painting on the beach, etc. The food was okay, nothing special but not horrible either. If you are thinking about paying extra for the 4 restaurants that are not included in some of the packages, the only one worth it in my opinion was the Mexican resturaunt. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Watch out for sales people though, especially on the beach. They are very pushy and will not leave you alone. For the price, this resort is worth the money.

It's a nice hotel. Rest in it ilove. Not turkey with its chic, but modestly but with Dominican zest. You won't regret it.

Was not happy at all with this place. Room didn’t have towels. Front desk never answers the phone. Sliding doors into deck did not lock/broken. No garbage can in room. Had to hang a bag for garbage. Very foul Oder near the entrance to the building I stayed in constantly. Was with 3 other family group/rooms and they had us all in separate buildings. And the food is horrible. No iron in room no Wi-Fi (unless u pay extra) pools close at 7 pm. Horribly hard platform bed. Will never come back. Do NOT recommend this place.

Fabulous hotel staff are friendly. Food seems to be better at lunch time than in the evening. Several relaxing areas, spa, gym 4 pools. Great place for a relaxing holiday.

Its a great little hotel to stay in if your on a budget, the service is very nice and the staff works from tge heart. The facilities are a bit dated but they have made a great effort to make it comfortable, adequate and functional. Good food great amenities and a nice beach front. So no worries there!

Great Location. I was here for the first time. The hotel Area is quite big and groomed, walking is pleasant, about clean and a lot of greenery, all around in colors, many fountains. The Sea is nearby. Peacocks and Ducks walk. The Room was clean. The Water is abundant, the tea and coffee are true, do not report as well as shampoo and gel as well. There Are many hangers in the big closet. The number of rooms on the third floor is a huge fan under the high ceiling. So the air conditioner can be turned off overnight. The Cleaning is regular, however, it is unclear the time, as it was cleaned in different ways and with their account, apparently difficult. The Number of towels was always different. So you should memorize the phrase in Spanish to ask for towels. The View from the window is beautiful-the ocean is visible. The Beach is big and you can always find a place. In the pool, we have never bathed, as did not see the point, especially since the ocean is beautiful, and not hot-always a breeze, and shade from the palms. You can ignore The algae. The Staff at the hotel friendly, all smiling, respond to any request. The Food in the restaurant is great, for all tastes, in the snack bar on the beach we only took fruit. By the Way, there are many different fruits! By the Way, if you order lunch box for the morning, do not count on it. There are several shops, the prices are not higher, and then lower than in other places. Overall, I am very happy and recommend this hotel!

The resort is beautiful. But management does nothing to promote any events happening around the resort. The pushiness of salespeople even on the resort kills the mood for any vacation. And the vacation club people are relentless when attempting to get you to sign up. They do not take no for an answer.

Great vacation, a little bit of a run around with our room but that was sorted out within a day. Beautiful atmosphere and very accommodating staff. Although it's listed as a family resort, I'm not sure this is the beat atmosphere for kids. Loads of drunk people and twerking competitions held in the middle of the afternoon. Thag being said, it a a pretty great party.

The hotel is well kept, the check in was very quick, the room very clean, the maid service was done early. In the room only got coffee the first day so that I did not understand why they have a coffee maker, the coffee in santo domingo is very cheap I think you can put daily. In the buffet restaurant the food is not so good, I went on holiday to the hotel 4 years ago and the food was not very varied but the taste was excellent. The restaurant staff is not enough, the tables were being emptied, and had to wait a lot for the fix and in several instances get to use dirty because they asked for it I will enable it and not what they did.

Hotel Paradise, the rooms are slightly dirty especially in the bathroom, but the sheets were clean and there is the air con, we find a Roach near the window but in the countries like that, it remains normal, direct access to the beach, with several restaurants, and the Club animators were great! Great holiday.

The resort itself was beautiful. It being an older resort so the palm trees were more mature and the grounds more lush. However, that was about the best thing about this resort. Most of the staff we rude and not helpful and the rooms while spacious, the beds were rock hard. Also no matter were you are the sales people will nag you. We were nagged walking back into our room every day by the massage staff on the beach and had to rush into the main restaurant so we weren't stopped by the times share folks. The food was good and flavorful but a nice variety wasn't available. It is true what they say you get what you pay for.

Do not book the Junior suite in any Case. Pure rip off and hardly any advantages.

The worst that you can think about the food. The same dishes almost every day, all meat tastes like resin, same chicken dishes every day, all fried on a dirty frying plates, soups and salads over-salted. Kids have got heartburn after the third day of staying in this hotel. For those who have nothing to compare with maybe it is OK, but even tourist guides say it doesn't worth it's price.

Excellent! No words to describe the attention, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the order, the delicious meals, the attractions, the people of animation… the best beach… Super recommended! I went to Vista Sol for the second time and would always come back!

Very nice facility, room nice, no extra beds also the pillows are in good shape. Staff Nice, but German holidaymakers fall somewhat through the grid. Nothing in English. No animation in German, no reception either, there are already some people in the lobby. Otherwise for non-English speakers like me, something difficult with understanding. Unless the tour guide is there. Food is very well getting used to. Breakfast always the same. In the evening there is not really a variety. I would also have liked to eat some hot food, but that was just not in it. You always found something, but when it becomes a routine, it gets boring. Smoothies for breakfast would be delicious, if there were any, unfortunately it was only all the fruits that were small mashed. Too bad! otherwise nice holiday!

Very run down, doesn't have much to do with four stars anymore. The food basically the same and completely unseasoned every day, so that after 3 days you don't feel like it. All the 4-star hotels in the neighborhood looked better.

We went as a couple from 16 to 23 Nov to do a quick follow-up: the site is very large, well maintained, beautiful beach, no waste or dried seaweed, super water! Well maintained pools. The evening entertainment is not appealing, it's very long before waiting for the disco Koko to open, suggestion, open it at 10pm!
Women's rooms are pearls the cleaning is always on the big tick! I would have liked a more comfortable bed, the white tanning bed out was + comfortable hihihih we have sore back since our first night we need treatments on our return to get refurbished.

Many flies, bees and kind of mosquitoes, can be predict a daily product for tourists who hate getting bitten like me;-)
So all this gives on average a 3 star rating because for a 4 star in the Republic, I really hit better than the Vista Sol!

The staff is a disaster! I have never met such wicked and non-professional women! especially in the lobby, at the reception!
At the lobby bar we served with contempt the coffee hit in a glass that flowed from all coasts…
We asked for a pina-colada at 23h in disco and we were told: "come back tomorrow morning"…?!
At the buffet and bars the staff is always tired; We hardly dare to ask them something, we are told neither Hello nor anything… a kind of "what do you want? and fast… "the tables at the buffet are always full of dirty plates, there is always something missing on the table… We would run for cups, glasses, forks…
Our room had been changed without giving us explanations, although we paid $100/person more to have one in calm.

From the room you were on the hotel's own beach in 2 to 3 minutes. This was cleaned of algae and garbage lying around in the morning and evening.
The hospitality was very mixed. In general, people were friendly but some seemed annoyed. In addition, it was sometimes difficult to communicate in English.
When we came into the room, that hadn't been cleaned yet. Upon request, the room lady assured us that she would make up for it quickly. We left the room to give her time and look around. After about hours we came back and the room was ready. In the evening, our toilet flushing didn't work. This was also fixed within a few minutes.
The room was cleaned every day. Sometimes quite early, sometimes quite late.
In the hotel, not all workers understood English. In the restaurant, it was sometimes difficult to communicate. The animation also understood only partly English.
The staff often seemed annoyed. Which doesn't surprise me in the behaviour of some holidaymakers. For example, it seems to be a new trend to fill up your plates full of buffet food. Packing everything on a table. Take a picture. Eat a bite. Leave rest stand. In the end, everything has to be thrown away. We have observed this more and more often and fretted about it on a daily basis.
The restaurants are very nicely prepared. The atmosphere was always pleasant.

The hotel is beautifully prepared, has a huge manicured garden landscape and is constantly being cleaned. The buffet food is delicious, with a little bit of a lack of variety here. In addition, there is the possibility to be pampered in another three restaurants (Mexican, Italian, gourmet) à la carte — free of charge.
The rooms were okay, German standards should of course not be expected here. The shows both theater and animation are mostly very successful among other things, even the pool is filled with a foam cannon.
The beach was always clean, occasionally a little green stuff washed out of the sea. There are many Securitys on the road throughout the hotel, which also immediately intervene when beach vendors, for example, do not let loose.
All in all, this hotel is really highly recommended! I have heard that this hotel is run by a German manager, which reflects the good organisation here.

Had a wonderful time at Vista Sol! It's pretty much what you'd expect from an all-inclusive here. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly. As someone with Celiac disease I was a bit nervous about eating but the kitchen staff were incredibly helpful to me every day. I didn't get sick even once. The beach is beautiful and their recreation staff have all kinds of fun activities to keep you busy. This resort has a lot of different pools and one of them even has a swim-up bar which is super fun. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Punta Cana.

All right. The truth numbers l100 well repair a little under do and problems with Razetkami terribly work and so all air conditioning, a shower, a hair dryer, every day cleaning of a room, water drinking in a refrigerator тож every day. Ed is not bad but an amateur, generally there is something to choose from. Rooms Okuratnye, clean and cozy. The waiters are all friendly both on the sea and in the dining room and restaurant and in the bars.

Four star hotel, service is indeed a 4 star stile. Entertainment is great. Towel and room service is bad, very bad. Close to the beach. All inclusive is OK but it's good to have three other good restaurants to choose from. Our stay was great although there was a lot of construction work going on. Lots of noise from building that was teared down.

The resort itself is beautiful and the workers are very nice and helpful. Front desk workers are absolutely terrible at customer service. We had a BEDBUG issue in our room and requested a new room. Front desk told us that there weren't any rooms available and front desk told us that we either go back to our room and they would change out sheets or we could sleep in the lobby. They finally decided to change our room to a different one in a different building and we were only in the room for 5 minutes and we saw another bug similar to the one we saw in our original room. Front desk swore that they didn't have bedbugs and suggested that we "might've bought the bug there". Long story short, I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone. I'm willing to spend more money at a nicer resort with better customer service.

Believe the bad reviews! -The only positive thing I can say is that the rooms were clean. -The food was completely unsanitary with flies all over it. We were sick the entire week. -The pools were cloudy with peeling or moldy tile. -No where near enough pool chairs at any pool. -Lacking activities and entertainment. -The front desk attendant literally rolled her eyes at us while we were trying to check in. -The room temperature was 78 F the entire week. -We could never find the sports bar no matter how many people we asked. I seriously think they closed it and just have not updated their map. -It seems to be a bit of a bait and switch type deal since it is "all inclusive" yet you can only eat at each of the 3 restaurants 1 time. Each night the restaurants were at least half empty yet there was supposedly only 1 reservation left per night. Some of the other guests were not even able to make a reservation at all. Not only was the buffet unsanitary but the quality of the restaurant food was absolutely horrendous. -The man who is stationed in front of the buffet attempted to sell my husband marijuana and cocaine every time he walked by. -I strongly believe that we were sick during our stay because the open air buffet was completely infested with flies. I understand that it is a different culture and open air restaurants are great but food safety did seem to be an issue.

My bf booked Vista Sol for a birthday trip for me, it was my 1st time in DR and we plan on returning as soon as possible. Now once it came to the hotel it was decent, had plenty of things to do but the food was just a pass. In the mornings I looked forward to breakfast because they had a chef that made excellent omelettes, once lunch came by I only looked forward to Fried Chicken and for dinner I didn't like much of the selection. Near the beach they have a snack area that serves hamburgers, hot dogs, and bananas Etc but all of the cold condiments had flies always flying around so I wasn't too thrilled about that. The women at the front desk seem to be annoyed at check-in time but everyone else at the resort had wonderful personalities. Bring lots of mosquito repellent because you'll need it.

Hotel otličnejšim beach … There really is a great beach. I say so because, not for the first time in the Dominican Republic. But put 4 for poor animation, Vidal and more fun.

Was three times, despite the deterioration of number Fund ratio price-quality. While the Fed is better than some of the much more expensive hotels.

Strong Quartet, not to say that smart, but generally does not cause rejection. Rooms with double bed are almost absent, swear on this occasion to greet them is pointless.

A heavenly place… but the shows that are offered in the evenings left a lot to be desired. We will return!

Once more enjoying the paradise! A family hotel that offers everything to spend a few days of true vacation! Fully recommended.

Very good choice for our vacation. With my wife we spent nine days very well behaved, good restaurant, good food, room comfortable and clean. All in all very nice. We are grateful for the hospitality received by the staff. Just two of the issues that we were uncomfortable: 1. — Get chaise lounge for those who were going to the beach after the 09.00 hs or to the sink. Had to put towels at 07.00 hs. What is worse is that they were placed in two or three lounge chairs, but there was no one ocupandolas. 2. — The video of the trip to isla SOANA, a real disaster. Very bad. I recommend not to buy it.

Room: Dirty, the cleaning service very bad, only dealing with change towels. Not barrian, I found cockroaches in the bathroom. Ahhhhh. I had a bad experience, I stole 300$ from my wallet and there was no return. The waitress without the most minimal education. Shouted a lot of words irreproducible. Food: Always the same, I had an awful infection and I went to the medical service and they charged me 160$ for the consultation and 140 U$ the remedies. An absurdity. Beach: Very beautiful

Fun trip, lots to do and great location. The dance instructor was very fun. The beach and many pools were great places to relax and have a drink. Be aware, there are lots of solicitors who approach you to sell massages, cigars, excursions, etc. From what I hear, this is common in Dominican resorts. The buffet selection was impressive, lots of fresh bread, meats and cheeses. As an American, I recommend avoiding the fresh-pressed fruit drinks and raw vegetables. My partner was very sick and needed antibiotics from the medical center. However, the doctor who treated her was very professional, caring, and spoke English. There are sit-down restaurants on the resort (Mexican, Italian, Gourmet) but these require reservations the morning of. Drink selection was nice, lots of tropical cocktails. Only one beer on tap, Presidente, which I drank to my heart's content.

Honestly, the reviews scared me! The hotel was not that bad. The buffet food was actually delicious. For those who complained, you are in DR and there are foods different from basic dishes. Mm The house keeper actually mopped and cleaned our mess. (I was shocked because we left the room a hot mess. We also brought our own LOCK for our luggage because they charge $10 a day and they have a key, obliviously. ) ALL of the employees were nice and only one was a grump. (He worked third shift. ) Yes, bring your own wash cloth and BUG SPRAY. Mmm I only had one issue. We went to a local club and I had this hot sauce that gave me serious heartburn and the runs, but I took Imodium and was fine after. Let me tell you this too… DON'T take Imodium unless you have the runs. My gf and friend took it everyday and it gave them adverse effects (I warned them about this too. ) by the end of our trip the two of us who didn't take it were fine. Mmm The snack bar does suck, but if your drunk eating the chips and cheese were okay. (Don't eat the beef patties. One was slightly pink and I chose not to eat it. ) Mm Some advice, I didn't eat any salad or pasta salad, deli meat, or things that looked questionable (sitting is ice) and I was fine. Also, you can get things cheaper on the beach, but those… yea no comment are always late and etc. We booked our extra things through the hotel. You can talk them down prices… just grow some balls.

Do not go here! So many reasons to avoid this resort. I got food poisoning. There was a mouse in our hotel room that the staff did nothing about. The bed is like a rock. The bathroom is disgusting, water leaks through the ceiling from other people's showers. Hardly any of the staff speak English. The beach is shaded by way too many palm trees. Seriously not worth the money. Avoid at all costs to keep yourself and your family healthy!

After reading many of the reviews on Google maps I was worried what I was getting myself into. After spending 4 nights there is can safely say it wasn't bad at all. Granted some things just shucked major. 1. Wi-Fi is slow as hell. You have 2 options of getting it. If you want the free option then you need to go to the theater which is left of the dining hall. It is the only location with free Wi-Fi. If you pay for the premium which is $10 for 24hrs and $20 for 72hrs and last $50 for 1 whole week. Very very pricey. My wife got it to stay in touch with the kids but honestly it was abysmally slow and it continually logs you out and requires you to memorize the random string of letters and numbers. 2. If you stay here please do your self a favor and come between 9-11 and book a reservation at the front desk for one of the 3 restaurants. You will thank me. The buffet is very mediocre. 3. Rooms are nothing special 4. Beach and snack bar are great. Also the unlimited drinks are decent. BTW the food did taste more natural compared to stateside.

We were with my family from the day 3 of December 2015 until the day 12. A service lousy! The food is bad. But note that there are a lot of bad food handling. Attention horrible! and the rooms we were given had failures every day. Always a new problem. Calling to reception and you will never care. You quejabas and never sent a technician. There are many thefts of the same employees working there. Some argentine friends stole dollars and cellphones and two other German directly I entered the room. But what is more painful was to live a situation of abuse and harassment on the part of one of the animation towards my younger sister of 12 years. The attempt to touch and harass you with inappropriate words. Since the employee has not returned to play the hotel and was thrown out. But clear. Until we we were. Excursions malisimas. We pay a the saona island and did not meet with the day and time agreed. Unfortunate hotel. UNFORTUNATE oh and a separate mention on the director of the place. A disaster!

Do not go to this place. 50% of our people had heavy stomach problems with the food. Low quality food. The staff is really unfriendly, since everything is all inclusive and they have no incentive to work and be nice, and the rooms are humid and stink. Staff is typically over friendly to younger women and unfriendly with men. On our 3rd day the towel guy started hitting on my partner. Super unprofessional. The beach is not as pretty as it looks on the pictures and the place is full of old German people. Highly recommend to avoid it. Go to Florida, keep the money in the us!

We were in the hotel with my wife from 02/11 to 10/11/2015 and our experience was not at all favorable. As a positive point, the cuisine is excellent in the restaurants, not so in the of the beach. The facilities are very good as is the staff except the reception. When you arrive at punta cana we had a delay with the luggage, which we received just at the time you leave the country. And is that at the time of making the claim to the airline told us that for four days the luggage was in the hotel and to communicate with the hotel tell us that they had received the baggage and did not do anything to give ourselves the same. We try to talk with the manager and not we wanted to attend. We leave our data, and an apology we have received. Send an e-mail and nothing so we made the complaint to the ministry of tourism to at least give us an explanation. Who received the luggage and did nothing to give it was Juan Luis Mateo, and the manager that we wanted to address is the surname Picasso. To see if you at least read this we respond.

As the saying goes you get what you pay for… I purchase this getaway on a budget and I needed a well deserved vacation after a rough 2 years. First off I'm not sure if the cleanliness of the hotel room was my American standards or just the norm in DR. The room was damp and everything felt moist and had a moldy smell. The sheets were never changed the maid would just make the bed and mop the floor. The shower was horrible whoever designed it was obviously trying to cut cost because the water runs off onto the floor creating a huge puddle. I was on the first floor with this being an issue the person on the second floor would take a shower and the water would leak into my bathroom through the ceiling. The toilet was clogged and after receiving food poisoning that was the one amenity I needed the most. I had to constantly call the front desk as it seems the toilet clogs whenever you put toilet paper in it. By American standards this is not a strong toilet. The beach was full of seaweed but I wasn't too bothered by it and the night entertainment was nice as well as all the beach activities provided. I agree that many people were selling excursions which did become annoying when you are trying to relax. But I wasn't too bothered by it because I know tourism is their only means of income. The food was horrible day 3 I was soo sick the food tasted as though it was left out and not properly stored.

We went to spend five days at this hotel from 17 to 22 August 2015. It was our first trip to the Dominican Republic. We were given a room in building 3, third floor, was large but viejaaaaaaaaa. The furniture old, the bathroom old and had water on the floor (! ). Room dark and sad. The beach area is nice and friendly, the animation perfect, with Hector, a Sexy Belly and the girls. The food in the dining room but the beach is not worth, is not appetizing. The pool bar was not very clean, even first thing in the morning. The evening's entertainment, I guess, is as in all places, without more. I give one star for the room opposite to the glamour of spending a good holiday, and I give my second star for not having protested and asked for another. At that time I didn't know they had renovated rooms and other non-renew. No need to write the manager a note of apology for offering those rooms are old, saying: I Hope the next time you touch the habitacines renovated… If you go to this hotel ask, without mercy, the renovated rooms, the stay will be different.

I read through a lot of the reviews before going here and saw a lot of mixed reviews. Here is my honest opinion after spending 6 days 5 nights there on 9/10 — 9/15/15. I loved it! The staff was amazing! We walked in to check in and was handed a cocktail. We went to our room and was greeted by the amazing manager Antonio. He was so helpful the entire time. We had a few requests for him throughout the time we were there and he satisfied them all quickly and thoroughly. From the house keep, the bartenders, servers in the buffet and restaurants. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. NOW our trip was made 50 times better by the Anamacion staff. They were SO MUCH FUN and so SWEET AND AWESOME! We took part in a lot of the games they had going and oh my god so much fun. The names of the employees were "sexy belly", Manaury, Chay, "La negra", and Julius. We were actually sad to leave them. We quickly became friends with them. I would absolutely come back again. THE ONLY complaint is the morning buffet hours. You are pretty much drinking your entire stay and 10am is when the breakfast closed. I kind of wish they had a restaurant on site that you can go to at all times of the day, even if you have to pay. Last downfall was the Wi-Fi was $40. Those are my only two complaints.

My boyfriend and I bought a 6 night stay here in August. We were disappointed when we arrived but tried to make the most of it. Even though we kept a positive attitude, there was a LOT to complain about. 1. The majority of the staff weren't very friendly. I mean we made the choice to visit a Spanish speaking country so I didn't care that most of them spoke little English but even when I used basic Spanish like hola and gracias, they were still pretty unenthused about speaking to you. 2. The rooms kinda sucked. The beds were hard. There were no batteries in the TV remote and never got them when we asked. You had to put down a 20 deposit in order to get an iron (we didn't bother). There was no conditioner or lotion or wash cloth. When we asked for a wash cloth, we were told they didn't provide them. So were had to wash with the medium sized towels. The shower door only extended to half the size of the tub so water got all over the bathroom floor every time we showered no matter how hard we tried. So basically taking a shower sucked. The only cleaning service we ever received was towel swops every few day. I really didn't mind because there were no do not disturb tags and based on how shady the staff seemed, I didn't want them coming in our room. I would definitely recommend paying the $10 they charge for the safe key. 3. People constantly trying to sell you stuff. The whole point of an all inclusive, to me anyway, is to completely relax and not worry about money.

Bad. Pecimo. That hotel is so dirty. The food is college. The staff grocero. The broken elevators. There are those who put the face to a claim. You pay upfront and after is not the remedy. Crockery all broken, the food is bad. There is No service, treated very poorly to the customer.

My wife and I are very charming with the care provided, good food and all very clean and well decorated, it is very cozy, we were so delighted to invite you to our family at an event that saloemos do all, the animators are very enthusiastic, especially to Mr. Jorge Lazala area of the kitchen.

I spent a week with my girlfriend. I'm going to be realistic. The hotel is missing a lot. The 4 stars are giants. The cleaning of the rooms is basic. Assemble the beds and changing the towels but did not clean it up. When you enter you say that for 10 dollars to buy the key to the safety deposit box because the housekeepers are human and you can steal. With this you get a guarantee that if you do not buy stolen and would be practically justified. I do not step to me but if other tourists. The food is bad. I would recommend that you go to the restaurants. There are 3 the mexican is bad, the French were very good and the Italian excellent. The animation takes their points because although some shows are bad, there are others that are very good and are always in constant activity to keep you entertained either at the beach or by the pool or on the disk. This hotel is a shit, food 0, entertainment 0, drink, 0, cocktails 0, service 0, and cleaning 0, avitacines dirty and with many insects, not to say the roaches till one of the pools of green and very dirty, I put verias leaves of the claims and had not the delicacy of answers and give explanations, in short I would not recommend it for anything.

I was with my girlfriend from 04-11-2014 to the 18-11-2014, the truth, the attention, the room service, the facilities (beach, swimming pools, theater, fitness center, and spaces of the hotel great!. The staff there works behave like a true host, I make a special mention to the animators: Jackson Mozart, Givenchi Macharca, Luis Mini Mini, Eilyn, the skinny spaghetti and all that day-to-day with your animation, distraction and activities make the stay wonderful, make you to spend a few days amazing. I was staying with my partner and a couple of friends from the 23rd to the 26th of September of this year and I really loved the hotel, its areas, its swimming pool, the beach, and not to mention the meals absolutely all delicious especially the French Restaurant, the rooms comfortable but I think it lacks a bit of color. Super thrilled with JACKSON AND GIVENCHI excellent creators, dancers, in order to highly recommend not arrepentiran to visit him.

Super Nice Friendly Hotel with lots of animals (Wild peacocks, ducks with Chicks, fish, and iguanas, great food and a stunning beach) suites are recommended.

This resort is fabulous! I loved every minute of it. My sister and I was there from June 26 to July 1st. WE HAD A BALL! The room was nice and spacious, even though it could use some upgrading but it was clean and comfortable. The grounds was immaculate, nice common area, several restaurants, three pools, the staff was friendly and the beach was beautiful. The entertainment was AWESOME! The food in the main restaurant (buffet style) was okay. You could choose from three other restaurants (reservations required). If you want a lot for little money, I highly recommend Vista Sol. This is only a 3 1/2 star resort. But it felt like 5 stars.

Dear me:$ 40 for 7 days. Standard rooms always go with 2 beds (although the beds are quite large). Supplement for double bed$ 30-40 per day. The food is excellent! The beach is good, no complaints.

Absolutely horrible. The room keys never work and the employees could care less. The room smelled like an animal died in the useless air duct. The only thing I could stomach to eat on the buffet was French fries and olives. The male employees and guests grope over any decent looking woman they encounter. I did not feel safe at all. Everyone in the hotel seemed shady including guests. I checked out the first night without a refund of the extra nights I paid for and found a better hotel that was actually less expensive. Avoid this place unless you want to be surrounded by drunken Europeans and uneducated employees.

Well, on a solid C grade to rate the hotel, 4 stars not up! Russian staff at almost never speaks, speaks English, but his wife with his many years of practice conversational English with them agreed with the fifth to the tenth, but agree, not a language so poking a finger! Was with family and friends 04.2011 G. Experiences and emotions perfectly. Had a great time wonderful. The animation is great. A trip to the Dominican Republic blocked four trips to Egypt. The desire to visit again and remains to this day.

The hotel looks very nice; however, the staff discriminate against people who look like the locals and are dark skin. The managers create different rules and regulations every day. If something goes wrong, they would change the policy to make it seems like they follow proper procedures. When in reality, that is not the case.

I was at this resort with a friend 3/20/11 and found that for the price of $930 for a whole week was well worth it. The resort is very clean, the staff was very friendly, there is plenty of nearby shopping and only wish that I could have stayed for another week. I do not understand why people would put this resort down. The food was good, the rooms were very clean and kept that way. The only thing that was not to our liking was all of the pine tree's on the beach. Great value for the money. A. K. Moncton N. B.
