I went to hotel this afternoon to have my coffee and the manager came and kicked me out with the criterion that i'm not sipping at their place …

We have just spent the last week here and have really enjoyed it. The staff have been brilliant and the food has been excellent.

Update 4/11 — on returning to the Hotel a gentleman said “I’ve been looking for you! ”. He then explained that he was the Manager and had been busy that day but had seen my review and thanked us and said that we could have a sea view/pool view room which was a lovely surprise! He was charming and gracious and it’s clear that all the positive aspects of the hotel are due to him 1/11 — We arrived Friday night and dined in — the only guests to do so. The service was great and the food was average — chips were cold but the dips were tasty. I’m going to start with the positive and then outline the not so positive. The rooms are large and comfortable, and although we’d asked if there was a possibility of a sea view prior by email, we would have to pay. So, we’re in a room overlooking the road (the hotel is virtually empty and it seems churlish not to give your guests the best rooms you have, if you can — and had they done so we would be overwhelmingly recommending this place to all and sundry — that’s basic marketing) but it’s clean, the bed is large and comfortable with fresh fruit on arrival. I like the design of the room — it’s got everything you need as well as being distinctive. The pool is lovely, although cold, but there are lots of loungers and parasols, and plenty of terraces with seating, sculptures and waterfall features — All in all the resort has a peaceful, calm and classy feel to it.

I am not actually staying at the hotel but only spent the morning here, including breakfast, pool and massage, and everything was perfect! Extremely friendly staff, incredible massage, gorgeous pool and very cozy!

The place is very good & the food was delicious & clean & the must important is the people was very helpful & kind.

Considered ana average hotel. It has all the facilities needed: swimming pool, spa, breakfast. But the rooms are old, some stuff are broken like the tiles of the bathtub and sink. But its clean.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The hotel is very clean and the beach next to the hotel is lovely.

Nice clean and quiet hotel, very good location. The rooms were clean and so was the pool. Breakfast buffet was below expectations but in general would recommend it for anyone that wants to relax at a nice hotel with a lot of amenities and good prices.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very poor breakfast. They serve soft drinks in a box that gets empty instantly.

Stayed in a superior studio which was amazing apart from the bath not being cleaned by cleaners, breakfast is enough to get you through the morning but is not tasty (bland egg, watery beans, hard sausages), not much to do in the area, there is a snack bar 15 mins walk away from the hotel and the village where there are more food stops is 40mins walk from hotel, beach is horrible (no sand nor pebbles just muddy) room service is beyond shocking had to reorder a margarita pizza 3 times as first had bacon and second was cold even though the insisted they saw their member of staff take it out the oven (FROZEN pizza was served in 7 mins and they tried to say nothing should be wrong with it) in the end ended up with just chips, no restocked coffee/tea sachets as well as milk or sugars. Had to pay money for taxi to another hotel 30 mins away from ours for camel excursion that wasn’t worth it and ended up only being 20mins from our hotel, they said that they would not pick us up from our own hotel but a different one that no one else but ourselves got on at. Lovely hotel but poor service and organisation. Stayed from 15/10/17-25/10/17, would not recommend.

Just back from a 10 day holiday in Cyprus staying at this hotel and cannot fault the room, the food and the staff. We would particularly particularly like to mention Yannis (think I may have spelt that incorrectly) the restaurant & bar manager. Who went out of his way to make sure we were treated so well and looked after. I think people need to research the area they are going to before they go so that they know it's very quiet and that the hotel is small and that it is not 'right on the beach' it is all very clear to see if you do your research. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Very nice rooms with sea views. Tasty cuisine.

Fair breakfast, wonderful accomodations. We arrived very early and still received a room. Great pool (no sea view) and a full free Wi-Fi reception all over. Renovated and welcoming. Kind and helpful personal.

I put 1 star only for the design of this hotel. Everything else compared to a hotel in Paphos and Limassol the same star, a complete failure! (All inclusive does not include water and no drinks! The beach and sea there. High prices on Spa treatments. Nowhere to go, no shops nearby at all. I do not recommend, for the same, maybe less money will rest better.

It was definitely the best vacation we ever had!
We arrived to Cyprus to get married and chose to stay at E — hotel.
Everything was more that excellent – great location, beautiful gardens and roof terrace, the amazing (! ) room with private pool (absolutely value for money! ), the lovely and helpful stuff, the delicious food, the nice and quit swimming pool, the one of the best massages we ever had – So happy about our choice had we don't mind getting married again in order to restore this perfect experience again!

We stayed 4 nights. The reception and resterunt team were very kind. But the clean of room was very bad. No towels change or bed sheets for 3 days. The hotel far from larnaca city about 25 min. The room is very basic standart so much lower then 4 star hotel. I dont recomend.

Great service from the staff, the facilities are clean and the food is very good. The spa is wonderful as well, we had a facial and massage and really enjoyed it, the masseuses were very kind and professional. It's about 20 minutes drive from Larnaca, but frankly we didn't really want to leave the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing stay.

Lovely place to relax, hotel staff are so helpful, maybe have to make sure your room is cleaned every day, they are not so hot on cleaning everyday, but once we pointed it out it was done very quickly, Jeremy (guest relations) is so helpful, only a 10min drive from Lanarca.
It was our birthdays whilst there, every effort made to make our days special, the bar staff were exceptional.
Do not ignore this hotel, so lovely.
