Fantastic Hotel, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Hotel horizon! The food, the Service and the cleanliness are absolutely class, keep it up. The Cocktails in the sky lounge were awesome :)

Who wants to Wellness and recovery is wrong here… uncomfortable and much too small Spa area … also very noisy due to a family-friendly Hotel … as a pure ski hotel and family hotel to recommend… very nice staff and good Breakfast buffet … rooms, despite superior much too small… very cramped …

Never Again the room, not eat anything to not recommend the staff at all friendly, the Hotel should urgently times there is no place for the Ski to be renovated Parking small cabinets.

I’ve only been in restaurant but very kind and also professional staff there. Great meal and nice outside terrace with a little playground for kids (with trampoline).

The staff in the Hotel were very friendly and helpful with all questions. The room is very clean and well maintained! The location of the hotel is fantastic, all the trails close.

Amazing, phenomenal breakfast and dinner buffets. The best I have ever seen. Loved it so much. Fantastico. Great views. Nicest setting. I enjoyed my room. Beautiful lobby and very excellent staff. Beds are comfortable and you will sleep well. We especially appreciated the top cocktail lounge. It was a big treat for our tour group to gather and cheer each other with delicious drinks of all colors and tastes. We had fun here. Bravo to the manager and hotel hospitality!

Good location. Hotel is a little bit older but rooms are nice. I can imagine a better cuisine.

Although remains ancient times, has undoubtely its charm.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. The hotel after reconstruction, the rooms are not large, mini bar, beds wishing better, but you can sleep, there is no fridge, shower and toilet are combined, there is even a hair dryer). Beautiful Spa-swimming pool, sauna, fitness. Two restaurants, lovely kitchen nice staff. Overall the hotel is decent. The most beautiful views from the window to the mountains "krakonoshy". We were satisfied!

It started great at the reservation.
We booked 2 rooms and wanted to have them next to each other. Then the team called me after a few minutes and recommended me to book a family room. It was even cheaper than 2 separate rooms. But was bigger overall. Super Proactive Reception!
Arrived at the hotel we were lucky that the room was already ready (it was just 10 o'clock! ). Lucky I have to admit, but still great!
They knew that we were travelling with our child (2 years). A baby cot with a gift stand ready. A small kick in the bathroom so that our daughter can go alone to the sink, and a children's toilet lid were prepared.
It is true that what is often geschreieben is that it looks a bit older the house and from the outside does not look appealing. A bathtub would be great and more saunas yes. But you know what, it doesn't matter if you can travel relaxed. It was just all there. In every room of the hotel was thought to the children. Every day was somewhere program. Whether mini disco, children's makeup, painting, dancing. There was always something going on. A huge room in the EC to romp around, in the pool was dancing and there were plenty of children's chairs and Malzeug.
Just great. There was everything in this hotel. The food was mega tasty and the team was nice and flexible. We have vegan diets due to lent and they have prepared something suitable for us every day. The prices are of course gorgeous. There was also a lot of gluten-free.

The view from our room was madness, but the ski slope for beginners in front of the hotel was really great. The breakfast was very tasty.

We don't come back the hotel is a communist old building, we were shocked. The rooms and the bathroom are very small.
But cleanliness 100%.
Those who have booked half-board have lost, the food in the canteen is more than horrible. The waiters are instructed constantly and always and always to clear every dish and every cup even if the last piece still hangs on the fork. No rest at dinner. The entire equipment of the lounges is outdated, estimated at the end of the 60s, maybe early 70s. It is fair to say that in the hotel restaurant a la carte the food is really good. The wellness area could also be a renovation, the hotel photos are probably a bit older. Only six people in the hotel sauna fit in with 153 rooms. The relaxation room was sobering, hard wood lay without any conditions. The existing elevators are designed for hobbits, if a baggage cart can be beaten in, then no one else will fit in. The Havana bar was completely closed. Those who go for skiing are fighting over stairs to the ski cellar, in which there are many narrow spiders in it, the skis are kept. One locker per room. Ski boots and helmets must be worn by the hotel on a daily basis. The parking lot was the purest catastrophe, it was not scattered to get to the car you had to give everything and that at €4 parking fee per day. The ski bus is an adventure tour totally crowded and more people than allowed to be transported.

Very good place in Pec. Friendly service. You must make reservation on the restaurant on the top. Especially in the evening.

Great for children, the food and location are pretty good. There is a slope for kids just 5min walk away and you can rent ski equipment in the hotel. There are free shuttles to all major slopes nearby and babysitting services for 10 euro/hr. The staff do not speak english very well but they are all very nice and are always willing to help you. I would definitely come back again!

Rooms and overall appearance really old like from communism period. Really needs refreshing. Restaurant good. View from 14th floor amazing. Silent place.

Clean, clean, clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating-always smiling. The breakfast and dinner rich, the choice is huge. The hotel and the area is highly recommended. I would come back at any time. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

A large tower somewhat unfitting in the mountain landscape offers, however, beautifully renovated authentic 70s interiors combined with modern 4 star hotel rooms, sport and wellness centre and other hotel services. Staff is truly professional. My personal favourite is the opulent breakfast served everyday from 7:30 to 10:30.

Hotel was great, above all food. Breakfast and dinner in buffet style with plenty of choice. Super here the pancakes freshly prepared to order!
Always friendly and courteous staff! Happy to return… as a tip really just book the main house… Outbuilding Too far away!

So better take a holiday for the money is hardly possible price/performance upper class, very good kitchen, rooms, top, Hygiene top and the location is also great.

Spent two nights there, was reasonably priced, a very pleasant stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, super breakfast, which open left nothing to be desired. Recommended especially now (September) because not crowded — so very quiet.

A very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Bar on the 18th floor! Swimming pool, sauna, sports center in the House clean and in immaculate condition. Very rich dishes. 'Storage' the dear little ones was also considered.
