Nice place has good food. Air does not seem to get cold. Pool is nice had great massage by Thai lady.

Stayed 3 nights here for my boyfriend's 21st birthday present amd had a really nice time. Breakfast was great and was served from 6:30am — 10:30am which worked really well for the days we were up early exploring and the hangover morning from too much local beer the night before. Staff were very friendly and rooms cleaned and furnished to a good standard (en-suit was immaculate and done really nicely). Would've been good to have air con in the room as it was hitting 34°c during our stay, and an iron wouldve even good too. The metro station is on the corner and it's about 80p to get to the city center so isn't a problem that the hotel is a little way out. Overall I would stay there again.

Loved it, good service, great food and lovely rooms. There is a pool and sauna.

The hotel is conveniently located, next to the subway, responsive staff with knowledge of languages, cozy rooms with good insulation, a good range for breakfast, a weak internet signal — long connects.

Better than expected. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated and clean. The personal is helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast is OK, but the facilities is not up to the amount of guests. The metro to the centre is a 5 minut walk away, which is great. Recommendable!

Location is very good, self-driving parking convenient, close to the city center, no car if you walk two minutes is the subway station. Very high cost performance.

I was there in 1998 with the class in room 161. Hotel in the average nice place.

Nothing special. The rooms are hot, ACs don’t work. No toilets in the lobby. Wifi is only free in the lobby. Breakfast is simple. We were a group of 87 people, most of us did not like it. Not as good as it claims to be. Very disappointed.

Good clean decent hotel with helpful staff. Clean neat rooms with air conditioning. Outside look is not impressive but inside has everything a visitor looks for. Immediate response for your demands.

Good location close to highway and metro station. A lot of parking space (paid). Hotel doesn’t look nice from outside but pretty nice and modern inside. Big groups are separated from business travelers. Wellness, swimming pool and fitness included in the price. Lobby restaurant with delicious but quite expensive food.

I share my experience with this hotel.
We stayed at the duo Hotel from 12 to 15 April 2018. Very well located to some of the subway that takes us back to the Center, the hotel does not pay mine from the outside but gorgeous inside. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Perfect hotel service; bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym… Negative: the staff speaks neither French nor German so we have a hard time making us understand, as in the restaurant or we had to order a desert except that it was not the right we managed to make us understand but the waitress was upset and We well show it is for her that I put 4 stars feel her the 5 stars would have been deserved because perfect. I recommend this address in any case.

Friendly staff and nice as well as clean rooms with a great view. Hotel is located about 8 km from the city centre, but a metro station is just opposite. The room rates for a 4 star hotel are reasonably priced.

Chaotic and not very organized. 4star structure but sometimes service by 2. Still comfortable. Even in the suburbs you can reach the Metro in 15 minutes in the centre. Good value for money.

Just outside the centre but the subway is in the immediate vicinity, the shopping area is close by, the hotel has a really good restaurant and the breakfast is also highly recommended! We had 5 wonderful days here and had a junior suite and that was very high quality!

The hotel is cute full of entertainment. The most beautiful thing is that there is no lack of anything: gym, swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurant, casino and pubs. The ambience is very cozy, too bad for the rooms that seem under tone.

It is a quiet and relaxing place. With good amenities such as swimming pool and sauna. the breakfast service was good. but the menu for lunch and dinner is very poor we were three people and in two days we had proved all dishes from the menu and there was not too much to choose. Although the hotel is not in the downtown, it has a very good service of underground that communicates very easily to the city.

Good hotel with nice location just outside the city centre. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The hotel also has a bowling alley, a spacious indoor pool and a fitness room. The fitness room unfortunately has the best years behind it so everything is a bit worn out. Breakfast is good on the other hand and has a small but fine selection.

This hotel is amazing. Absolutely stunning (see pictures attached). Staff are very friendly and willing to help wherever possible. I had taken my girlfriend out for valentines and they had helped me organise a nice little set up for the room. The food options in the dining area are good and cater to both meat eaters and vegetarians. The hotel is in a good location, local to multiple places to eat and close to a supermarket. The hotel has a pool, sauna / steam room / massage parlour and it's own bowling alley within the building. These facilities are all kept well cleaned and easily accessible to guests. Rooms are very spacious and have a good view (could possibly be the room we had). The hotel offers airport transportation at a cost. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay with alot to offer to keep you busy, close to useful shops (including a pharmacy) and Would definitely recommend that you stay here if you are visiting Prague!

The hotel is located next to U-Stadion therefore good connection to the centre, even without a car. Attentive staff at the reception. Hotel very clean, hotel hall as well as the rooms in a pleasant condition. For the size of the hotel maybe a little too small dining room.
Also breakfast quite ok.

Our room was already taken despite a reservation 6 months ago! The staff still did the necessary to put us in a hotel closer to the center with the same services. The lunch was offered to us in compensation.

There is nothing wrong with the rooms. The Speisesääle have the charm of company canteens, very simple furnishings, instead of tablecloths in every place placemats of paper. The queues at the buffet go through the whole restaurant. The staff is unfriendly and does not refill the food, pure mass handling.

This hotel had exceeded our expectations, it is very modern and really comfortable! The rooms are very well equipped and leave nothing to be desired. The reception at the reception was very nice and the check out as well!
The location is great! It is located just outside the city centre of Prague and therefore guarantees peace of mind for sleeping! If you want to get to the center, 3 minutes from the hotel is a subway station with which you can easily get from A to B! All in all a great stay!

Good hotel close to the subway, only 5 min walk. Service OK but you can not change the temperature in the rooms and it is too hot.

This Prague hotel is close to the Metro at 4/5 stops from the centre. Cozy, clean equipped with every comfort including swimming pool and sauna at all hours. The restaurant is decent, a bit pricey.

We were here already in the year 2016. It is within walking distance of everything. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly. The only drawback is the parking facilities. The in-house car park is a bit cramped and expensive. But like everywhere else here in Prague, the parking places cost extra.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was comfortable and served me well. It is very close to the metro making it easy to get into the city centre.

For one or two nights ok cleanliness partly OK? However, staff is also normal if about 500 guests appear almost at the same time for dinner (during my stay in mid-December there were 12 (twelve) coaches there). Some guests have eaten in the standing their dinner. Drinks were served, if at all, when you were ready to eat. Despite the tourist taubenschlags it was quiet at night.

Nice modern and comfortable hotel conveniently situated very close to a metro station, from where you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The rooms are large and spacious and the bathroom is well equipped with new modern fixtures. However, Wi-Fi connection was rather poor in the entire hotel, which is a quite serious issue. Polite, efficient staff.

Very crowded. I recommend rooms in Tower 1 that are quite modern and fresh. Tower 3 you should try to avoid. Evening bar very pleasant. Very good service at reception, only you will be charged upfront.

Away from the center. Very personal attention due to the high passenger movement of the tourist agencies. Reduced space in the breakfast room in relation to the amount of pax. Expensive prices in the restaurant, considering that in the area there are no shops or restaurants or bars.

Excellent price/service, the rooms are air conditioned and are very spacious, includes breakfast buffet on your reservation, it's worth it. It is just a few steps away from the Metro. It has a Casino.

Located on the outskirts of Prague, 4 star hotel with near subway station The hotel is also very much visited by Asians, in the breakfast room it is already very crowded in the morning and may have to Wait for a table. The staff is very friendly.

Room good. Breakfast buffet with only 1 coffee machine which is also responsible for tea water and then does not go most of the time. Big snakes everywhere. Get a coffee 1 time about 15 minutes. Buffet — Sausage has a brown border when opening (were the first). All the rooms are far too small for the many guests.

Great place to stay. The outside doesn't do the hotel justice. Also got upgraded without asking. Maybe cause it was our first time. Or room was really good. Away from the city, but easy to get to. Metro just opposite the hotel. Only negative really, is breakfast. Not too many options. But I'm a fussy eater so might be ok for some. We decided to eat out for lunch and dinner. In all the hotel did what is was needed for.

It's a crowd-down with a couple hundred rooms.
In quiet breakfast almost impossible as the rooms are completely crowded eggs, sausages etc everything cold o only lukewarm rooms are o. K. Staff is endeavouring u very friendly.

I stayed on the occasion of a school trip. The food is very good and plentiful, there is the self service at both breakfast and dinner. Waiters always ready to pick up the finished dishes and to clean the table. Unfortunately to drink water you have to continually fill the glass from the dispenser and not have a carafe and this can be annoying. In any way the quality of the food was great. The rooms are comfortable but nothing exceptional. There is a "guard" that controls in the evening and at night that there is no chaos. In case of confusion in certain hours you are likely to receive a hefty fine. Billiards bowling and pool table tennis and games room all for a fee. I heard from some customers that there were some pantegane near the hotel entrance and one even saw one on a hallway. Spacious room and huge and comfortable lobby.

Great Hotel, perfect for conventions and business meetings, 5 minutes from the Metro. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the structure is equipped with a bar and even a gym. Breakfast is varied but the quality is not very high, I have eaten better in other facilities.

Clean and modern hotel. Bathroom a little small. A bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but very close to public transport (bus and Metro to 2min on foot). Perfect for relaxing and having a good time thanks to its swimming pool, sauna, gym, spa, bowling alleys, ping pong table… Breakfast at will and varied. Staff to listen and very helpful.

More than 500 years old, the Second World War because of the compromise of the Ceskoslovensko government, not by the German Nazi 卐 of large-scale bombing, so that its complete preserved the ancient city of Czechoslovakia are over years old!

Far from downtown but with subway in the corner. Modern clean and a small part of the staff speaks Castilian. To improve, the breakfast room, a lot of people and it costs to get table.

The many guests who want to take a breakfast have stood in the way of each other. For so many guests there were too few seats. Everything that is stored on fairs and not on class. The understanding with the staff was very difficult because hardly anyone could speak German.

Wonderful hotel, clean, rooms with TV, air conditioning, mini bar, possibility to make a tea in the room, great view, good breakfast and lunch and dinner buffet.

Pretty clean, and relatively close to the center… you have to deal with the price with taxi drivers to be escorted downtown.

The worst thing about this hotel is the food since this one is scarce, little variety and very greasy. In addition, although there is a schedule, if the dinner is from 20 to 22 hours and you arrive at 20.15 minutes you will not find almost anything in the trays as you can see in the photos … they do not replenish and if you tell them something to the waiters they pass from you … the other acceptable, but the food is nefarious. That in a 4 star hotel is inadmissible. 2 dining rooms with different food, there seems to be q customers first and second category. And another thing also horrible are the pillows.

Excelent location across the street from a Metro station only a couple stops away from the city center of Prague! Very good service and great choice if visiting the beautiful and impressive city! (Beds are a little hard though, but besides that is great)

Very busy hotel with excellent staff. Location is great. One can easily get transport to every destination. Family suit is good.

(-) On the other hand everything is not perfect! The plates and cutlery that serve for breakfast are often poorly washed or even room squared. In the rooms the housekeeping is poorly done. Coffee and hygiene products are not renewed.

Everything is excellent about this hotel. It is large, modern, and easily accessible from both the airport & from the city by train & road. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. The cleaning staff are most thorough & accommodating. Breakfast is pleantiful & delicious. The desk staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant is possibly the best I have ever encountered. The meals are delicious & affordable, and the staff are very professional, friendly & efficient. There is a currency exchange facility with excellent rates accepting notes from most countries. This is definitely the place to stay in Prague if you don't want to stay in the city.

The attached restaurant, casino, cafe and open bar are a good addition for the money. It's a very busy place with many tourist groups either leaving or staying in the facility. The Complimentary breakfast is not very good and the space is small for the number of guests. They do the best they can converting conference space into a breakfast buffet. I was not impressed with the offering maybe you will. The restaurant down is worth the if you can afford it. Budget friendly hotel that caters to international guest.

Very nice hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Rooms are ok, but the bar and food service is horribly slow. Waiters are overbooked and walk past your table trying very hard not to look in your direction, lest you had something to order. First evening took us 30 minutes to get a waiter then 1 hour wait for the food, which was tepid and unimpressive. The second day, after 1h30 of wait I noticed a burger cooling down on a piano. When I asked about it, they said it was maybe mine, but "we walked around all room with it looking for you" which was a complete lie. I enjoyed the cold fries only because I was extremely hungry by that point, and was left wondering if they ever hear of big numbers to give when ordering to put on your table. My friend got his food even later.

We had a room on the 8th floor in tower two. Modern lobby but oldish corridor down tower two to our room. It's a slight cross between travelodge and premier inn, decent price for the service provided. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, satalite television and clean room and bathroom. Shower could be better but I'm just picky. Breakfast ib the restaurant is very good and so is their dinner service. Their seasonal menu (Asparagus) is varied and the pasta on there is sublime. Very good location, outside of the hussle and bussle but close links via the Metro is decent. Would happily come again.

Went for a football tournament. Downstairs lobby and bar areas are nice and there is a garden. Room is average and I suspect the hotel is relatively cheap though I did not pay for my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Duo. Modern rooms with soundproof windows so not even the nearby street was disturbing. The city center of Prague is only ~10 minutes away by metro which is only a few minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast could have been a little bit more comprehensive (no cappucino/latte or bacon), but we definitely never left breakfast hungry ;-)

Standard big hotel on the outskirt of the Prague but with good connection (underground is just 5 min walking far). We often use this hotel for some conferences and the service is always good.

Today, we are here for the second time. It does not give our reserved rooms. Supposedly, they are now much more expensive! We are with guests from Germany here. Really great.

I have been in hotel in September 2010. It's nice place for visiting Prague. Room are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff is not so nice. I recommend this hotel for short visit.

I was at that hotel a week ago, the hotel is very nice! The lobby is new and beautiful, The room was comfortable and cozy. It's not in the center but very easy to get to city center.

Hotel DUO is a decent second-rate hotel. It is far, far from the 4 Superior it dreams of. Its bowling is OK, but it has one person for all the lanes, the bar is disorganized and when there is a party — well, God beware, the waiters run up the bill and cheat as much as they can. The swimming pool is decent, but make sure you check your wallet and mobile phone as things go missing regularly. The pool and sauna are often full of teenagers on holiday and so quite loud and disruptive. The staff seem unable to speak foreign languages to deal with this. Bar prices near reception are outrageous even compared to the centre (much less the neighbourhood which is far, far from the centre). The cosmetics section has good prices but very poor quality. The hotel is currently undergoing reconstruction — we can only hope the management as well.

It was a walk in booking — all other hotels we visited were already full. Rooms have no internet, the Wi-Fi downstairs is rarely usable, stuff are rude and incompetent, food not very good (for the price), people are noisy. Breakfasts are pretty good but often you have to wait outside (there is so many people). Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Definitively no 4 stars. More 2* to maximum 3*. The room was dirty at the arrival, the toilet leaky and there was water at the bottom of the bathroom.
Food was very poor and everyday nearly the same.
But good room service.

Accomodation and food ok like for this standard. It's rather 3 stars not 4 as mentioned on hotel page. Some problems with taxi ordering from hotel — own taxis can't be paid by card. High prices in hotel bar.
