Very nice hotel, in the middle of nature, very quiet atmosphere, very calm and peaceful. Highly recommend for a getaway in couple or with friends. The staff is amazing, the food was delicious, room service very effective. The room was very nice very big, a bed of 2 meters! Very spacious, quiet, with a direct access to the garden. I love the wooden design, very modern! The spa was amazing too! Thank you to the ladies who did the massage, thank you Myriam! simply amazing! Highly recommend!

We were there on the weekend for a night. It was amazing the massage by myria was 100% the best we've ever had. The restaurant staff and reception were fantastic. 5 star's from us and last skevi the singer was also amazing. Thankyou to all.

What can I say about this place!
Every time was a new experience! I have been there several times and it is definitely recommended if you want a getaway to relax.
The retreat is located in the outskirts which is ideal if you are looking for peace and calm. Beautifully designed rooms and amazing aromas within the retreat. Polite staff and remarkable hospitality!
I really enjoyed the spa treatments and would like to especially thank Myria as she does magic with her hands. Really polite and knowledgeable as well. Definitely coming back for more treatments!
The food menu was really good with an alternative breakfast. Excellent service by the restaurant staff. Special thanks to the very polite and friendly Julia, what a professional!

Absolutely relaxing spa treatment. Myria has “magic” hands, right to the point, at the root of the problem. I’ll be there again very soon!

For starters management has still not contacted us and it’s been over a week since we were promised that we would be. This is exactly how the place is run, absently. I would not trust any of the positive reviews. I’m pretty sure they have no experience in what even an average retreat should be. Luxury rooms, exquisite staff.

I visited the spa services of the hotel. I was believing that because it is a wellness centre the experience will be good but definitely was not. Apart from that it was well overpriced for the services they offered. When I arrived I was not offered a refreshment drink as it says in the brochure. Then I went to the spa room, the therapist didnt ask me to choose an oil blend as it says in the brochure. (it even says that they got 12 award winning oils). The therapist just used the basic cheap oil that it is commonly used. Once the treatment finishes I haven't been asked if I wanted to have a shower and they did dont even offer me a clean towel to remove the oil from my body. Lastly I was not provided with a robe, slippers and a disposal underwear as it says in the brochure.

All staff at Aelia from the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the owner, the event manager are absolutely excellent and go out of their way to provide the best service and cater to your every need sometimes even before you have to ask! Remarkable service and hospitality! Fully recommend 1000%. Our event wouldn't have been the same anywhere else! Keep up the fantastic work! A very special thank you also to our event head waiter Mr George for being by our side all night! Congratulations for such amazing working staff and all your efforts to keep everyone happy during this corona pandemic. Thanks so much! Will definitely be returning for other special events! All our guests were very impressed!

Very unprofessional staff in their spa.

Excellent stay. Spotless rooms with comfortable beds. All areas were clean and very fresh looking. Helpfull staff and service. Yummy breakfast and al carte lunch/dinner menu. Would definitely recommend Aelia for a relaxed stay and will definitely return.

Went there for breakfast and it was a disaster! There were only 8 clients at the breakfast area, the stuff had no idea how to efficiently work in the space. The food was well below average, it is like they have no chef at all. I’ve ordered an omelette and it took them 40 minutes to prepare it and it was awful. The croissants were not fresh at all and there were flies all over the buffet! This is such an amazing place but the people managing this place and the chef have no idea how to work properly! It’s a shame to waste such a great place!

Went for branch, the menu was a bit weird, eggs in almost all the dishes. The stuff absolutely rude, unfriendly and inefficient. We had to wait 40 min for one coffee that at the end was not the one we have initially ordered. The waitress was so impolite for her own mistake. Not worth to visit this place for eating.

We went today for brunch at Aelia.
The place as such is absolutely amazing. I love the style and decor.
However, the service was simply poor.
We were a group of 6 adults and two kids.
We were placed at two tables for 4 people each. Being a group, we didnt want to sit at two separate tables, especially as the restaurant was almost empty and much better suited tables were available, so we asked to change tables.
It took 30 min and twice asking to find some highchairs for the kids.
We ordered the food and it took 1.5 hours for it to arrive. No apology just the information that something in the system got mixed up. The question is what got mixed up as there was just one other group of guests and they got their food.
The food was good, nothing special but good. The prices for what you get are over-charged.
Also the orders were not totally complete. I had the fluffy pancakes but the clotted cream was missing.
Aelia, if you wanna stay in business you should definitely work on your service.
How are you catering christenings and weddings when you struggle with the order of a group of 6 people?
I am really disappointed.

This weekend I came to Aelia second time after 7 month as I was complete disaster. Service was very poor, they changed staff — so they did not know anything, could not answer any single question. They also did a mistake with spa booking, then were 20 min late, then forgot to bring salad and drink which were including. At the restaurant it was difficult to find somebody to make an order, also it took ages to bring it. I also asked water for the room, and they again forgot and did not bring. I complained about bad service and they suggest a dinner to apologize, but we decided to have it outside not to ruin dinner again. And which I also found ridiculous you need to pay for cappuccino at breakfast. And by the way the breakfast is small and I am vegan — so I could eat only fruits there: ( ( ( (there is no place to go outside, you are stack in a small hotel with poor service and lack of activities at the middle of a field. So now it is much more nice places in Cyprus you could go.

This place really stands out from what local market has to offer. Great staff, very affordable prices, amazing feeling of cozyness and comfort follows you throughout your stay. Good Wi-Fi signal Great kitchen Very very nice place for a getaway and reset.

Style over substance comes to mind. I had wonderful facial and got stones massage that I can’t fault, but the hair treatment was an utter waste of money. My scalp was smothered in oil and none was put on the ends. The ladies in the spa are lovely, but the restaurant staff are rude and slow. The eggs from the brunch menu were cold and we waited over an hour for our drinks to be served. When we asked again after asking 2 times, the waitress gave no reason why we’re still waiting. She then became stroppy when we complained. Such a shame!

Nice and quiet place near by Nicosia Tseri. They have only 14 rooms, spa area, lovely lobby and a caffee with smoking place outside, that brings smells inside (There is a conference room avaliable. Quite spacious but not really sutable for yoga, dancing or any other bodily practics and seminars due to the cold concrete floor. Otherwise the place is rwell kept and tranquil. Prices are changing in accordance with the season but always in €€€ range.

We were vacationing with my husband on the weekends. I didn't want to leave! Very cozy hotel! Everything was at the highest level: room, lovely restaurant, service, wonderful spa area, grounds. Incredibly responsive and attentive staff.
If you want to forget about business and relax, feel full relaxation, then you need to visit Aelia Wellness Retreat! By the way, we dined in the restaurant — portions are not insignificant and the dishes are cooked very tasty! We hope to come back here again!

One of the best places I've ever been! The class, the elegance, the architecture, the food and the hospitality of this amazing hotel is beyond any expectation! I highly recommend it! Indulge yourself and all of your senses!
