Top location, few meters from finikoudes famous beachfront and near to all amenities, restaurants! The apartments have recently changed management and are now kept in top condition! Customer service is amazing! Keep it up!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at apartment 163 in Larnaca, Cyprus, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The apartment is superb—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a hair dryer and iron to plush towels. The location is excellent and very easy to find, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the host. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They helped us secure a parking spot and were extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, they provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, all of which were spot on.
The apartment also offered a great deal of privacy, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would confidently recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Cyprus / Larnaca. We truly felt at home and look forward to returning in the future!

We moved from rather 'difficult' accomodation in Northern Cyprus to Larnaca for the last few nights of our holiday. This apartment claimed to have a living room and separate bedroom with outside seating on a small balcony. However, this proved not to be the case! It was a studio apartment, there was no comfortable seating, the balcony was tiny and looked out onto a busy junction of streets and opposite a crumbling hotel called the Crystal Palace. We made friends with the pigeons nesting on the balcony opposite! However, the worst part of the experience was the repetitive machinery noise every few seconds throughout the night which kept us awake. We were so fed up by this time that we decided to rearrange our flights and leave early. Not a brilliant place top stay at all!
