I booked this hotel on www. Booking. Com At 19:00 I received an SMS that they leave the facility and that they close and that novody can meet me and that I did not show up. I arrived at 22:00 and I have a timestaped proof. And nobody was there to give me the keys. But at 19:45 the moeny were taken from my card. This is a kind of theft. I defenitely do not recommend this place. To proof my statement please find the information on their page or website that they work until 19:00, nowere you can find this. And what is more here in facebook it is written they are ipen 24 hours a day, which is not truth. And I have print screens and copies of the bills so I can share with you them in PM. PS: now she put this information both on booking and to facebook. You can see the proofs below that she changed after and even recognised in the correspondence it was written "Always open"
