Nice rooms, separate bunk bed section for kids. A/C a bit questionable, woke hot a few times and not sure if thermostat is working when you set it lower. But generally nice hotel, clean, food reasonable and next to the theme park!
Amazing experience! Everything felt magical and even the adults were amazed by the setting, room decorations and how it felt like we were in another world for a minute. Staff/service was great and the room was very spacious (2 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and 1 baby) — we had the princess superior room. The restaurant was nice and had many buffet options (both dinner and breakfast). Only 2 minute walk to Legoland from the reception area, so we had a great and well-rested start to the fun in Legoland.

The hotel magic environment was amazing, my daughter loved it and there are lots of playgrounds areas to play before Legoland opens. Employees are nice and polite. Only bad thing hotel-related are the pillows that are extremelly small.
But unfortunately, we had a terrible experience regarding dinner. After a long day of traveling and the next day after the whole day playing in Legoland, we only wanted to sit down in the hotel, close to our beds, enjoy good food and wine while our daughter played in the kids’ area in the restaurant. But instead, I had to stress myself and argue with the employees in the restaurant because Castle Hotel and Legoland Hotel do not have good communication around their agreements.
I booked the Legoland Castle Hotel and added the knight’s menu to the package which was highly recommended by a friend (this menu includes food and unlimited drinks, including a variety of wine, beer, sodas, juice, etc). Arriving at the Castle Hotel, the reception lady said that the dinner would be in the Panorama restaurant in the Legoland hotel (which is walking distance – but with a tired 3-year-old during winter time seemed like a marathon).
