This hotel is located close to the centre with shops, bars and beaches within a minutes walk. Food was served attractively in a buffet style but included in all inclusive deal was the option to visit 5 restaurant in the local area, that were all very good. Pool towels changed very 3 days, inflatables allowed in pool. Entertainment team provides a variety of activities for all ages. Sun beds could be more comfortable and all inclusive package ends at 12 noon on check out day! Although lunch voucher provided if late flight.

Odessa Beach Hotel 11 Jun 2018 Hotel — spotlessly clean. Lovely areas to sit and relax. Good sized pool. Bedrooms are modern. Staff — incredibly efficient, friendly, very accommodating. We requested a room on a higher floor with a sea view and they duly accommodated this request. Location — central location but not noisy. 2 mins walk to beach and to shops, bars and restaurants. Food — good choice of hot and cold food. Food quality I’d give a 7 out of 10 but for the money you can’t complain. Drinks — selections of local beers and carlsberg. Entertainment — brilliant and enthusiastic young staff working on a shoe string budget.

My auntie was staying at the Odessa beach hotel we visited several times as it was a beautiful hotel and has great entertainment for the children in the evening the rooms were very clean and the staff were so polite and laid back also very helpful if I were to return to Cyprus this hotel would be the top of my list.

Everything was better than I expected, all of the staff were outstanding, the room was excellent, the variety and presentation of food was a pleasure to look at, all the food was lovely.

Excellent hotel, it is cleaned everyday, staff are the most friendly you could ever meet. The food is plentiful well cooked and hot. The whole area is clean and safe, toilets clean, soap in all toilets, bed sheets changed every few days as they have been on every visit we have made in the last 20 years. Best hotel and staff ever.

Great hotel with excellent staff to make your stay a perfect break form work. Good facilities great pool a short walk to beach. With a great grass are for peace and quiet if you don't wish to sit around the pool. Reception always very helpful thank you Electra and David in restaurant.

5/5 Our stay at this hotel was lovely. We were on an all inclusive package with the choice of 7 restaurants to eat in, free Wi-Fi free fridge and safe deposit boxes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment team were great.

We all had hopes for the Odessa hotel as a last minute booking we thought this hotel would tick most of our boxes, if not all of them. But unfortunately the youngest member of our family caught hand foot and mouth on the fourth day of our stay. This has now been confirmed by our GP in the U. K. However, when three different visiting private Doctor's came to us at the hotel and our child was obviously suffering from HFM we kept being told it was 'just a virus', 'flu' 'dummy rash' around her mouth! All three Doctor's refused to name the virus that our child had contacted, and kept repeating 'it's just a virus'.! This hotel is dirty. The restaurant floors are dirty, the high chairs are dirty, the rooms aren't cleaned properly and our sheets were stained from the day we arrived, and not changed for the whole week we stayed. The toilet pool did not have any hand soap in the dispenser for the whole week! I'm now not surprised my daughter became so ill. The hotel staff have no personality. But the animation team are amazing, and work so hard. Give them a proper stage for goodness sakes! The area they have to entertain in is just embarrassing. The bar area stinks, and makes it impossible to sit anywhere near it. The only way I can describe is like a mixture of an egg and yeast smell. There is obviously a beer pump issue or the bar towels have never been washed. Sun loungers, again, dirty.

Lovely food, staff friendly, but rooms ate a little poor.

Very bad. Deposits for everything. Five euro deposit to use the fridge in the room. Wifi not free. Deposit for towels. Tsokos company do bussines like other hotels back in 2000. Cheap owners, very bad hotels…

All of the staff speak Russian, 1-2 person, it is more than enough, you can always find them, friendly, willing to help. The sea, the beach is very close, while looking at a map it is not visible. Boring was not independently studied the village and the surrounding area. In the hotel there was no entertainment except the bar with drinks, cocktails have done different, delicious. Every day in the city attended the show enough different for 7 nights. Hotel in the Centre, good shopping.

The best beach on the coast! The hotel is good, but without the frills. And don't change pillow cases.

Good hotel but the staff there speak 2-3 person. Therefore, without knowledge of English there would be problematic in the Protaras bored and have nothing to do.

Nice hotel close to the beach and near to restaurants and bars.

The hotel is really old, the room and the room at the level of 2*, eating something that my husband and I were afraid of poison. In addition, towards the end of dinner, the staff defiantly began to clean dishes, with all his views showing that we too sat up and it's high time we get out of here. Not to say that this horror, I still don't tend to гиперболизму, but we had to live there for two days, and we decided not to tempt fate, but to move to the neighboring 5*.
