Perfect location, impeccable service.
We booked with an online offer and had a great time, the location is very central, the rooms spacious and furnished in modern style. Guests have free access to the 6-hour wellness area. 30-22, with sauna pool etc. Breakfast is buffet with a huge choice. Paid parking (16/24h) outdoors but in the enclosed area in front of the hotel entrance. The staff are very professional and kind (we were immediately changed room due to a water leak problem and then they sent us in 2 minutes the technician to fix the air conditioning). I highly recommend it, better if you find an offer.

If you are not staying in a suite then expect to be staying in smaller standard rooms. Expect some rooms to be furnished new and others needing an up date. The breakfast offers plenty of choice, fresh fruit, hot food but the chef I found to have difficulty cooking my omelette (burnt on side and raw inside), I requested sunny side up the next day only to have receieved burnt eggs. The fitness centre is great, plenty of machines and the swimming area is nice. The staff should learn to be more friendly and maybe smile back at reception and in the breakfast room. The bar staff are friendly and welcoming and the cleaners are nice as well. The location is convenient and close to the centre.

Location is very convenient to food. Breakfast at the hotel is great, staff is great, walking around central Brno is convenient and relaxing. Pool is indoors. Wi-Fi works great. I'll be staying a while.

Very centrally located in Brno. Very friendly staff. A bit gloomy décor, but the hotel is being renovated gradually, so there are always nice surprises. Breakfast very good.

I visited for an event only. The event space is ok. The restaurant has good ambience, the food quality and selection was much better than I expected.

First of all we are all aware that every single hotel has rooms and they have comply with basic norms of hospitality. The Difference: Service and making your customers to feel like they are the most important people over there. Definately you dont have a service mind. Used laundry every single day because we were exhibiting there in BVV. On Saturday laundry pack was there in the room. What you could do is: You could call me and warn me about your service days instead of saying "didnt you read it? On laundry service details it is written. ". So I could find a solution during the day. Second example: We used your parking lot for 2 cars — 4 days and 1 car — only one night. When the receptionist lady tried to charge us for 4 days for the 3rd car, simply we said that we didnt keep it here for 4 days but only one day. Then we returned the car. Instead of saying: you should have informed us about that, you could check your system and see how many days the car was there. Even she insisted to continue on her irritating rude style after warning here. Because I have a long hotel experince as a Manager in Hotel InterContinental. Amenities are poor. Shaving kit and teeth brush sets are only available if you ask. No slippers in the room. 1 set of towel for double room. No free water available. Only minibar. No iron and iron board in the room but avaşlable on request. Device quality was terribly bad. Dripping water.

Very comfortable hotel! How they treat you is the best. I had to leave early (2AM), These people pack me breakfast. That was amazing!

The best location in Brno. Parking garage available underneath the hotel. Fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the premises. A choice of restaurants and above all a very friendly and hospitable staff.

This was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was in an okay shape with efficient and convenient time. If you are lucky you get a room with view of the castle and even a balcony is an option. The interior clearly shows signs of the hotels socialist/East blocks past, but in a refreshing way. The included breakfast buffet is also great and lacks in no way to other upper class hotels. The location close to the city makes it the perfect place for exploring Brno. The only issue I had was with the hotel shuttle that my company arranged with the hotel for transportation. Although I had signed up for a particular time, all the shuttle were filled and the company refused to send backup, leaving me and my coworker in the middle of an industry district without any means to get to the hotel. There was no public transportation nor taxis available.

I stayed in the most hotels in Brno. Best Western Premier Hotel International is really the best. It meets all conditions which I prefer. It means location, pleasant atmospfere, restaurants in hotel and around, nicely furnished and clean rooms.

Best locatiomafter in Brno, right in the center od the city, you can park your car ads well, very good hotel restaurant. I the foot distance all sightseeings of Brno.

The hotel has a beautiful pool with a little spa and two saunas plus a steam room. The room was also clean and well organized. Perfect for a chilled week end.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Breakfast is great and the times are wonderful.

OK place to stay. Super small rooms. Non working lifts most if the time. AC doesn't cool the way you want it. It is always set to 25 degrees C. Can get hotter and you can have a disturbed sleep. However good location. Right in front of Brno castle and downtown…

Nicely located hotel for visiting the lovely town of Brno. Rooms are not very exciting but I slept well and everything was nice and clean. Great little pool/wellness area and excellent well equipped gym. Easy parking in front of the hotel but a bit expensive (16 euros). Breakfast was fine, staff friendly and the beer good :-) Would definitely stay here again because of the excellent location.

It shouldn't be a four star hotel! They had constructions since 8:00 in the morning until afternoon. They don't care if you are complaining. They are pretty rude actually. The cleaning staff opens and closes the doors during midday loundly! No recommended if you want to sleep during the day! Small rooms. Breakfast was nice.

Good hotel with rather banal rooms.

The room was very spacious yet inviting. I especially enjoyed the soaking tub after a long day of traveling. We arrived kind of late in the day and ended up having to eat at the hotel and there was no disappointment. The food was incredible. Everything from the meal at the lounge to the breakfast in the restaurant, truly outstanding!

Bol som v Brne a parkujem pri hoteli International. Doteraz moje naoblubenejsie miesto kde som chodil pre architekturu aj polohu v centre. Pridem ku parkovisku, ako obvykle, pozdravim a pytam sa (kedze jedno auto stalo pred rampou hotela mysliac si, ze je to sofer) : "Dobry den pane, cakate na parkovisko ale mozeme tu zaparkovat? " On vravi (bez pozdravu s rychlym pohladom na znacku auta) : "Nie, neda sa! " Tak sa pytam: " A mozeme chvilu pockat? " A kabatnik len drzo odfrkuje: "JA som tu parkovisko a hovorim — zmiznite! ". A to na mna uz isiel tlak, ale este zatial pokojne vravim: "Pane, pracujete pre jeden z najlepsich hotelov a slusnost vravi pozdravit, pripadne poradit… " Este len dopovedavam posledne slovo a on uz skace do reci: "Nerozumiem po Slovensky, vypadnite! " A tu uz moja miera trpezlivosti pretiekala, lebo taky lump keby pracoval kdekolvek v zahranici (aj pre beznu triedu hotelov) skonci do hodiny na ulici — tak bez rozmyslu reagujem: "Ty KO. K. T nauc sa slusne spravat! " — odrazu priskocil k autu (pozn. Ale neviem preco ked nerozumie po Slovensky? :-) ) a uz som cakal bitku alebo rozbity nos… nastastie sa zdrzal po mojich bleskovych argumentoch a lekcii slusneho spravania (7 rokov som prezil aj v tejto branzi v Parizi) — ale darmo idiotovi vraviet, tak sme zaradili rychlost a zaparkovali na druhom parkingu (toho isteho hotela).

A fine piece of architecture with a wellness and fitness center. Inside you can find a good restaurant as well, though it's a bit pricey.

Friendly staff and very nice renovated rooms. The Breakfast was Extensive and the price accordingly. The Spa area free of mitbenützt. All in all, I have a Hotel with a good feeling to leave and can only recommend it.
