Such an amazing hotel Thank you soo much ❤️❤️
➜ We spent a long weekend in Mariánské Lázně. Unfortunately, the hotel does not hold what the location, the exterior façade and also the lobby seem to promise. The rooms, although category "Deluxe", have the charm of a former socialist Kurheims. Clean but small and limited to the bare essentials. The mattresses, however, were great! From the food you will be fed, as buffet, but both the breakfast and the evening meal do not skin anyone from the socks. The staff was, except for the younger lady at the reception, always very anxious and friendly. The spa area is OK, although we only had massages and could not say anything about the other rooms. Which was not so great: the massage bed was already on the head and the cloth, which was placed on the couch for protection, was partially torn. Also the massages were rather a bit of stroking, but no massages, as they are known by trained physiotherapists.
We will definitely go back to Mariánské Lázně, because the city has a unique flair, but then a different, cheaper hotel to book.
