It is our first time ever visit to Prague. This Hotel is in a brilliant location rooms are nice and large and quiet at night. Would fully recommend this hotel to anyone. Food was good too.

First time staying in Prague and we fortunately booked with the pentahotel. The hotel has a smart modern appearance inside and out. The rooms were a good size and contained appropriate necessities. It was approx 25mins from old town square with nice shops/cafes along the way! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again.

In the middle of an EasyJet crisis (flight delayed to the next day, no assistance whatsoever), the only bright side was this hotel and its super-efficient staff. Although it was around midnight, we found 4-5 receptionists who helped ~100 people check in quickly and smoothly. Much appreciated, thanks!

A friendly and untraditional layout; great breakfast; lounge area with pool table, video games, and comfy couches. Note, the check-in desk is combined with the bar. Set in a reasonably quiet neighborhood, with nearby subway and other transit stops. I took me 20-30 min to walk to Old Prague.

Lovely hotel in a great location. A bit away from the tourist craziness but near lots of public transit and great resturaunts. Nice staff and really no complaints. Certainly not super fancy but high quality for the price.

Very nice and stylish hotel.
One of the most cozy and atmospheric lobbies among other hotels, quality breakfasts, positive staff, if you are lucky — a slot machine in the room.
Minus: free Wi-Fi is quite slow, the hotel twists on the fee.
It's 30 minutes to the center.
Next to the hotel there is Billa (small, so-so choice) and plenty of cafes.

I stayed here as my flight was cancelled. Lovely hotel, good decent hairdryer, great size room, the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 1am but they found someone to cook for us, leant me adapter plug, lovely double shower, very modern hotel, a great selection of hot and cold food at breakfast and they even had lactose free milk. Definitely would stay here if I came back to Prague.

I was the third time in Prague (May 2018) and this is by far the best hotel I ve ever been to in a city… I was staying for 6 days (Bed and Breakfast). I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast buffet… Furthermore I find it nice that also the personal had casual clothes on…

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Pentahotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was ever a problem for them. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and modern. Was a lovely stay and would recommend to my friends and family.

I'll tell you-I will not take this hotel in my life.
No Wi-Fi.
No fridge in room.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was very very clean.
All the time they were knocking about them, because they had to put them in the aisle.
The TV in the rooms of the SMART system, and the Internet full G…, then after 2 minutes of work he just cut off.
The bathroom was very small and there was simply no room for toiletries supplies.
There is no closet for clothes in the room, and instead they fitted a crossbar with hangers.
The breakfasts are very poor for a 4 * hotel.
The hotel is very noisy in the evenings, T. To the reception-it is in the evening and restaurant, and at the entrance you see a bunch of drunken people.
My score is no more than 3 *-as they say-"Red price".

There is something about the Tangent, but the Taxi Fares are very moderate.
For less than €10 you are in the Old town.
The Hotel has a good Restaurant — breakfast was Class — and in reception a nice Bar.
There are also good Seating Options for the Stay …
Something lot of TV … But Is good for Travelling alone.

The service at this hotel is awful. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight to find our "King" room was actually two singles. After waiting an hour for them to reconfigure the room, we were horrified to find the room stank of body odour from the person who had changed the beds. The staff didn't apologise but sent another member up to sort out the smell. Their solution was to spray the room with an aerosol which barely covered the smell. There were no other rooms available for us to switch to and the only compensation came after another long wait in the form of a bottle of prosecco. I would not recommend this hotel. It is not 4 stars at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Each room has a balcony. The walls are very thin. So you hear a lot of the hallway but it was tolerable. The choice at breakfast was bombastic, but the kitchen never came after after. I had asked the staff in advance to put a cake on our room as it was a birthday surprise and everything worked well here as well. Nice hotel with good location (subway station, restaurants and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance). Gladly again.

Always happy. Even with my 2nd visit still cozy and with charm. Located in a quiet location, the city centre can be reached in a few minutes by subway.
The rooms are nice and modern furnished. The breakfast is also very good.

Warm and cozy environment. Clean rooms. Good location at 15/20 minutes walk from the centre along a straight path or with Metro or tram in a few minutes.

Top hotel for its price. Easy walk to old town and in top of transport links to castle and other sites. Best hotel I've ever stayed in cheap food and drink to top it off.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful bar area really nice to relax in. The food and drinks are great but very expensive for Prague. Room is lovely — massive bed. It's a little far from the town but Ubers are incredibly cheap. Rrecommended.

Very nice Desgin, rooms are clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was OK, it was very hard to find a place. The cleaning staff was supposed to work on his tone and unfortunately there was also a mess at the check-in.

The hotel should be quite new. Facilities are very good (TV free and-payable, room safe, hair dryer, large shower, …). Staff young and very anxious. Restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is close to a subway station. In the immediate vicinity there is also a supermarket and a branch of a coffee house chain from Seattle.

This is a great hotel, quite trendy with a Pool table in the bar area. Rooms are spotless, breakfast fabulous. When I go back to Prague I will definitely be staying here. Two Tram stops within a minutes walk to take you into the centre. If you book here you will not be disappointed.

Modern interiors and atomosphere of a nightclub in the reception area.

Great hip hotel, location is bit far off for walking to the center during the harsh winter but karlin area has very good places like restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. Friendly staffs, good services. Soundproofing sucks you can hear everything going on in the hallway, heating and floor heating in the bathroom could be bit more improved. Oh, no fridge if you like to keep your drinks chilled. Overall great place. Metro and tram stop is very near by. Wish I didn't have a crazy drunk people in the hallway knocking on everyone's door at 2am and there was no staff showing up to stop it.

Great little place in Prague. It's beautiful friendly and a little on the hipster side. The lobby has a play station 4, a pool table, and the reception table looks and is a bar. Pretty cool, rooms are big and clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is good, international with food variety. Location is greAt with subway 3 minutes away and about 8-10 mins to the old town. Great place for a stay and also a great restaurant and bar for hanging out.

I loved the hotel. Very modern, great service and the food was also delicious. The only thing that should be changed in my opinion is that the staff is clearly visible as staff. As no uniforms were worn, it was not possible to recognize the staff as such. However, the service was very accommodating.
On the website was indicated that there is a wellness area. Unfortunately there was no such thing in this Pentahotel, which I found very unfortunate. In the lounge, however, could be relaxed and even in the evening there was a lot going on at the hotel bar, you did not have to go to the city to celebrate.
A small minus point was also that the hotel was very noisy. At night and also in the morning it was very hard to hear people walking and/or talking in the hallway.

Pay for a better Wi-Fi if not very friendly hotel.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. If we go back to Prague we will definitely be staying at the Penta Hotel again!

Nice and modern hotel. Restaurant and cocktails are very good. Now, however, to the negative side — service very slow, bathroom extremely small and the shower room itself needs a service… Mold removal.
The location is good, walking 30 minutes to the old Town, tram and subway but right next to the hotel.

A hotel in modern industrial design, with a super breakfast and a fitness room, which was somewhat sparsely lit, but also produced a kind of ' pumping atmosphere '. I felt very comfortable (also thanks to rain shower and comfortable bed) and will also consider other hotels of the chain. Wi-Fi was not reliable and the room cards did not work, but there was a quick workaround. You can certainly indulge yourself.

Location of the hotel correct (30 minutes walk from the city centre and a metro station a few minutes away). Friendly staff and good quality service. Room and bathroom clean and well decorated. However only downside; The room was very noisy. In summary, I advise this property.

The hotel is very new, modern and youthful, the rooms are spacious with small balconies and two televisions; The hotel lobby is a bar with billiards, sofas, computers and PS4 for guests ' rest and entertainment; The hotel has trams, subways and supermarkets for easy travel, and is generally relatively cost-effective compared to the preferential rates. Many facilities in the room need to be improved: The room layout is unscientific, deliberately separating the couch from the bed and wasting space; Smart TV is cumbersome, slow to respond to, and less clear than regular TV (except for HD movies) The room is not available USB charging port, lamp switch is knob-type, not easy to use. Breakfast is more expensive, the dining area is on the edge of the bar, and there are a lot of people, it seems a little cramped.

The room was not very good and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are too small. Be careful when ordering room for three people. They put you in a double and mount a mattress next to it. The room becomes unbearably small especially for the claustrophobic, the stay was a torture. The beds are quite hard and do not pass the vacuum cleaner to remove the hairs you leave in it. The restaurant is summarized in Precook food, since I wanted a ham and cheese pizza and they said no, that the pizzas are what they are and can not be changed, the same goes for pasta. Some bartenders are very rude. My rating has 2 stars, because at least the place is a picturesque site.

Pleasant hotel: cozy, comfortable, good restaurant, serve quickly and efficiently, in the rooms everything is thought out.

Fabulous hotel. Great value. Great staff and a great stay. Brilliant atmosphere at this well appointed hotel. Only 3 stops on the metro from centre of town. Excellent buffet breakfast and will return in the future.

The rooms are narrow like a tram, the soundproofing is bad, the toilet door is not closed on the latch, it is simply not provided there, a gap in the finger between the door and the wall. When someone takes a shower, it seems that the shower is just under the mind, I do not talk about the rest. Booked a family room, as a result, settled in this tram. It's very uncomfortable with the kids.
Of the good — reception combined with the lobby and restaurant, it also serves as a bar. Stylish, beautiful looks. Loft-style.

The distance to the old town is not optimal. Still well connected by public Transport. Very nice building, comfortable beds, Big tv, Big Breakfast Buffet. Everything is fine.

We booked this hotel very cheaply via a well known coffee roaster for two nights. As a welcome drink we had each room a bottle of water and a bottle of prosecco. The water well, just water stop. But with the bottle of prosecco we would not have expected 0, 75l, real Lace.
Now to the Hotel. The location was perfect for us, as there is a metro station just around the Corner. Next time we will ask for a room to the backyard as it was very noisy due to the traffic. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning heats and cools perfectly. The staff was friendly and could be predominantly German. The breakfast was also great. It was always replenished and there was even champagne for the connoisseurs among Us. You really don't have to complain about the price of the parking place of €22. Firstly, These are the usual prices here in Prague and secondly the car is Safe. Conclusion: we would visit the hotel Again.

This hotel is unique a reception which is the bar of a bar, at first collides the picture but then you see it is very nice and special.

Helpful & friendly staff. Clean & cozy facilities. Hot water pot in room for tea or coffee. Nice industrial-themed lounge. A block away from a Metro station & tram stops across the hotel (important, since tourist sites are not really accessible on foot. ) No frills, but comfortable after a day's touristy adventures. Beer on tap right at the bar/information desk.

It's a great place to spend several nights. With a very flexible breakfast time schedule. The ammount of services available in this hotel is overwhelming. The price is reasonable and it's 20 min walking from the center of Prague, so you can get almost anywhere from there on foot or using the underground stop that is near the hotel. Cannot think of a better place to stay in Prague, even if there are a lot of fancy hotels in the city center I still would prefer this one.

Design is very nice, breakfast is good, but always no place, no matter what time you arrive, heating has not worked from arrival, was only promised that someone is coming, WLAN in room you can forget parking 22 euros per day is also not exactly favorable, and if you are travelling with children beware, because all shipments from 18 are not backed up! So what I have still experienced niergendswo, your child can look quite quietly all he wants. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Was there a few years ago when it was still fairly new to the area. Great Breakfast Buffet, Great place to dine! love that the reception area is the Bar! Super friendly and accomdating staff with great suggestions for locals only sights. It is also conveniently located by trams and Metro! I highly recommend it — beautiful rooms and decor throughout!

Poor Internet, we stayed 4 nights on the first floor, constant music and party noise from the bar downstairs could not sleep. They forgot to clean our room once, didnt even say sorry. Chaotic bar service downstairs and every single thing is charged. The only positive was the breakfast. But poor sleep and no rest for us because of noise. And the penne pasta and mac and cheese on the menu is aweful fyi.

Checking in was ok. We arrived around 9pm receptionist wasnt very informative when checking in only gave us where the lifts where and room number. Hotel room/lobby is very modern, stylish and clean. Comfortable beds although would prefer more than one pillow. Staff were nice and polite if you were to approach them other than that I wouldn't say they went above and beyond. The location of the hotel isn't that close to everywhere you want to visit whilst to Prague. A good 30/40 minute walk. We used uber a lot which was very quick. Krystal bistro is a lovely place to eat opposite. Hotel Food is served until 10pm and some items are 24hrs. Room service is very quick and staff bring the food up. Lovely place to stay and very modern and stylish. The atmosphere is almost like it's for young people However there is a lot of business men/ elderly staying here too. Our room was facing the road and was quite lot of noise. The hallways seemed to be noisy also. All In all a nice place to stay. Would stay here again.

For this price I really expected more. Free internet doesn't even allow to check your mails… you can buy high speed internet for about 7€\day. Really, we pay 180€\night and no internet connection : (? Parking is also ridiculously expensive (22€\night). The elevators works bad, if you have your room on last (7th) floor every time you want to go up or down you spend about 7-10 min waiting for elevator or stopping on every floor. However, facilities of the hotel are very nice. Bathroom with warmed floor and giant shower, giant, very comfortable bed, large TV screen with many movies, cleaning every day. Stuff is very polite, nice and helpful. No problems with dog :) You can also spend time in very comfortable lobby with bar and play station.

Pro's: nice rooms, great choice at breakfast (complements to the chef's) staff realy nice and helpful, very comfortable bar and reception area with pool table and very large sofa's. Cons: quite a walk to center (pos about 3-4 klm) Trams right outside the door though if you don't like walking, not keen on bat cave corridors and room door closers need sorting (had to stop some Chinese lads slamming doors at 1am).

Really good hotel, with very nice rooms. Bar isn't expensive, and the food is good. The only little let down is the noise you can here from the hallway (I understand this is not entitle the hotels fault, as they can't be blamed for the 5/6 yobs who were staying on our floor. The ones who shout "Oi oi" to each other, like the are from Green Street or something. Poor lads. Didn't get a ride between them. Should have concentrated less on "forever blowing bubbles" and more so on being blown, but to be fair, their I. Q combined would equate to less the our room number, 320), however everything else was spot on. Thanks for a great stay.

It's a nice hotel. Location is perfect, front door have train to go to old town. Comfortable, clean, staff friendly. The room is morden, you have everything needed in the room. Bed is good for sleep, anyway, I do love it.

Great hotel! Nice rooms. Great gym with more options than most! Loved the breakfast! Definitely recommendable! Close to city center too. Will definitely come back! Only issue was that the bar only used one tap to serve 100+ people. They should have a look at how to optimize that service.

What a wonderful experience, the Penta hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet style was exciting with a different taste every day. The staff were beyond approach, nothing was too much from them and they were only to happy to accommodate. The room was very clean and very stylishly decorated. Everyone from the cleaners to bedroom staff right up to bar staff and check in staff give yourselves a clap. You were all brilliant and made my wife and I 's stay very memorable and so enjoyable that we will be back. Keep up the good work.

Trendy but a lil overpriced for Prague.

My wife and I stayed here in early November 2014. We found the hotel to be nicely modern. They had a good breakfast each morning with a balance of American and Czech offerings. All of the hotel staff were wonderful, from the bartenders to the cleaning staff. The only complaint I have is the single elevator is much too small. We arrived alongside several other travelers and making it to our room took a fair amount of time. The heavy fragrance of the hotel lobby also smelled like Axe body spray, so meh. Other than those two concerns, we would give this hotel 5 stars. Overall, a very nice and comfortable place to stay, we would definitely stay again. There was also a great coffeehouse/bakery just a couple blocks away recommended to us by a native and it was close to local transit lines. If not wanting to take public transportation, the hotel was only about a 15-20 minute walk from the town square.

Best hotel in Prague. Great staff, friendly and obliging. Breakfast is gigantic.
Everything the heart desires. Also, the food at the hotel recommended. Rooms are auzuhängen very comfortable, however without Cabinet but with possibility of clothing. For short stay everything super, the bags have space on a shelf.
Bathroom has a spacious rain shower. The beautiful retro hair dryer is unfortunately very difficult. Shower gel, cream etc. Good product, is always refilled. Rooms are not for clean people, the game of musical chairs in the restaurant in the 1. Etage one hears in the morning very.
Pool table is great and in the evening one lingers the ambience just amazing, especially like on the cosy Sofas. Service also get drinks and food.
TV movies, music free, can bill on the TV be seen. Wi-Fi free. Very clean.
The beautiful, the S-Bahn is only a little further right outside the door, the Metro.

Good location (2 minutes to the Metro station Křižíkova / line B), relaxed atmosphere in the modern lobby, beautiful + clean rooms and very friendly service ==> highly recommended!

Classic hotel bar, lounge music, good drinks. Food is a little bit expensive given the quality I would say, but otherwise ok. Nice & quick staff. Billiard is also a plus.

Beautiful hotel, very modern décor. All top clean room air-conditioning, staff very friendly and spoke very good English. Very cool lobby to the relax, play pool and PlayStation (both for free). The hotel has an underground car park, which is not so cheap, but it is worth! The breakfast buffet leaves also not desired. Someone else has written the drinks were bad, ours were but cheap, great and good. The tram stop is a 1-minute walk. Would recommend it anyway and book again. Have found a good deal on Tchiboreisen.

Appearance seems to be the only thing that matters here. Everything is very stylish but nothing really works. The lobby is nicely decorated and staffed by young and pretty girls but checkin/checkout always takes ages. My room had a very fancy light behind the bed but I could not turn it off because the light switch was stuck — something that apparently happens often according to the receptionist. In the end I had to cut the circuit breaker in order to get some sleep. No hot water in the morning — the water heating system is obviously too weak to handle the showering rush-hour at 7am. The Wi-Fi feels like it's 1995. The elevators are extremely slow (despite the building being completely renovated a year ago). Taking the stairs is always faster — even if you stay on the 7th floor. The breakfast is very good but sometimes it's difficult to get a free table. Each room has a fancy entertainment system with free movies and shows in several languages but it will drive you completely mad because it's very slow — after each click you have to wait till something happens.

Top Hotel! The rooms are very clean and well thought out… I am very pleased, top breakfast! … But one criticism I must nevertheless to remind you… Maybe even two
1. Cocktails in the bar are cheap but very bad
2. The room doors! They fall so loudly in the castle that you stand every time in bed, when someone leaves the neighbouring rooms.
