This is a quaint and lovely hotel. It is beautifully decorated, the staff is wonderful, superior hospitality! OH! breakfast was beyond my imagination and my room is so comfortable. I love the view of the buildings beside us. You will enjoy staying here and it’s on the Main Street. Thank you from a girl from Southern California.

Great location, close to Central Station. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast with freshly baked bread and organic dairy and jams.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the train station for day trips, or to the on/off bus for city sites. Also close to shopping and good eating places. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was more than we expected, and the variety was really good.

Staff very helpful and freindly makes up for the dated and simple rooms. Not a fan of coffee options. Pastries, breads excellent. Location excellent. You have to realize you are in very old building. Clean but very simple and showers small.

Staff friendly and helpful. Decent location close to Tivoli avd other places of interest. Rooms on the small size but for me that's fine. No bacon at breakfast otherwise I'd probably give it 4 stars. How can I not have hot eggs and bacon on toast for breakfast when on holiday?

Helpful staff. Breakfast tasty, fresh and varied. Room not that big but adequate as we were only sleeping there. West Market interesting for street food at night. Convenient for buses, S-line and trains. Get a Copenhagen card for travel and entrances to all sorts of things.

Three stars for a three star hotel, rooms are ok but bathroom was blocked and hygiene standards are unsatisfactory. Breakfast doesn't have any change in daily variety, no fried or scrambled eggs at all, no smoked salmon only beacon (yuck) every day. I wouldn't recommend it for the price I paid £563 for 4 nights, not good value for money, could've got Scandic Hotel opposite City Town Hall.

A lovely stay at the hotel. This was a great location for what we wanted to do as it was incredibly close to Tivoli which was around the corner, close to the zoo too. The staff were very welcoming and friendly making our stay extra special. Props to the cleaning staff for making our room feel as though we never stayed in it with the cleanliness.

Average hotel to stay. Rooms are not specious. Don't opt to take rooms on 6th floor. Feels like staying under the stairs. Choose to stay in middle rooms of the corridor as Wi-Fi connection doesn't reach to the corner rooms.

The hotel is on the main strip so its very easy to get to all of the main attractions. The rooms are very clean and cosy and the staff are very helpful and speak very good English.

We hade room 110, bathroom with spa. Great and cozy room and the personal working here is amazing. Short walk to tivoli or downtown. The breakfast I cant comment until the mornin. Theres also lots of energi in this room for thoose who belives it n feel it. A great hotel.

It's one of the cheapest central decent hotel in Copenhagen, breakfast is great as well as the free drinks and snacks in the hall, rooms were a little bit old, little space in the bathroom. Recommended! Staff is friendly!

American first time travelling in Denmark so I don't have much of a baseline for comparison. Room was fairly small but comfortable, I believe among the smallest they have. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early which was nice after a very long flight.

I loved this hotel. The view out our window was spectacular. We looked out into a courtyard. Breakfast included yummy bread!

We are a family of 4 who visited from the UK. The youngest members are 1 and 3 years old. The room was perfect for us and the boys especially loved breakfast. All staff we spoke to were extremely accommodating and friendly. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other young families. Plus it's very handy that the No26 bus goes straight past and could take us to all the tourist destinations we wished to visit. Jenny and Jason.

Lovely hotel in a great location, with super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms small but perfectly formed and everything very clean and well presented. The breakfast was great and we even had a customary shot with breakfast on our final day! Would definitely recommend to others and would also happily stay there again.

Nice location with a gated area for bike storage and I assume parking, but in Copenhagen you should really get a bike. Instant coffee in the room that was drinkable and contained caffeine. Shower controls were old and hard to get working right or to turn off completely. Bed was comfy and the room had windows that could be propped open to enjoy the night air. Breakfast was the typical cold deli meat buffet that seems popular in Europe. Stick with the danishes. Reasonable close to a metro station and within walking distance of lots to do/eat/see.

This charming independent hotel is located within walking distance of the Copenhagen Central Station. The room is bright and clean with lots of character. The breakfast has a good selection of tasty items. Friendly staffs too.

Stayed for 3 nights in November 2015, booked via Easyjet holidays. Was impressed with the hotel, handy location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and nice and quiet. Self service breakfast — drinks, cereals, fruit, pastry, meat, cheese, bread. My only complaint was that my bedroom wall was thin enough that I could hear the bathroom next door, which wasn't great when people got up at 0645. Can't comment as to whether this was just in my Slim single room or throughout the rooms.
