Clean, comfortable and modern hotel with a good restaurant and courteous staff. Good value here and proximate to most of Nicosia and the Turkish side.

A desent hotel to stay! The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and is located in a fairly good location near the centre of nicosia. An added value of the hotel is that it host Argentine Tango events on saturdays twice a month. Also for those who are lovers of good scotch will find a variety of great branches like Glenfiddich, Macallan, Lagavulin and other.

A calm, classy and luxurious place. Delicious meals and a great service. Very nice and respectful people working for your comfort. Thank you for a beautiful stay in!

This hotel had no water when I got there with my family. We had to fetch water at 2 am to freshen up for our next day morning appointment. The manager gave us a complementary dinner to upset my disappointment. Nice staff and clean rooms though.

Have been here now at least 5 times for business. Amazing that this place is only 3 stars! Great food, amazing staff, on site gym, room service every day! Won't go anywhere else in Nicosia!

Good location. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast menu does not change. But, in my opinion, it is convenient for the hotel itself and for guests (you always know what awaits you).
The rooms are cozy and clean. The air conditioner works noisily (even at low) although it can only I had so much. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi on the balcony does not work at all, in the room the best point for communication-the toilet (it is just the closest to the common corridor on the floor). The staff were friendly and helpful. Some people speak Russian (there are even employees from the USSR).
The old town is 30-35 minutes walk.

Checked out early from this hotel this week as my bathroom had a heavy heavy stench of what seemed to be sewage. Wouldn't recommend. Furniture extremely dated and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Save your money and go to the Hilton Cyprus down the road!

Nice, warm and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Very clean. Nice mattress and down duvet. Lots of electric outlets, all UK style except one. Filled mini bar. Small bottle of wine and fruits on arrival.

Had a wonderful time at Semeli Hotel on New Years night! The food and service were excellent! Can't wait for next time :)

This hotel is definitely worth the 4* rating. Spacious, super-clean rooms with great appointments, an excellent breakfast, international TV, incredibly fully stocked bar, extremely quiet while being convenient for work or leisure destinations in the city … the superlatives are running out!
We will return and can only recommend as THE place to stay in Nicosia.

If I have one word to describe it I would say: Great! Big rooms that are really clean and beatiful, clean shower, very nice personnel and q variety of food for breakfast. Voila.

This hotel met our expectations in Nicosia, an excellent disposition, and friendliness of staff, room spacious and clean, four star, royal, the location with regard to the old town is excellent and in a peaceful and tranquil environment with free parking.

Having stayed at the Someli Hotel, at the time I was on crutches and the staff were more than helpful and considerate at all times, nothing was ever a problem. Very comfortable beds, clean room, good location for business purposes, food was very good so much so that I ate there every evening during my weeks stay.

Stayed week of 5th-12th March. Nice location. Excellent and very helpful staff, very good beds, very nice and varied breakfast. Agree with some other reviews that bathroom was a tad on the small side, but a minor fault. Recommended.
