Near the center a 3*very complete and at a good price.

Great hotel, especially for the price. She staff was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. The breakfast was great, with sufficient selection and fresh food. The rooms are clean but basic. I do not understand the need for a big kitchen block right next to the bed in a hotel room of the smaller size but it was not in the way. Recommended hotel for a stay in Brno.

It is not located directly in the center of the City, however, a 15min walk is fair enought. The neighborhood is not the best in Brno. Three Tram lines are available at a stop within 5min of walking. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfy. Staff is friendly but always busy.

We were surprised to find such a clean, affordable and generously cut hotel on this road train, with good Facilities. We arrived unregistered and booked only 1 Night. Straightforward! Almost everything is wheelchair accessible, too. (To the Reception a 7cm Level) Staff extremely friendly and flexible, Restaurant serving good Food, breakfast great, Parking in the locked, Supervised courtyard safe. Price — Performance absolutely fine. Area… Well. Next Time we stay longer.

Class hotel with Smart TV, free shuttle service to the city centre and clean rooms.
Only the shower is a faulty construction because you make the whole bathroom wet. But there are towels.

The location is a bit rough, but that is fully compensated for by the modern equipment, kitchens in every room and a free taxi to the city centre during evenings. The staff was friendly, breakfasts rich and rooms generally nice. Perfect choice for a business trip to Brno.

Helpful staff, spacious rooms, nice breakfast menu and reasonable price. However, the hotel is not located in a very good neighborhood. I was told by the locals I should be careful when getting back there at night.

Great place… Good food, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. On street parking just outside was easy.

Rooms are modern. There is a kitchen with basic utensils. Entry into fitness and spa costs about 8 Euros extra. Personnel are moderately helpful. Breakfast selection is adequate. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy with some youths partying loud in the evening and morning. Limited eating options in the nearby area.

A great and inexpensive hotel near the brno centre. Very good for travelers in Europe, including by car.

Great accomodation, great value, bad part of the town.

Even better than expected! Parking in the yard closes at night. The neighbourhood of the gypsies was feared, but they were in vain. Only the shower for some reason was fastened at the level of knees and blinds were not (apparently they are taken to recruit a bath). The restaurant celebrated new Year, everything was delicious.

Perfect Hotel, clean, comfortable and with very very spacious rooms. The neighbourhood just outside the center, does not allow the 5 stars to the rating.

Nice clean place with great sauna and fitness, cosy restaurant where breakfasts are also served. The surroundings are a bit cheerless, but that's unimportant if you come to explore Brno for a weekend or so. Very good price for what it gives.

Cheap and modern hotel. Good room facilities (minibar/safe/FullHD-TV/bathroom). And the absolute hammer for smokers: a balcony! Service was also very friendly.

Location is scary but they offer free transfers to the city at night. The staff are amazing! The food was good and great value. Camila and Nela in the bar made our stay. Will 100% return. Great value, comfy stay, overall impressed. Honestly stayed in worse 4*hotels and this is rated 3* and I don't understand why.

We liked it here: parking in the courtyard, modern rooms, friendly and helpful reception. One of the highlights is the free taxi shuttle to the city centre and also back again. This shuttle, however, is probably due to the location of the hotel: there are different ethnic groups in the narrowest space together, and even those who are on Gypsy music have a certain need for peace at the latest at 5, 6, 7 or 8 o'clock, but unfortunately the Music creators are more likely to have no regard for it. So windows to and air conditioning!

This Apartment Hotel has his own restaurant opened until late at night and a little wellness, free parking and clean, nice apartments, some with balconies. It is quiet at night and has a 24/7 reception, the staff is very helpful and welcoming :) it is always my Nr. 1 spot in Brno.

A hotel in the middle of a gypsy ghetto, a crime scene. The reception speaks English, the waiters pretend not to speak Russian, eternally angry with hatred in the eye (in principle, typical of the whole country), food is served long, really throw plates on the tables. But the restaurant is full of strangers, friends and girlfriends. Waitresses walk in tops on straps, from under which stick out the straps of the bra. Breakfasts are primitive, bread can be nailed to clog.
From restaurant to enclosure you need to go through the yard in any weather.
Refund satouts for 2 days paid in advance were not made.
It's creepy.

Bad experience. Room clean but with an approximate temperature of 35 degrees and without any air conditioning system. Sleeping inevitably with the windows open, in addition to the external noise (bearable), entered an unpleasant odor of rubbish.
Most likely most of the rooms in this hotel are luckier, it shows the pretty high average score on Booking (personally unwarranted). In this regard I would like to point out that I could not make the review on booking (never happened in about 25 past bookings). Evidently the structure is aware of these rooms and keeps it well hidden so as to avoid that critical reviews like this, significantly lower the average.
Never again in this Hotel, also located in a bad area of Brno (the free taxi service justifies the really bad location).

Loved complentary drinks on arrival and free shuttle service to city! Decent & clean apart-hotel. What we liked :Salt water pool, good breakfast, spacious rooms, reasonable price. What we didn't like: check in procedure was bit longer … room was bit bright due to missing window curtains (only window blinds). Bathtub didn't have curtains which is strange.

Small but nice swimming pool. Good place to stay. Extremly slow elevator :)

Good facilities. Nice restaurant/bar. Gratis transport to city centre.

In the worst street in Brno although close to the old town. Lots of space, but less useful than 30 m2 places we've stayed elsewhere: you can't stand up in the shower and the table is tucked in with not enough space to get into the seats with ease. The kitchen has one pot with no lid, no colander or anything, so if you felt like self catering, it's very difficult. Breakfast was pretty dismal. Car into town was great and the driver was super lovely.

I love this place and regularly stay here when I visit Brno. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. There is a superb, heated free swimming pool, a cheap gym, gated safe parking area. Crazies are scared away by the local gypsies, so there is a great vibe around the place. You also get a free glass of wine plus discount on rebooking. It is 10 mins fast-walking distance from the city centre and there is a free transport to their restaurant there too. The only real issues are for non-smokers and vegans, since the restaurant/bar is a smoking area (as is basically the whole of the Czech Republic) and there is no real vegan choice on the menu. This issue can be avoided by eating out in the excellent local restaurants or in your room since the restaurant/bar is not included in the price.

Rather wild area but the hotel is very good and central. Good parking right on the protected grounds. Neatly without much stone Schnack. Great restaurant. Come back for sure.

A wonderful hotel, where discounted (booked already in Brno) we got the presidential Suite. Obviously, other presidents that evening in Brno was not.

Large Rooms. Nice Spa Area. Breakfast is very good.

Nice hotel with parking, all new, has a gym and a small outdoor swimming pool, spacious rooms, great bathroom, air conditioning and grade led TV (50 "), all main doors require an electronic pass. Breakfast good but to be paid separately. There is a vending machine near the reception, drinks, snacks. City distance 1 km away. The only drawback is the Brno Rom district area, there are always crowds of people on the street who didn't bother discussing something but don't you walk quietly.

Privetlivy staff! A glass of wine upon arrival! Good Breakfast! But do not take room with street views! Very noisy, night sleep is not possible!

I am very pleased with the treatment for which I recieved from eFi Hotel in Brno. It was never needed for me to go out of the hotel complex. And the best part was that when I wanted to go to the city center of Brno, they allowed me to call a limo/driver service to shuttle us into and out of the city center. And for the price of maybe 50 bucks, it is perfect. I suggest you try the executive suites…

Everything was excellent, the staff, the quality of the breakfast, the pool, the room…

This is a very new hotel (it was still being finished while I was there) very close to the city center. The hotel is actually renting apartments rather than just rooms which might be handy as you can have up to 4 beds in two rooms. The reception is opened only 12 hours a day (from 07:00-19:00) which is something you won't find on their web-page. The selection of meals for breakfast is rather limited but they will try hard to accommodate any wishes you can have. There are two major problems of the hotel: 1) The location is on the most dangerous street in Brno and I wasn't exactly feeling safe walking down the street after dark. 2) The rooms are not being cleaned as long as the guests are present unless you ask for it (which means towels will not be changed, garbage bins will not be emptied etc. ).
