Near everything. Excellent view, very beautiful. Large room, nice shower and bathroom. Bathroom is shared with one other guest if the other room is rented. Very nice gentleman who owns the place. Best service I have ever got renting a room. The price was equal to 22.50 U. S. Dollars. I am very impressed with the place. Well worth the value. Very clean place. I asked what time was check out and he asked what time do you want to leave? Downsides: no internet, no towels provided (I use my own towels regardless though). No place to wash clothes.

I don't recommend it. There's absolutely nothing in the kitchen, some cupboards are empty. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Very old laundry and terrible pillows. The Internet is bad. Doesn't fit the description.
