Rather pleasant hotel with good location.

I had the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Reception was closed when I arrived and nobody answered the phone number indicated at the front door as “24/24 reception” (even if I notified before my arrival that I was arriving late at night). I spent one hour and a half in the street at minus 10º… at the end I took a taxi and went to another hotel. The next day, the receptionist at Hotel Arte recognized that their phone redirection system did not work that night, so they did not get any of my calls. They payed for the difference between the price I had to pay in the other hotel and the price for a night at Hotel Arte but they did not want even consider the possibility of reimbursing me the cost of the taxi or compensating in any way the horrible experience that I had. The hotel is not bad but there are much better options for the same price in Brno. Rooms are not properly cleaned (only once in four days) and it is difficult to sleep due to traffic noise, as the hotel is located in a very busy street. The personal is not helpful (even if they are well trained in apologizing they do not resolve any of your problems and, of course, nobody if there if you have a problem from 10pm to 7am). Breakfast is OK but not terrible.

Na mě s kolegou zbyl luxusní pokoj s manželskou postelí a prostornou vanou s výhledem na televizi o velikosti pohlednice. Dorazil jsem pozdě v noci a svalil se do postele. Všiml jsem si, že světlo v chodbě se spouští pouze na fotobuňku, která podle všeho dokáže detekovat pohyb po celém městě. Hned naproti posteli rozhodně neušel mojí pozornosti maxihlasitý minibar. Tak jsem se zvedl, vypojil ho ze zásuvky a při té příležitosti si skočil na malou. Se světlem v koupelně se automaticky spustí také větrák, který původně sloužil asi jako pohon od stíhačky, protože ho vpohode slyším I pres zavrené dveře a dlouho po tom, co už jsem v koupelně zhasnul. Nakonec se mi asi v půl druhé podařilo zabrat, když tu dorazil kolega, zaútočil na minibar, rozsvítil v koupelně a svalil se ke mě na postel.

Good service, good breakfast, average rooms, few parking places by the busy street.

Good Wi-Fi, very bad rooms, position so-so.

Good location. Walking distance to the city center. Nice staff.

Goods not in the hotel directly, but in the apartment offered by them Simply dreamlike Come again and again.

It is just ok, nothing special. A bit far from city center.

We stayed at Hotel Arte, for 8 nights commencing 9/8/2016. The hotel is perfectly situated for the city centre, the room was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic, polite and helpful from the minute we arrived until the minute they helped us to the taxi with our cases. We will definitely be back for another stay to finish the sights we didn't have time to fit in this time!

A good stay for a good price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They include a tv, free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge and a small safe. Breakfast in the morning was small but tasty. The hotel does use keys instead of cards in the rooms however. There is only one pair of keys for each room. Each room varies a lot in design so you experience will vary.

This is the 3rd time stopping at the hotel and the staff have always made us welcome would recommend this hotel to anyone very clean see you all soon no doubt.

Cosy hotel, lovely staff. I give my personal additional credits to the lovely bowl of apples in the lobby. It's so thoughtful and it surely makes me feel I'm looked after. Thanks a lot!

Staff were fantastic, breakfast is really poor though and the bed linen had hairs and small stains on it — pillow cases were white in the past, now yellow.

Everything very well. Very nice. Right cheap.
