Nice hotel with a swimming pool, which is appreciated ahem it is so hot (33 C today), really in the center of the old town near Ledras street where there are lots of restaurants. The staff is very nice. Ome thing is not nice: the bed mattress. I really understand why the owner does not invest in mattress (the bed spring is good) because when the note of Trip Advisor and Booking will be below 8, nobody will select this hotel anymore and the owner will not get the money to invest anymore… Bad strategy in my view.

Good place to stay for a couple of days! Clean, good breakfast, not so good view from the windows, bur over all — nice choice in such. Range of prices at Nicosia! (forgot to add — coffee was not good at all, unfortunately)

Stayed one night, there was an old man with glass in the evening, very very unhelpful. I asked him how can I charge my phone in my room and he said to me that I should go and buy an adapter in the morning (next morning some working girls in loby had a banch of adapters). Not only that, we wanted to sit in the hall at 1:00am to study for our exam and he was very negative about the lights and etc… I asked him for two beers and he told me how you gonna to pay (cash or card)? When I told him right now cash he run for the beers. I don't easily juge people but he was something else despite his experience of life. I Rate all their stuff 0.

Lovely little hotel in the city of the Nicosia. Smart clean rooms, Wi-Fi, and a tea making and a fridge in the rooms, a pool, a gym, and to top it off, a a really good breakfast! Thank you, a lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Centrally located hotel, from which you can explore many sights of the capital also well on foot. A parking lot is available (a private car park near the hotel).
Unfortunately, the rooms make a very familiar impression. This is partly That is why furniture was chosen in the furnishings, all of which were covered with artificial leather, which unfortunately is not very durable. As a result, damage is found on almost all furnishings. The cleanliness was fine.
The bathrooms are partly small.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the lady responsible for the breakfast room and the bar did not give the guest the impression of being very welcome.
The continental breakfast was OK but not quite fair to someone who likes to eat extensively.
The pool was not used, but will certainly be a good chill in the hot summer days in Nicosia.
For some guests may be negative is the relative proximity to the small red light district of the capital city. However, there is no expectation of harassment elsewhere.
An option in Nicosia for a small to medium budget. A short comparison with the not far away Centrum hotel is certainly worthwhile.

Good location but very old rooms, old bed. Just for the sake of space, it makes no sense to stay in it.

Simple, breakfast below average, rooms to be refurbished, quiet. Good gym. Very well located.

Conveniently located in the heart of the old town. The main shopping street is right around the corner. The hotel offers parking space for guests. It also features a swimming pool. Friendly staff. However don't expect much from your room. Rooms are tiny and the furnitures in the room are outdated. Poor sound insulation (other guests flushing WC in the middle of the night could wake you up).

Normally a good place to stay but this time no air-con for 2 nights!

Parking is a bit cramped. Unheated pool. Dirty Terrace (pigeons). Small rooms. Very good breakfast. And beautiful gym. Well located in the city center.

Unvarying breakfast, frozen pool and good weight room.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is OK, but the room and bathroom was in bad shape, very worn. The mattress and the bed linen was awful, extremely worn. The breakfast is limited and poor quality. The coffee/expresso is to be avoided. Anyone can get better breakfast and coffee outside. The Wi-Fi is of medium to low quality. I couldn't get a signal in some areas of my room.

Location perfect, very central but quiet. Good variety in breakfast. Friendly service.

Very good value for money. Close to the center. Very quiet. I would go back with great pleasure.

Horrible mattress. Horrible bed linnen. Poor air-conditioning. No water offered in room. No fresh coffee or water at breakfast. Appalling!

-Breakfast not varied and not terrible (only the crescents were good)
-Cold pool and only 2 lounge chairs
-Lack of maintenance of the hotel in general
-No hair dryer
-No bottles of water available on arrival
-Parking at outside of the hotel, which does not seem very "safe" at first glance (although we did not have any problems the 3 days of our stay)

Great location, rooms were ok and the overall was just fine, nothing to write home about.

Very nice and value for money hotel in the center of Nicosia. Only negative the fact that the beds are not much comfortable.

At the heart of the historic center of the city, a few tens of meters from the famous street Ledra (the main shopping street of the city). Really quiet and super clean. — Breakfast perfect (taste croissants) the pool. Lovely staff.
