My experience was terrible. I got a room smelled like mold! The jetted bath tub didn’t work! My air pods were stolen! Majority of The staff are either not helpful or just mean. The drinks were not strong. The food was okay, The spa was amazing And Alexander was awesome but other than that No! Our room had a leak from the air conditioner. Our clothes got wet and nothing was done about it. The top of the bed was extremely dusty on our first night.

Good food, good pool, good beach, good entertainment… great value!

Beautiful place. Very relaxing. Do not get the honeymoon suite. We paid for the honeymoon suite and they stuck us in a regular room. They won’t refund us the difference from the honeymoon suite to a regular room. They scam you for money. VIP is not worth the money. I will never return to this place again. I recommend everyone not to stay here. We’ve had nothing but problems with the front desk and our room 4211.

Wonderful mid sized resort! I’ve been to Punta Cana resorts multiple times and recently stayed here for the first time. The room was top notch — clean, spacious and included a Jacuzzi tub. I didn’t eat at all of the restaurants, but I can say that the food is exactly what I would expect from a 5 star DR resort! While this adults only resort is not what I would call a “party resort”, the trip was made great by two of the resort staff — Frailyn and Gray! Both were amazing and made sure that fun was had! I’d highly recommend this place.

Would I recommend? I put yes because we got out of our holiday what we wanted. but what was noticed when there. some of the staff was rude, it works very much on vip (we aren't drinkers, so no point in vip) for example. we enquire about a tia Maria (not to you was the answer) rude. reception bar. we heard staff asking vip to order room service so they could take home for their family. English language limited, I got the impression they aren't keen on British lol. lucky lucky men saying you get drinks free. expected drinks. emmm no we don't, it's inclusive & we paid for it. attitudes left a bit to be desired if iam honest. by Wednesday if you haven't tipped staff attitudes change 🙄 they stopped being attentive. sea weed lots of it on the beach & clean up of it was daily & it was smelly & full of flys that bite, also was difficult to get to the sea to cool down. food good. clean. weather brilliant. had nothing stolen. we tipped on the last day to those that where constant, our expectations let down by a few thing's. but in general had a cracking week. would we go back? this hotel no, Dominican yes. 5 starts? got let down 😐

Definitely. The resort is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. Adult only relaxing resort. The staff is amazing and it was a very relaxing holiday would highly recommend this place 😊🏖☀️🥂 Adrian at the Mare Norstrum, Glenys at the bar and of course Felix on the beach all make this resort extra special. Just returned from Punta Cana Princess and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the layout and ease of getting around, the food and the wonderful staff. Jasmine, Evans, Armando, And Joel from the entertainment team were all so amazing and made our trip even better! Highly recommended resort!

Most amazing place only one complaint…. People who smoke could be more courteous of others around them and not smoke in every square inch of the place even the pool!

You really do feel like a princess! The rooms all have a 2 person jacuzzi, walk in shower with great water pressure! King size beds and a lounge area. The food is soo good. The restaurants that’s included in your stay have amazing decor, steak house, Italian, seafood restaurant and a fondu place. The 2 buffet that’s open all day serve yummy food. The beach set up is wonderful, they have these umbrellas that provide the perfect shade if needed. The ocean is the color of a Tiffany and company gift box. The staff is so helpful! Ask for Alexander or Frank at the concierge they can grant all wishes. I tried the spa a mud wrap, water circuit and a massage soo relaxing I had Maria and she was the sweetest. If you want to book an excursion look for Katherine.

My husband and I stayed 8 nights recently. The staff is the best part about the experience here. From the entertainment crew to the housekeepers to the restaurant staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. Manager Jose Lajara was amazing and treated us like royalty with some special experiences. Bartender Nelson was so much fun, and such a wholesome personality. And we cannot say enough about server Iris at the buffet. She is so attentive, always had a table ready for us with a flower, and got to know us personally. We can’t wait to visit again! We hope the staff we loved is all still there!

Entertainment staff and bartenders are amazing, but someone went into my room while I was at the pool and saw that someone went through my bag. They stole some cash, and after taking time away from my vacation to make a report with guest services and walk through what happened with security, after a 24 hour "investigation" I was told it was probably my mother who I shared my room with that took my money or that I was lying. I've traveled all over the world and I've never experienced what is obviously a scheme among the employees to rob guests. I definitely do not recommend staying here!

We love the Dominican Republic with my husband. As soon as the opportunity to relax without children — began to look for a hotel. This one was also suitable for the concept of 18 degrees and the price pleased. The organization of recreation was engaged in TPG t-o. Satisfied with their work everything went perfectly! Perfectly reached, to the hotel came just in time to the settlement. Registration took about 15 minutes. The reception staff is responsive and tacty. The area near the hotel is small, but everything is compactly located. A lot of different greenery — palm trees, shrubs, flowers. The first thing I will note is that the hotel has a great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, smiling, everyone will be interested in how things are, how to relax. Help with solving any problem. They put us in a Deluxe room. Two beds on a hill and a cozy sofa create a pleasant impression. The furniture looks good, the appliances worked without problems. TV, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, iron. Bathroom with very good plumbing and a set of good cosmetics. The towels were white. That's enough. Cleaning is good, daily. The food is just great! Seafood, juices, fruits, meat, fish, vegetables, sweets, salads. Everything, absolutely everything is for all tastes. The bars offer a wide range of pretty high-quality alcohol and a good cocktail card. The bartenders are friendly. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly, go to touch.

Back from this wonderful hotel. The chic, large area, delicious and varied food in the main restaurant and in the restaurants el carta. Not a bad animation. But with the beach we are not very lucky — last, week — the whole beach is just dotted with seaweed! And the numbers, was to smelt, and so all super!

Beautiful layout & great food. More of couples resort to relax, all activities are a bit far away.

Whatever you do don't go to this resort. Paid for a room with a spa. The spa was broken but unfortunately we never got to use it because after asking SIX days in a row for it to be repaired… nothing happened. Shower head was damaged too. So couldn't really have a proper shower. Management are delusional. Don't seem to understand that when people pay good money they have an obligation to deliver. You are just throwing away your hard earned money if you come here. Such a disappointment because it was our honeymoon ☹

I went to the PCP June, 2017. Absolutely loved the place! You walk in & a sweet girl brings you drinks after your journey. Very friendly people who remember your name. The food is very good & plentiful—so are the drinks. The place is smaller than most, which I like; it’s also all-adults, which I like even more. You’re only a short walk through beautiful grounds from anywhere—including the beach. They have several restaurants on the premises—including a 24hr restaurant & bar—& you have free privileges at their other 2 resorts, which can be got to via a free shuttle. It’s all-inclusive, but I always tip anyway—the people deserve it. I’m sure there are swankier places, but I can’t imagine anything better for the price. My wife & I loved it so much we’re going back this September, & are bringing our son, his girlfriend, our favorite niece & her husband with us. Last year I booked through Vacations To Go, this year I went through Cheap Caribbean—I hope all goes as smoothly as before. I have also requested & hope to get our same room—5005… they’re so friendly I’m sure they’ll honor that. I highly recommend the Punta Cana Princess All-Suites / All-Adult Resort!

Amazing experience! Love the animation team that entertains everyone! Love the shuttle that takes us to all of the different Princess resorts and definitely love the people there! The food can use a bit of work though. It's kind of bland, however, I still love the variety!

The service is great. Nice and quiet atmosphere but not too many events and fun things on the resort. Drinks are strong. Food was alright but needs a bit of variety. And your room suite is standard with twin beds for double. Wi-Fi is nonexistent unless you’re in the lobby by guest services. The good thing about this resort is they allow you to make dinner reservations and visit their other sister resorts for fun also.

Nice and quiet resort with good food and strong drinks. The rooms are nice and cozy with good views from the balcony. No internet service in the rooms only in the lobby must pay extra money to have service in your room. Nice Beach and pools but not many activities to do throughout the day time. Perfect place if you're just looking to relax not so much if you're looking to be entertained. Staff is extremely nice and friendly makes you feel at home. Five restaurants on the resort but they're not always open every night it seems like they do a rotation between the restaurants. I am not sure if that is the case because we are only staying here for two nights we spent three nights at another Resort.

Excellent Resort to relax with friends or family (Adult only). Guests were mostly mid 30's and up while I was there. All the staff/services were very friendly and helpful. Multiple bars /restaurants to dine (Italian, steak house etc). I've stayed at 3 resorts in Punta Cana and this is a solid 4 star. Not the largest or most elegant of what's available but a very nice resort nonetheless. Would recommend.

Overall good experience. Small all-inclusive adults only resort, but is linked to the larger family complex. Food was alright. Service is great. Rooms are clean and relatively recently renovated. All of the restos are nice. The snack bar needs some serious renovation or at least a good paint job.

Wonderful and very well maintained facility for adults. Fantastic beach with enough beds.
Of course there is also a pool which is really huge. Of course with a bar by the pool.

I was to spend our honeymoon with my wife. It's been great two weeks we'll never forget. The staff, including the bar and cleaning staff, were courteous and helpful at all times. The cocktails the food and the individual restaurants were great and tasted. We have done a lot like excursions or a quad tour. We will definitely visit this hotel again. I can only recommend it!

Resort in Playa Bavaro. Although the rooms are already old and need remodeling, the whole Hotel is very accomplished. Good Buffet, good leisure areas, on the beach. Excellent value for money.

The Wi-Fi is bad and there is only in the lobby of the hotel that is 500 meters from the rooms.

Ea cute but could be better. The water in the shower was all cold nights, you had to let the water run from the lab to get out hot in the shower Q caused the bath to wet, we complained but never solved. The rooms are old, bad the air conditioning system. The rest is very good. Excellent food and attention too. The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful. I wouldn't go back until I remodeled the rooms. Otherwise, yes.

Well maybe once this hotel was 5 star but now it is a full treshka! The hotel is old, in need of renovation, photos do not correspond to reality! The range in the restaurant at 3 stars and more! Really only wait staff pulls on 4 stars this hotel! I was sorry to spent the money for this hotel!

Rooms were small. The facilities need upgrades. The beds/pillows were hard… Buffet restaurant fair… Waitstaff fantastic service. Front desk… Outstanding manager.

We had the most amazing vacation. The staff at the Punta Cana Princess were so warm and welcoming, the room was clean, the grounds immaculate as was the beach. The food at the buffet was incredible with so much variety and different selections every day. The restaurants on site were nothing to write home about. Personally I would recommend sticking to the buffet. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this resort.

My wife and I have gone on 6 occasions (already partners) Amamaos this place, the service is excellent, the rooms unbeatable, exquisite food, the show every night very entertaining, the atmosphere in the disco is fun, good music and safe, we Dance Every night. I congratulate Raul Santos who is waiter his service is very professional; In the bar to Jose Luis who is very attentive and pleasant. The manager of the restaurants Raul is excellent, has everything working perfectly, I recommend this Resort to all people who want to spend a holiday unforgettable.

For my first trip alone, I loved my stay at Punta Cana Princess! It's quiet, there's always room at the pool and at the beach! The waiters/waitresses are extraordinary, smiling and amiable! The food is excellent… it is necessary to avoid uncooked vegetables…! Tummy ache guaranteed! I would recommend the place to all! My favorites go for Yasmine, a G. O, Nelson the bartender of the pool, for Francisco and Jose Miguel at the buffet and Carmen at the reception! Love! Next time, I'll stay for 10 days!

Vacationed with a friend for the new year 2018.
The service, the staff are excellent! The food is excellent! Diverse, all fresh, different fruits!
But, you do. The 5stars are not up to the arrangement, when in the rain drips from their thatched roof, killed cockroaches in the room, and not always quality cleaning.
And another minus I bet for the fact that did not remove the beach from algae, in general! and they were all washed ashore by the ocean, and then back into the water, in this porridge with sand and algae it is impossible to bathe. Although in the next 4 degrees the beach was cleaned. How so!
Because of all these disadvantages do not want more in the Dominican Republic, the cost is quite high, the flight is long, say, straight paradise, no. Outside the hotel to go only under his own responsibility. The country has developed banditry.
Then better go to Egypt! In general, thailand! There are islands and places really paradise!

The place is beautiful very nice the pools the apartments are even though like most of these timeshare hotels are going note its deterioration by the ex-use and the passage of the years but in spite of that they impact by its size and the variety of Instalac Ions for recreation they possess.

Had an amazing first 2 days! Unfortunately my stay was during hurricane Irma which meant we stayed in our hotel room for the remainder of the week. The staff was amazing and did everything in their power to make us feel safe and secure. The food was unbelievably amazing I would def come back.

The place is superb as well as the food! The animation team is creative, very attentive and the entertainment is different from the traditional show! Bravo I recommend it.

2nd part of the Club "All suites Adult Only": Perfect stay in a small structure, no noisy animations, always free deckchairs on the beach, staff smiling, polite and efficient but speak only Spanish and English; Perfect also if you come as a couple… On the other hand very disappointed by the excursions…

You will understand it only if you visit it is something inexplicable that wonderful people.

Great place to spend a relaxing holiday at a very good price and where the activities offer will not let you get bored. Great facilities, better food and excellent service. Book in advance so that you have secured the square and look at the excursions in the hotel.

January 2018, the first day in this hotel I have already written. We rested for 10 days. Lunches, breakfasts, dinner and snacks on the beach in cafes (pancakes) just fine. We were moved at our request (free) to Jasmine's bungalow. My wife and daughter were vacationing in this hotel in March 2017 and that's why they knew the location of the hotel. The beach is great, there were enough umbrellas at all.

The hotel is not a 5star hotel. The rooms are moldy and moldy. The mattress and the duvet are always moist. You can't sleep in the bed. Pay a little more and get something smart!

My fiance and I went on a event that was 4 hours exploring the town. When we came back one of my fiance items was stolen out of the room. We reported it to management and they act like they are going to help you get your things back. Each day we went back to find out if they know who took our stuff, they never had a answer. Finally on our last day we asked again and they was rude and said there was nothing they can do for us. It was a $400 item that was stolen. This really messed up our vacation with the dishonesty. Also there we had to change our room from the first floor to the second floor because there are a lot of bugs crawling on the night stand that ended up in the bed. Also to balcony door to our room didn't lock which was very scary being on the first floor and the balcony door not locking. That meant anyone could have came in our room.

First with the good. The resort grounds are beautiful, the layout is nice and the beach is great. The pool is huge with plenty of entertainment and a swim up bar. The fondue restaurant is amazing and it gets a star for that. Now to the not so good. Overall, the food is hit or miss here. A lot of the stuff served in general dining halls is simply bland and some of it just inedible. The best food here is the fondue restaurant and we ate there 3 times in our 7 day stay. Also, any drink that I ordered that contained ice gave me an upset stomach. I suspect this is because they freeze regular tap water which is not safe for drinking. The horrible. We were here for the first week of our two week honeymoon trip. The room was beautiful but the lay out is terrible. Clear glass door for the bathroom and glass partition is a terrible idea unless you enjoy watching your SO doing her business, not to mention that the terrace is right across it. If you forget to close the curtains, someone else might be enjoying the view. The king size bed is made up of two full beds with wheels which are not attached to each other in any way which means if you end up sleeping in the middle, the beds will eventually split and you'll be on the floor. And lastly, two days after our arrival, my wife and I awoke to find our legs and back full of bites. That's right, BED BUGS.

Great hotel complex, with all the comfort services to have a good stay: Beach, sea, swimming pools, various restaurants, disco, theatre, spa, children's club. Excellent attention on the part of all the staff that there is performing.

We stayed back in April and loved it. The pool is amazing and everyone that works there is friendly. They had a fun new drink everyday and even though I'm a vegetarian, there was always lots of different foods for me to eat.

This amazing resort has spacious rooms and really comfortable beds ideal to enjoy an amazing holiday, since I visited the first time during the last year I found an exceptional place, has nice facilities and good, a really cozy place that everyone deserves to know if they travel to Punta Cana, the best of all my experience at this resort was their staff, all of them were attentive to 100%, always answering each call with a great smile and an excellent attention Quality, the food here served is really delicious, varied and with different spaces to enjoy the tourist experience to the maximum.

Paying 1 you have 2 hotels. Good beach and food. The employees have the stars that are missing from the hotel, they are great.

First time there and had a blast. Staff goes above and beyond. Franklin in the buffet is great and very attentive along with the rest of the staff. Our honeymoon suite was great. Don't forget channel 96

"Misleading Resort", "Run down Place", " Really Slow or NO Internet" they claim to be 4 stars, But THEY are a 2 stars Resort Believe me! (see pic posted by me), my personal opinion and other tourists visiting Punta Cana Princess said the same. I have found out from local people that they got their 4 stars like 15 years ago, and somehow they still claim to be 4 stars Resort. I will describe some of my problems with them: — after arriving we tried to take a shower, the shower handle was broken. — the room was smelling so bad of mold and humidity every day we had to open the balcony door, I told guest services, they did nothing about it. — Internet is present in some spots, at Really, Really low speed, "You CANNOT even watch a video or download an app. ", on top of that I tried to buy internet for couple of days and it was Not Available! — the Air Conditioner was broken, high speed or low speed only no temperature control. — No Air Conditioner in the restaurants on the amphitheater, you take a shower before going to dinner and another one when you get back from it, Not funny… — the mattress was really hard it was like sleeping on a rock, came home with a back pain… Not recommended to ANYONE, pay a bit more and go to a really 4 stars resorts. I was there between 4 August to 10 August 2017. I'm Writing this review to warn people about this place.

Great place for couples. Great service, tasty food, beautiful place and comfortable rooms. There's space for improvement, for example the nightly entertainment and the public restrooms need A/C as soon as possible.

Food is as bad as everyone said. The grounds are well kept and beach is beautiful. Drinks are mediocre at best and wait staff is the same; indifferent and only willing to do the bear minimum their job requires. The nightly entertainment on the resort is actually quite amusing, at the sister resort not so good due to family friendly nature. If you can get 7 days for $1000usd or under then perhaps give it a shot but there are better places close by and the 'adults only' is only partly true because the resort is shared with a sister resort next door that allows children. As a side note worth mentioning my wife and I got sick due to the ice in all the drinks which is obviously drinking the local water even though the resort is littered with "non-potable water/ do not drink water" signs they essentially give you no way to avoid drinking it. Overall go only for the beach and sun; you will be disappointed with everything else.

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The suites were spacious and quiet, the staff were extremely attentive, kind, and friendly, and the pool and beach were gorgeous. The resort is small, which makes it very easy to navigate and you can make a reservation for dinner at the neighboring resort, as well. The food was not the best I've ever eaten, but it was good. You can't beat this place for the price. Would recommend.

Really cool country no matter where you go. The 3 stars would be 4 except for the problems at the front desk. Went in to the DR knowing Spanish was required not recommended but it was difficult for a fluent speaker to get information upfront necessary to the workings of the resort. Had a very good experience all together the staff were incredible absolutely incredible the logistics left much to be late desired but good place to go to chill and have fun. Side note: food was plentiful and fairly diverse vegetarians might have some problems finding protein and the humidity makes even the best pastries taste stale.

I adore places more than 20 trips down the staff of Amigos for me Patrick server at the restaurant buffet he speaks French Nancy a waitress at the restaurant Serra takes care of you Kelvin bartenders from the beach bar he makes the best drinks in the world and if you have A tummy ache or a tourist start going to see him and ask him for a bomba he will tell you to drink the little drinks he will prepare you and say 4minute all Serra finished.

We had a great 3 weeks December 2015 we celebrated 2 times the end of the year one at 6 in the evening because we are Swiss then at midnight here end of year banquet crazy thanks to Titti.

We were in the January / February here in this very good Hotel. Das weather was excellent.
The staff (from 7:00 a. M. To 11: 00 in the evening) was top class and always in a very good mood.
The area of the hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The beach was with one of the cleanest and the best spot.
The food (every evening a different nationals theme) was on the whole very satisfactory. Certainly, this is also a matter of taste. We were always filled.
The room was clean in the quality of the country.
The bar BB´s and restaurant you can recommend really. It's just making great smears restaurant at the Italenischen. For this you can really recommend the Steakhouse. Here, all agreed.
The connected diving school in the system, especially the Guide L. A. Louis, was also super. You could reach various hotspots (14 piece) pretty quickly with the boat.
We thank the entire team at Hotel Punta Cana Princess very much for our stay and a great holiday.
P. S. : mosquito repellent or mosquito plug you should be here on each case to bring. There were not many here though, but it is enough one.
Otherwise in one word "Excellent".

Beautiful well-kept garden, great sandy beach, and that was it already. You don't regularly reaches into the tip bag it is quickly becoming the second-class guest. Dirty tables in the whole system, a VIP area at the stand unhygienischer no longer be the könnte… abschreckend! Animation (archery) in the dangerous area because you hardly want to shoot with the age-old material and is even set up. I've seen some Unteram injuries. Real German alcohol must be paid here separately. The main re storage edge reminiscent of cafeteria style provides the Tex Mex and the Italians (if opened) from the same kitchen
