Nice hotel where our company book always rooms for our sales staff. we had an evening meeting at the office and our colleagues who eat in the hotel told the waiter that 2 colleagues will arrive at around 8.45pm for dinner. We arrived at 8.55pm back from the office and we would like to eat like a small dinner. Reply from the waiter: “ I’m sorry the kitchen is closed “ poor show while hè know we were coming and our colleagues ask him earlier. You have really to improve your hospitality and especially this service which you can solve easy by buying high level convenience ready to heat and eat.
