Excellent quality in the service! Check in was parfect!

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Very convenient to the city centre and a few steps from the metro … friendly staff and very clean. I stay by myself, but I was given a room very large and bright. A must try!

Clean and quiet and economical. Nice design, and the breakfast is a must. Excellent buffet for ultra low price!

Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast suited to the needs of all. Two steps from the centre. And located a block from the bus and the metro… recommend it to anyone who goes to Prague.

It's a great hotel. They speak Russian. Breakfast is just great, lots of food. But if they say you need earplugs, take it. There are berushi at the reception. There is a four-lane expressway nearby. There are no problems, just fine. At the reception will always help and solve your problems. There is a shower gel and shampoo in the olflne.

The location in quite central, there's not much room in the rooms, but it's comfortable and the service is nice. Everybody is friendly and helpfully.

We had a large room but the Wi-Fi didn't work and there was no air conditioning.

Hotel is equipped with all amenities, clean, and close to the means to arrive in all areas of the city. Very friendly staff who speak excellent English in addition to Czech.

Location of the hotel very convenient, you can walk to Wenceslas Square, good for a stay in Prague with children. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are okay and breakfast is good for its price. Within walking distance from Wenceslao Square and the old town.

Hotel on different floors, with elevator, bar, restaurant and smoking area.
Staff are correct and polite, with high linguistic skills that allow tourists to find themselves still at ease.
Rooms well clean but, with need of a renovation to the floor. (Floor squeaks and with "holes" in different rooms seen by me).
In Room from 4 practically impossible to move if you have suitcases.
Mattress hard and there is no possibility of changing blankets.
Excellent location, close to Metro to shops and ATM points.

I've recently stayed here with my partner, we had a lovely time in Prague. The hotel is ideally situated and is well run. The staff are efficient and friendly, the room was very comfortable and there was a good choice for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend other people too as well.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located, 7 minutes to the museum. Close to Metro and tram. Very good breakfast. Nearby there are a couple of shops with food and several restaurants of different price categories.

Just had a nice stay at the Brixen Hotel. Near city centre, clean rooms and helpful staff. Forgot something behind in the room and the staff caught up with us as we were leaving. Thank you. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Almost in the center of Prague. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are very good! Noise if the Windows overlook the road.

Were here at the end of February. Freezing in the room. The breakfast was excellent. Everything is close by. Worth the money!

Food tastes… well edible at least. WLAN IDT a joke but if you have to crash somewhere okay.

Very friendly staff and all very clean and well maintained. The breakfast which is offered is plentiful and good. Would recommend it again at any time.

What I don't understand is the abysmal difference in quality of food at breakfast and dinner.
Dinners are horribes.
I put five stars for the convenience, the breakfast.

I put a star and because it is obligatory go but if I would not put any as they treat the clients fatal, they are always snorting to anything Q is asked like for example to my I did not put a glass at dinner time I asked for one and I was snorted and I came with Bad face as if I had done something, a service of shame go and if it were little on the food is neither quality…

Disappointing rooms because tiny, small bathrooms, creaky floor. Uninviting lunch and dinner because they look like leftovers and precooked (a bitten Apple has arrived). Location near the center and so very convenient. Good service-friendly staff and very helpful.

Very nice clean and tidy, staff very helpful and friendly, Hotel five minutes from Metro, and Trams, 2 minutes from bus stop, 15minutes from main square, and half an hour from castle, on the 22 tram. Brekfast plentiful.

15 mins walk from the heart of Prague. Great breakfasts, helpful staff and clean rooms. No tea or coffee in the rooms although you can get a drink from reception.

The hotel is close to the subway. Those who like to walk will reach the old town in 20 minutes. The room is quite nice and small. The street is very noisy but with the closed window you don't hear anything. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is OK.

The Brixen was all we needed, uncomplicated, central, and with a really nice breakfast! Staff was friendly, rooms clean, the water was hot and running. All good here!

Good breakfast, nicely decorated lobby however the rooms could be equipped with slightly softer beds. Otherwise top.

The beds were uncomfortable and there was only a small selection of meals for vegetarians.

On the pages of the hotels I usually don't think) ). But the hotel itself is beautiful and personally I love very dearly. My first time was in 2008. Since then, when possible, try to stay in Brixen.

Stayed here for 5 nights visiting Prague. Good food, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Location is perfect.

The room was small yet hygienic comfortable. The employees — receptionist/ caretakers/ servers — wer all surprisngly very warm and approachable! Felt the hotel could provide wid kettles though. Else the plc is definately worth stayin for the price paid and the location.

It was good but very few power outlets. None near the beds. Decent breakfast, would not mind staying there again.

Hotel without claiming an excellent value for money. Just 13 to 15 minutes walk from the historic heart. Excessively well served by metro and tram whose many lines are 200m. Good breakfast buffet.

Nice little hotel within 10-15 minutes walking distance from crowded tourist attractions. As said before, rooms opening to garden are quiet which enables to sleep window open and enjoy some fresh air. It is not so for rooms opening to the street as traffic is quite intense there. Room is clean but slightly outdated. Room is offering everything needed, although one room did not have TV but instead of it offered built in kitchen corner :) (room 41). Wifi is reasonable and free but only during daytime. Do not hope to use Netflix for evening entertainment. Minibar is available, 2€ for a beer which is cheaper than in a shop right outside of the hotel. Plenty of bars are nearby, KFC and McDonald's too in 200m if needed. Taxi from airport cost around 30€ but should be cheaper.

Close to the metro station I. P Pavlova. Near the center of the city. To ploshadi václav 10 minutes leisurely walk. Near plenty of shops and restaurants. Smiling staff.

A very pleasant stay. Room Simple, Clean and Comfortable. Staff multi lingual so communication no problem. 30 minute taxi ride from airport approx. With fixed rate of 600 kr if booked through hotel (June 2016) Public transport tram and metro just round the corner with very easy access to the city centre. Tram 22 takes you directly through town centre to castle on the other side of the river — very helpful. Breakfast available from 6.30 am — 11 approx. And plenty of choice with options for cereal, continental platter of cold meats salads etc, cakes, and cooked food Czech style. Would definitely stay here again to see more of this beautiful city.

We are young couple from Ontario and spent 3 days in your lovely city. Hotel Brixen was ideal place for us. Not too much expensive but quality of services perfectly fit. Friendly staff and a rich breakfast included in the price, what more could you ask for. :)

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed there just twoo days but was szrprised by friendly stuff and excellent location in city cente. Definitely comming back.

Never book this hotel, they steal from the guests, poor service.

Good location, friendly staff, good location to satiety. However, in the room for only a minimum. No, but you can go to the reception desk and ask for hot water, no hair dryer. Cleaning every day, but do not change the towels and bed linen. Wi-Fi is available in the public domain.

Good localization, near metro station, 6 min walking from national museum and 20 minutes from old town. Small room, bad shower, and simple breakfast.
