The hotel is very much loved. Responsive staff, the rooms are clean. Delicious breakfasts. The luxurious nature of the exterior. The interior of the hall is also very pleasant.

Good service. The hotel is located on the shores of a lake where yachts are moored. A pleasant place to stop, inspires morning jogs.

Would have given 5 but still needs some finishing touches. Great location great views. Nice and polite staff.

The room and the bath are clean;

Breakfast has freshly squeezed juices and oatmeal (and in general breakfast is quite rich) ;
— on the tap in the bath was torn off the switch on the shower and from it beat the fountain;
— there are no sockets at the beds, only on the opposite wall;

We stayed 3 nights with a baby. The hotel is nice even though is a bit dated (built 1985). The restaurant area looked refurbished compared to the rest of hotel. We used the spa which was lovely. The staff was nice too. The best thing of the hotel are the views. If you can ask for room 504. We had room 505 which looked on the inside but we could see an amazing view from corridor door (see photos). The rooms are without a/c and it was very hot. Unfortunately during our stay there were a lot of students staying in hotel for some sporting event and were very noisy that we had to keep doors shut. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We had dinner there too and food was okayish but nothing special. Having a baby it was convenient to stay in hotel but if you can seek elsewhere and just have a drink there for the views. Parking is plentiful although ask the hotel receptionist to give you the parking permission as police do checks. We liked the free lemonade and coffee and tea in the lobby too :)

The hotel is very well located in a quiet area. Close to small restaurants and a business.

The hotel has taken a bit of age but is clean and well maintained.
Staff available Brno Centre easily reachable by tram 20min.

Just a great hotel, not the newest but well maintained. The view from the window: We arrived at night, and in the morning when the curtains were opened were pleasantly surprised: a beautiful mountain lake! The breakfasts are great!

Quite nice, not really great food, especially the soup as first, not the best, cozy accommodations, although small and the balcony requires some renovation.

The facilities in the resort are very good. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. Also, the breakfast buffet has a good vegan spread. You have lots of options to eat from if you're vegan in the menu.

Hotel originaly built in eighties, but it is renovated. Internal distribution reflects the times when it was built though. This is compensated by great breakfasts, helpful staff, refreshments available at the reception whole day. Moreover, there is one unlimited entrance to spa area per day per person provided. Spa area contains pool, herb sauna, finish sauna and steam sauna and whirlpool (needs to be booked and paid extra). Location is good, near to public transport, but at artificial lake near to forest and nature. Overall, very good balance. Hotel in nature, accessible by one tram line to city centre, with included spa.

This is a great budget hotel. The staff are very friendly and it’s in the natural place, nearby river. Loved their sauna :)

The sauna was broken, the reception staff was not friendly, the wellness staff were not great either, with an expectation of the Physiotherapist with whom I had a treatment session. 2. The Physiotherapist was genuine, professional, friendly. Her diagnosis of my spinal issue was accurate and the treatment was the best I have had so far. 3. The hotel rooms look like they were old boarding school rooms. 4. The hotel has a regulation that the clients staying in the hotel can use the wellness facilities in the hotel only once, if wish to use again on the same day it is chargeable. 5. The wellness staff charge for tap water (50 cents), ridiculous isn’t it! 6. There are better hotels down the road close to Santon Resort and the prices are competitive.

Aspects to improve: there are no double beds as such, they are two single beds attached.
There is no service in Spanish.
If you are travelling without car or car it is far from Brno's historic center. In public transport, hikes and waiting times are minimum 45 minutes. Car or car is 15 minutes.

Plus hotel is very good value for the price. Clean rooms with balcony and bathtub in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and great. Staff was always friendly. Tram 7 min enternt. Swimming pool and wellness are also good.

Could be great, it's unusual and quirky, but let down in most areas. ” Built in 1985 as a convalescent hospital and it shows! Still, it does have a certain unique character, but everything still feels like it's from 1985! I think some of the rules are the same. They have what could be a fantastic evening bar terrace. We had a swim, sauna and Jacuzzi (there is a small additional fee for up to three persons to use the private Jacuzzi for 25 minutes) and then wanted to have a drink in the bar attached to the restaurant. The spa closes at ten pm. I think it's natural to expect a bar to be open later than this, and also for people to head here to "complete their relaxation. " The moon was out, it was a warm evening, there was a great view of the lake and we were looking forward to sipping a couple of cocktails to end the evening. However, the bar closed before 10.30, what a shame and a waste! Yesterday, we stayed at a bizarre hotel in Krakow that was run by nuns, they managed to have a 24 hour bar in reception! Our room, apparently a "luxury deal" featured a view of the bins, a scrub hillside, and the neglected tennis court, and was obviously south facing, as I've never come across curtains that actually amplify the sunrise. I was awake by six am! Probably a good job I couldn't get a drink last night after all! All round, interesting and quirky, just let down by a couple of issues. On the positive side, the wellness centre does have a choice of two saunas and a steam room.

Rooms are dirty, they even got spider webs! no appropriate maintenance, bathroom not cleaned properly, they got my restaurant order wrong and blamed me, not professional.

Stunning surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Clean and cosy. Friendly staff.
It was very load during the night — 2parties were running jointly making quite a chaotic mix of noises.

Location is perfect. Breakfasts on the balcony is breathtaking. Rooms and Wi-Fi quality are below standard. For business travellers big issue might be not enough irons.

Old not renovated but clean rooms. Great spa. Terrible food. We got schnitzels from microwave and a day old smashed potatoes. From cabage I got diarrhea.

It's a nice place. The rooms need to add some decor. Paintings or some artwork would really help. Spa is very nice. The best thing about this place is the food at the restaurant. Same type of thing with the restaurant in terms of decor but the food is amazing. Good prices as well and there is a very nice terrace with a great view of the water. Bfast is fine.

Pokoje dobré, ale zevnějšek působí neudržovaně. Wi-Fi také nebyla příliš spolehlivá především na pokoji.
