Villa Copthall

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again!
Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions!
My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Copthall!
Upon walking in, I was given a room upgrade, which was a great way to start. The high level of service continued from there — including the morning my car wouldn’t start and I had to meet my dive boat in 20 minutes. The owner dropped what he was doing, loaded me into his car, and zoomed me downtown, where I caught my boat just in time.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and look better than the pictures. AC and shower work great. Pool is super nice on a hot day. Rooms and grounds are spotless. The bar is excellent, featuring almost a dozen infused rums, made on site, and a pretty good rum punch too!
A few little things would be helpful — cups for the bathroom, a light blanket (you only need a sheet, but bed is right under AC so can get a bit cold), and another hook or two in the bathroom, to hang bathing suits and the like.
Also note you are a 10-15 minute drive from Roseau — which I think is a plus, as the little valley they are in is much nicer than town. But you will need a car, unless you’re just looking to hang out at the hotel and maybe do a few excursions where you get picked up.
Overall, a truly super find!

Upon arrival, we were greeted like special guests. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. After being shown our room, we asked for a change. Without hesitation, they prepared another room. The pool was relaxing, and the whole vibe was peaceful. We were so comfortable.
We can't say enough about the staff. They were exceptional. They also hooked us up with an excellent guide, and we had a fabulous day touring the island off the beaten path.

We enjoyed our stay here during The World Creole Music Festival. Yes the rooms are a little small and do need some freshening up, But they are comfortable. The staff are friendly and were prompt to assist with any requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located near attractions,
We would stay again in the future.

The service at Villa Copthall was exceptional. Each staff member we encountered treated us like family during our 3 night stay. My husband and I were visiting for the World Creole Music Festival, one night our taxi took extremely long to come and the manager offered to take us to the event. Thank you again.
Special mention to Shaquire who made sure I had my perfectly made hot chocolate whenever I asked for it, her warm smile also added an extra touch.

Always going here and every time I have the best experience, best food and best service. The servers there are the most polite and welcoming people ever. 10/10 food and service do recommend and remember to tip especially to Shaquire and Sherwin.

Had a wonderful experience. All thanks to the young lady at the bar called Shaquire who made sure my friends and I felt welcomed. Once again thanks to her and the team. Will surely come again.

Great central location just outside of Roseau. We stayed for three nights and found it to be very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great, they even made pizza for us when we ordered ahead! Two thumbs up!

Very clean rooms, great service, location is great for those going to do Boiling Lake, Titou Gorge, Middleham Falls, ect.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Copthall. The owners are wonderful hosts. On site restaurant was great and the pool was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of hiking.
