Great sea front location very clean and the staff from the reception to the cleaners are always there to help. Nothing is to much.

We had a beautiful 10 days at this lovely hotel, its in a quiet location but close enough to the stip where there are loads of bars and restaurants. On arrival we were given a upgrade to a sea view room the view's are amazing, the rooms were lovely and modern and has everything you need. The maids work exceptionally hard and we had clean towels daily, the breakfast had something for everyone. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. A truly lovely hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making us welcome.

In a great location, spacious clean rooms and attention to detail by the management! The food in the hotel dining room is varied and good quality. The kiosk food is also of a high standard. Would recommend!

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. I would recommend the food, only if it were hotter. Everything seems to be lukewarm, breakfast, lunch+dinner. A tad dissappointed. However, I would come back, but not to eat…!

Fantastic hotel right on the beautiful beaches of south eastern Cyprus.

We have been in the Spa and met Oana many times, she is a wonderful maseuse, who we can stongly rekomend. The Spa is very relaxing and you feel very refreshed afterwards. Eva and Hans from Sweden.

Nice hotel but unfortunately the Russians spoilt it slightly… couldn’t get on the sun loungers round the pool as the Russians took over them. They would walk away and leave towels on the sun loungers so no one could sit on them. They where very rude and my partner put a parasol up and the Russians started complaining. Not the hotels fault but something could be done to stop them just taking over the pool area?!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, special mention to the guys & girls in the kiosk bar, they made our holiday.

Perfect position, lovely room. Only had bed and breakfast, which was lovely, just needs more variety on the fruit and nuts. Didn’t like the man on guard as you walk in the restaurant, watching everything you do, incase you steal food to take out! He wasn’t very friendly, as only acknowledged who he wanted to! Reception staff not very friendly either. I saw lots of people fall over round the pool if they didn’t have shoes on, so should have a notice up warning them! But nice to walk onto the strip every night.

Stayed in early June 2018. The hotel very much, would give it 4 stars. The room was overlooking the sea. The room is clean, fresh repair, modern furniture, all necessary is. Breakfast buffet super. Service personnel special thanks, for the solution of any questions.

Nice to hear Russian language at the reception. The hotel is modern, furniture, linen are new, convenient location — on the beach. Pool and sunbeds — a perfect place to relax after a tiring road. A variety of dishes on the buffet that will delight any gourmet! The friendly staff of the hotel is its advantage. Recommend.

Wonderful week spent here. Beautiful refurb. Should be definitely rated higher than 3 star. Another visit is definitely on the cards. Staff, service and room beyond reproach. Loved it.

A very modern and renovated hotel. We only landed here because our originally booked hotel (The Princess Beach Hotel) was overbooked. We made the best of it and let us go well. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, the food and cleanliness were impeccable. The pool was okay and a small towel was fußnah to reach. The larger, very overflowing beach was only a few hundred meters away. The village of Protaras is a pure tourist resort, a bit too much for our taste!
One does not go on holiday to speak German but the hotel was occupied exclusively with Russians and Brits. But, contrary to all fears, we have not had any disadvantages.

Ok where to start. The whole place is dated. Very old and it shows. The room we had overlooked an old field out the back. Come night time, thats it there local kids on scooters all night playing football till 0500 easy. Complained but nothing was done. We went in june 2011 self c. George the cook there was Fantastic, maggie from the uk on reception was great, and husband steve. All the staff were great, palmen, julia, so, so helpfull. (louis has left thank god) was a total madman. Pool was spotless cleaned every day at 0600, you will not find a place anywhere along that coast thats closer,, FANTASTIC. Just a bloody shame its so old, and sad inside. Ive just come back again from cyprus and made a point of going to visit all the staff there… GET THE PAINT BRUSHES OUT PLEASE. 8/10 Try there T bone its to die for. 10/10
