Very disappointing customer service. Despite multiple emails regarding my booking, I never received a response.
This lack of communication speaks volumes about their professionalism.
The hotel is nice and well located. All very clean. Problem was the bathroom which smells to bad swage in the building. Clear this is a known problem by the property because when I complained it was not a surprise to them. Also the window of the bathroom limits with the corridor to acess all the rooms… I will not repeat.

Great location close to beach and everything, very nice and friendly staff. Rooms very ok for the price. Few negative things about this place: Didn't get warm water in the shower for the entire week, ever. Asked for reception to check it out but still very cold chilly water in shower. TV didn't have any channels on it and wouldn't find any networks, didn't came to watch TV here so didn't use it. When the next door neighbor smoked on his balcony non-stop, the cigarette smoke would come to the AC unit and suck the smell to room so I could smell the cigarette smell in room time to time. Sometimes very noisy motorbikes and cars on the narrow streets revving their engines you could hear or blasting their bad music to everyone. Otherwise an ok stay for the price.
