We are currently staying from 8/27 until 9/2. The Service is AMAZING! The property is BEAUTIFUL and constantly being maintained! If you are looking to just relax and be away from the crazy party resorts, this is the place to be at! Our assigned resort Concierge Ramon has made our stay, thus far very memorable!

This resort has a very intimate feel. Everyone is so nice and took such good care of us. We were glad we had brought lots of small bills. You will want to tip because the service is excellent. We loved every minute of our stay. The food was incredible. We are leaving totally relaxed. Ramon seemed aware of our every need and took excellent care of us.

We had an amazing time! The people working are so friendly and wonderful. The food delicious! The Spa is a must! The overall resort is just beautiful. We loved Tea Time outside near the beautiful tree with the red flowers. Such a beautiful spot! We also attended wine tasting, cigar rolling, painting and wine outside, and yoga class. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back! Oh, and the nightly entertainment was a good way to end our evenings! Huge thanks to everyone! Marnie and Carlton.

Very quiet and peaceful small resort with great amenities and varied food options. Not very touristy vibe to the place. The beaches though are full of seaweeds, not something zoetry can control but they are doing their best to clean some out. Special shout to Ekar and team and also the staff at indigo for breakfast and the staff at olena restaurant. Overall everyone of the staff is extra nice genuine, welcoming and friendly.

We just got back from a week at Zoetry and truly enjoyed our stay. There were a few kinks at the arrival but that could have been due to the storm. Overall, the staff and concierge went above and beyond to ensure we had an AMAZING stay. I would like to give a special shout out to Felix, Rose, Ekar Roger, Davidson, Edison, Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Alberto, Alejandro, Francesca, and Jean Carlos for ensuring we had such a wonderful time. We were sad to leave. Our FAVE menu was the Mexican Menu at Piragua on Cinco De Mayo. We ordered all the appetizers and they were incredible. We also LOVED dinner at Amaya for their normal menu. We had lunch at indigo and highly recommend the Poke Bowls. They are delicious. If there is something you want or need don’t be afraid to ask. They are very accommodating.

Poor food choices. Low quality food. Poor restaurant staff. Low choice of wines on all inclusive package. Expensive spa. Service hit and miss.

This hotel is just perfect! We appreciated everything: the staff is attentive, the room is spacious, there is space between each deckchair both at the pool and at the beach, the garden is beautifully maintained, there is choice in terms of entertainment without them being invasive, everything is well decorated and clean, … We recommend this hotel with our eyes closed!

This is a very quiet, small, and quaint property. Although it's not classified as an adults-only resort, there are no activities or accommodations for kids. We did see 3 kids but they were under 5 and part of a wedding that was here. The food is better than your average resort food and the staff knows you by name. They take the time to get to know you (especially Alex at the main pool bar) and your butler/personal concierge makes sure you are happy every day. The spa is every bit as amazing as everything else. If you need time with your partner to just get away amd be together, reconnect, or reconcile your relationship, this is the place to be. No interruptions, no crowds, no noise. It's you and all about you.

The resort is beautiful, peaceful and, more importantly, the staff are Family. When you first arrive, they welcome you “home” and greet you with a fresh heated washcloth to freshen up. Next we relaxed in the open-air ‘lobby’ and met our personal concierge, Jean. He gave us a brief resort tour and explained the amenities on the way to our suite. Every evening, Jean would text us the following day’s activity schedule and restaurant openings — because the resort was at 50% capacity, two of the four restaurants were open for dinner each evening. Jean always went above and beyond, including having our room decorated to celebrate our anniversary. No request was too small or too great. The food was fantastic! The meals were delicious and fresh-tasting and the portions were no appropriate without being “super-sized. ” The staff were friendly and always exceeded our expectations, including frequently remembering that we liked taking our dessert “to-go” for a late evening snack. The drinks are great and the bartenders/servers were quick to make sure we had an enjoyable time whether we were in the restaurant, lobby or pool bar or on the beach. We developed quite a repoire with Francis, one of the bartenders, and every evening when we arrived in the lobby for the evening’s entertainment, he treated with a delicious original concoction to sample. The spa was incredibly tranquil and the staff (Rosa, Santa & Jessie) were fantastic. The couples massage that we had was the best ever.

This was our honeymoon and there are not enough thank you’s in the world for this amazing crew! Book this trip! Go to the spa alot, dance your heart out and have an awesome time with everyone you meet! Relax on the beach and watch the great shows at night in the lobby! Take advantage of all the amazing food they have there! Most of all this place is your home! Excellent my friends!

Had an amazing honeymoon! The facility was very peaceful and tranquil. Would recommend Zoetry to everyone!

I rarely post reviews, but this place was amazing. My husband and I came for our honeymoon, not really knowing what to expect with the “endless privileges”. Our concierge, Jean, went above and beyond, including having our hotel room decorated at my husband’s request, mocktails made instead of cocktails since we don’t drink, he had someone go get a phone charger in town for my husband when the charger he brought did not work, and A LOT more. No request was too great and he was lovely. I also had several spa services while we were there (Wanda and Romervi) and the experience each time was phenomenal. I had probably the best massage of my life there. You can go to the spa pool, with sauna, which is even more private than the already pretty private pools, whenever you want when the spa is open. We also did the romantic dinner on the beach — the food was incredible and our waiter, Eduardo, was so genuine and kind. The only thing I experienced that I would not recommend about Zoetry is the horseback riding, although I believe this was a subcontracted company. The horses did not seem as well taken care of as they should have been and I felt guilty about it. Overall, the vacation was great — Zoetry is small enough that a lot of the staff knew our names and we knew theirs. Also, a lot of privacy which we wanted on our honeymoon. They even changed our room at our request to put us in what I can only imagine was the quietest room on the resort property and much appreciated.

Jendiler and his crew (Plata, Jenelley, Emilia, Maria) were so fun every night we loved seeing them. Jendiler even set us up with special Dominican food.
Alexis the pool bartender was also awesome — made drinks every day for us and is an all around great guy.
Rube our UVC rep was awesome in arranging everything we needed prior to arrival and checked on us throughout our stay.
Wiris our butler always saw that we had what we needed.
Had a great relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

It’s the second time we have come to this resort and we love everything about. It’s not a huge resort and that makes it intimate.
Also the staff, all of them are so so so nice and always happy to serve you.
And the bartender makes fabulous cocktails.
We recommend this place 100%.

This was the most beautiful resort we've ever been to! The food was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful, they had activities every day, the spa was beautiful and relaxing, the drinks are top shelf and made with real fruit, and the suite was clean and comfortable. Other reviews talk about free massage but you only get one free massage for the whole trip each. There is a gift of 200$ resort money to use but you have to sit through the vacation club/time share presentation first. This resort is so relaxing and not crowded at all. Everyone is so laid back, we loved how quiet it was. The lobby bar in the evening was nice, lots of people to visit with it you want. Tipping is not expected but very appreciated if you do. The service on the beach was wonderful! Some people thought there wasn't enough variety of food at the restaurants but we thought the variety, flavors and quality was excellent. The free laundry service was nice. We liked the kayaks and snorkel gear that was available. The free horse rides were fun! It was also easy to book excursions when we wanted. Gorgeous intimate resort. Here at the height of the season I can still wander the beach alone. The service is beyond superb— I have my own concierge! I will come back.

We had an amazing time at Auga Zoetry in Punta Cana! One of the reasons is because of Rosa, the best bartender ever! She has been sweet and personable and attentive. We highly recommend you visit her at any of the Zoetry bars!

Very calm and resort, not a lot to do other than chill out. The food is hit or miss sometimes it’s great sometimes just OK. The rooms are great as is the service of all the staff.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is the perfect place to spend a quiet week away from the world. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and world-class service. The staff caters to your every need and request. We visited for our 20th anniversary and the staff knew why we were there from day 1. They even sent an anniversary cake on our final evening. Worth every penny.

My girlfriend Amy and I just spent 4 days here. It was absolutely stunning and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I truly felt like a king with how well we were treated. I’ve already told several friends and family members to stay at this resort. The food is top notch the beach is beautiful and the pools are so relaxing. Do yourself a favor and indulge in every amenity they have to offer. They even upgraded our room for my birthday and sent a cake to the room our final night. I can’t wait to return next year.

Incredible attentive staff in the most romantic setting possible. Impeccable food and service. Craft cocktails and gourmet food. It feels like a garden of eden. It’s small enough where the staff and the guests all get to know each other. Their motto is “welcome home” and it’s just perfect.

A piece of Heaven! Service is impeccable, environment is serene and relaxing. I could not recommend Zoetry Agua Punta Cana enough! Our butler, Fransisco, was indespensible. He made sure our every desire was met. Luis (our bartender) created custom drinks just to please. Orlando and Dios (waiters) took care of our special dietary needs and our Spanish lessons! I would go back and cannot recommend Zoetry enough.

If you want a place to relax and feel pampered, this is the place to go. The staff is the best you can find, the food is great and all the rooms and amenities are luxurious. Also, the Butler service is great to have. They are basically there to help you with whatever you need to enhance your stay. That are not overwhelming but are reachable via an app on your smart phone. If you go ask for the butler Dio.

We are just returning from a 7night stay at the Zoetry Punta Cana, we cannot recommend this place highly enough! The service during our stay has been immense, our personal butler Wilna was always checking up to ensure we were good. Our favourite employee was Victor (room service waiter), he was absolutely brilliant! He would remember how we liked things done. We were very upset we were unable to say bye to him. Our room was cleaned a minimum of 3 times a day, which was lovely. All staff were super friendly and always went out of the way for us, even when we would order off the room service menu! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing honeymoon, we will defiantly be returning! Mr & Mrs Gill.

Loved our stay here. It was only a few days but wish it was longer. So peaceful and quiet. It all felt so intimate. The food and staff were amazing. I definitely recommend this tucked away resort to friends.

One of the most amazing vacation resorts we’ve been to. We went for our honeymoon. Each night the flower pedals on our bed for turn down service were in a different configuration. The chocolate covered strawberries were a nice touch. 24 hour includes room service. You have a butler to your every need. He even found us an HDMI cable so we could watch some Netflix movies on the TV with my computer at night when it was time to cuddle up. There’s not a bunch to do but there was enough for us. All relaxing. We didn’t want much to do as our lives our busy. We just wanted to enjoy each other and the beauty around us and we did just that! Food was excellent. Spanish lessons and bingo were a hit. Yoga daily. We even took an art class and went on a dive excursion. Top notch staff set up a special love decorated dinner table for us and on another occasion cooked us a special Dominican lunch off menu. The design of the hotel is amazing and natural in essence. Horseback riding on the beach and mamajuana at the pool filled our afternoons. Much love to everyone there, it was pure AMAZINGNESS!

Pros: It's super quiet, we saw maybe 2 kids and they were well-behaved, the food was yummy, the rooms/cleanliness/pools were phenomenal, all food and drinks were included, the 24/7 room service was awesome, the beach was stunning. All of the staff was incredible. It felt very safe. Cons: there's not a ton to do (which I loved, but my husband likes adventure and activities), they were constantly pushing for us to spend more money (wine, spa stuff, and beach activities aren't all included), the drinks were free but SUPER watered down, the food was delicious but pretty limited on options, the resort is one of the furthest away on the island, so it took almost 2 hours after boarding the bus to get there (we were told it was only a 30 minute drive via bus, but DR time is insanely late always, so after stopping for all the other riders, we didn't get there until 2:30AM)

It is an exclusive and unique hotel, as it belongs to the brand Amresorts being this romantic theme hotel, quiet, all rooms very close to the sea, exclusive pools and an ideology of natural atmosphere and relaxation!

Beautiful place! Food was great. Service was excellent! We will definitely return. Zoetry is about an hour ride from airport, but so worth the ride. This resort is not for kids! It's more for couples who want to escape to relax in paradise. Thanks to all staff for a wonderfully peaceful vacation!

We love Zoetry! Our 2nd visit as a couple. Our first was with our infant son, and was a fantastic experience. Resort is very tranquil, green and lush, with exceptional food & service. Private, intimate, relaxing. Amazing!

The food is outstanding! We are currently staying here unlike other all inclusive resorts the portions are large and the food is unbelievable! The fresh fish is just amazing! If you want to upgrade your all-inclusive stays the Zoetry is THE place to go! A very peaceful Serene relaxing resort.

In general, wherever you have met this chain of hotels/Spain. Jamaica. Dominican Republic/can safely go. Prices are not the cheapest. But high quality and cheap-it's a fairy tale… This hotel is all well and the rooms and grounds and food and beach.

My husband and I just returned home and our trip to your resort was one of, if not, our favorite vacations. We can’t wait to return. Punta Cana and its people are so lovely. Your staff is amazing… the front desk, wait staff, housekeeping, room service, cafe, shop, spa. Always smiling, kind, friendly and patient. Jesus, our butler, was so kind and made us feel so comfortable and at home and was so willing to make us happy. We also got to meet some employees from AM Resorts, some very nice people as well. Dinner on the beach was incredible. The property is beautiful, immaculate and the food was excellent with lots of healthy choices. Restaurants are beautiful especially Olena and Piragua. The beach and pool are beautiful; the gardens and spa lovely. We hardly saw any insects. The shop has so many beautiful items mostly all made in the Dominican Republic. The room was gorgeous. Spacious and kept very clean. Entertainment was great. Loved the dancers on Dominican Independence Day. Housekeeping did an incredible job especially the turn down service. Loved the beautiful, giant butterfly made from the curtain with rose petals on the wings. What a surprise to come back to in the room! We are amazed by how incredibly the staff treated us. It was so sad to leave. We hope to plan our next trip soon and will be counting the days to our next visit. We both want to thank Zoetry from the bottom of our hearts.

Beautiful resort. Been twice. Never returning again. Bed bugs killed our experience. Hotel did NOTHING to compensate and only switched rooms after we freaked out. Really really really bad. Hundreds of bites on our bodies. Sad.

Zoetry Water is an exclusive boutique hotel, designed so that your guests can spend a pleasant and relaxing time. It is very quiet and is special for people who like classic style and nature in one piece.

We are actually here and I’m writing this review while laying in bed looking out my balcony at the ocean. Bugs have not been an issue, I’ve seen more lizards than I have bugs. The beach is very nice, with waitresses constantly coming by bringing you drinks and snacks. The bartender Gilberto is the best, he’s funny and makes whatever you want. The water is beautiful with reefs not more than 5 feet off the coast that you can rent snorkels and look at. The food has been amazing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing resort. All the staff is very nice and helpful.

Wow! What a great experience we had. Very quiet, great food and a super friendly staff. We had a room on the beach with a private pool. Food was much better than any resort food I've ever had. Top shelf liquor, room service was spot on. Total service staff was AWESOME. I would highly recommend this place.

Zoetry Agua is a Caribbean paradise. We were free to relax and enjoy the tropical delights, while our every wish was tended to by Jose, our personal Butler. When we first arrived we asked if they had sushi, and even though they don't have it on the usual menu, Jose had the best sushi we've ever tasted brought in and prepared for us by their chef!

A few hours at the spa and felt like I was in heaven. Excellent staff. Excellent attention!

Couldn't tell you about this place. Looks beautiful, though. I booked it for my honeymoon and while I stood in the hot PUJ airport I was told by the shuttle service that instead of the intimate vacation we paid for we were being transferred to a nearby party hotel that was owned by the same company. Zero heads up, zero choice, and zero money back. Sounds like a SCAM to me.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely great. Ramon was our Butler and was great. Pool bartender Gilberto made us so many tasty drinks. Some type of live entertainment each night (singers, magician). Horse back ride was great. Great experience, will definitely be back! It is very quiet (so if you are looking for a Vegas style party may not be your place).

What used to be the best resort in the area is now just average. Location is great, but that's it… lost all attention to detail, lost the great food, service is too much linked to tips, beach is dirty, bug pest control is useless… What a loss! Zoetry wake up!

My husband and I stayed the week of July (2017) at the resort and had the most amazing trip. Wonderful place for peace and quite. Food was really good, and staff was very friendly. We were very happy with service that Juan Escano provided to us.

Wonderful resort. Quiet and calm. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was good (not great). not overly crowded or large numbers of scheduled events. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the present. mosquito control was generally effective (except the lobby area — particularly evenings). Wi-Fi was reliable.

We loved the staff! They are so friendly & made the experience more fun. The food was great, especially for all inclusive. Our friends got married here & it was beautiful. Jesus was our butler. He made sure we had everything we needed & always with a smile.

Wonderful rooms, great views but some of the most miserable service I've ever experienced. Id suggest somewhere else if you want to be pampered. Oh yeah… No fans or AC and lizards in the beds if your into that kind of thing.

Boutique hotel with 96 rooms, all a la carte restaurants, view to the sea, organic food, good drink and excellent personal service.

We had an ocean front room with gorgeous views of the beach but this is where the good points end. The rustic/jungle motif of the hotel with the grass-hut style bungalows may have seemed like a cool inspired idea but I think it only encourages bugs of every variety. The insects that cause the most grief are the mosquitoes and these tiny black bugs that pack a punch when they bite. My husband and my skin are filled with these bites. The last day of our vacation was so bad we decided to stay in our rooms for fear of being eaten alive. Even after we had the room fumigated, the bugs continued to appear in the room. The staff even jokes that the mosquito bites are a part of the vacation experience. This was not funny in my opinion, especially after spending thousands of dollars. You know the bug problem is bad when the hotel supplies Off Bug Spray as one of the toiletry items. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible Beach and worse. Price-quality absolutely does not correspond to reach very long, disgusting service, constantly cut down electricity. Immediately behind the hotel huge dump of the tailwind awful stink. The quality of the food does not match the hotel 5 stars. Hard rock much better at less cost, I recommend.

It was a nice resort. Food was really good. The biggest detriments were the massive hordes of mosquitoes (my wife counted 60-70 bites upon returning on her alone… similar with me… we had DEET repellent and pure citronella oil… I think it actually attracted them more) and the poorly working A/C in the room. There was a power outage the morning we were trying to leave which didn't help much either. Overall a nice resort, but I doubt we would ever return.

Zoetry is a beautiful resort. We went there for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing week. The room was comfortable and clean, the resort was quiet and spacious, the four restaurants were excellent, and the bars were well-stocked. All the staff were friendly, experienced, and professional, especially the reception, the beach bartender Julio Cesar, and our butler Willyn Jimenez. We loved the resort and the Dominican and we hope to come again soon!

We had a terrible experience at the Zoetry property. My wife and I went there on our honeymoon, and it was ruined by the theft of her engagement ring from our luggage the night before we left to come home. We found the staff to be very unhelpful and unwilling to assist us with requests including filing a police report. In our opinion the food was just awful. Lunches weren't bad but breakfast is average and dinners were the worst. We wanted to leave 4 days into our 8 day stay. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. If you do stay here, I strongly advise keeping your valuables locked in the safe. In my opinion this is a far cry from a five star luxury resort.

The resort seems really nice when you first arrive. The scenery and pools are great, however the amount of mosquitoes is crazy. The rooms are super hot, and the AC never seems to keep the rooms cool enough. The spa services are alright — stay away from their coupon/welcome package kit — they will hit you with fees hard that are not as advertised at the end of your trip. Most of the staff speak alright english, except for room service — there is a 50/50 chance it will arrive, and a great chance other people's room service will be delivered to your room throughout the day. For the price, there are much better locations that you can find, which is the main reason rated at two star instead of three.

Otutstanding staff, extremely friendly! The food and drinks was outstanding great quality alcohol. Was not top top shelf but was good stuff like grey goose vodka, cuervo, bicardi, brugal, and wonderful mohitos! The resort was nothing special for todays standard. Large rooms but the drain for the shower was blocked. The bath tub did not work. The air conditioning was not cold, and our frefrigerator in the room did not work. Sailboat was broken all week. Worst part of the resort was the mosquitos! For what u are paying they can at least fumigate the resort. Mosquitos in the room. Rated it a 2 star mostly b/c it is extremely overpriced compared to the other resorts and constant problems with all the amneties. Save ur money go to another resorts closer to punta cana.
