In all my years of traveling, Alex is one of nicest and most caring hosts I have met so far. We stayed with him several times for longer periods. If you need anything, he will do his best to help you. He has contacts for everything you need in the city, often with additional discounts. The flat is in a perfect neighborhood esp for longer stays. Everything is nearby and in a few minutes walk you are in the city or at finikoudes beach, but without the downsides of staying directly in the center (I also stayed there before). On the street behind the building is a special drop off area for RideNow car sharing, 10 mins walk you can pick up a car at Cosmos (with discount, if booked online with Alex‘s code), in case you need one for a few days.
The flat is spacious for the inner city and fully equipped. The rooftop pool is a wonderful goodie.
All in all I really recommend staying with Alex!
About complains of other guests:
I never experienced bugs, but this can happen in Cyprus – especially regarding ants. It highly depends on the guests behavior regarding food and trash. If something like this happens or you have any other complaints, tell Alex! He fixed everything in almost no time.
