A cool, cozy family hotel. The staff are polite, sympathetic! The rooms are small. That's why I put four stars. There is an opportunity to check in the rooms with an adjacent door. The location of the sunbeds pleased with its variety of panoramas.

Just an awesome experience. Went back again this year. Staff as friendly as ever. New management team headed by Anyhow. Lovely welcome. Bar staff so helpful along with restaurant staff. Towel guys great. Entertainment man Peppi excellent. Keeping you entertained all day. Reception staff lovely. Night & day. Cleaning staff charming. Clean & fresh rooms. Excellent choice of foods all day in restaurant. Want fault the attitude by all staff. Even had a maasage& haircut this year. Can't fault the commitment by everyone to make this an experience you will never forget.

It's a great hotel. The sea view room offers the same great view (especially if the room is on the 6th floor). Good beach in the bay — sand, gentle descent. A little further — stones stone plateau, you can dive and watch the fish.
The rooms are nice, cozy, comfortable.
In general, there was not a single criticism. Great four stars.

Great hotel in beautiful surroundings, pretty flowery gardens and right on the beach. Food amazing plenty of choice and branded named alcohol drinks but all inclusive stops at 11pm. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and throughout the gardens, beach a little busy as other people are able to use it and there is a €7.50 charge for 2 sunbeds and a umbrella. Beautiful rooms with sea views, loved my stay here, only knocked a point off for the dreadful loud repetitive music by the pool constantly not very relaxing and the evening entertainment was quiet poor, didn't spoil our enjoyment though would highly recommend this hotel.

A clean, cozy hotel for a quiet family holiday. The service is at a good level. The food is normal, for vegetarians. The sea is close, clean, warm (minibukhta). For families with young children is super.

The room is very clean. Such an experience, or the hotel is new, or absolutely fresh renovation. The hotel is directly on the beach. A cozy cove. The hotel has everything for a peaceful holiday. For a stormy holiday choose another hotel. To Protatasa or Paralimni minutes 5-10 by bus. But it is better to rent a car, it will not limit itself territory of hotel. In the evenings live music sounds, the staff is very professional, stretches to five stars. On the balconies allowed to smoke, I did not like it, because I do not smoke, and all the smell pulls in the room. Well, in the evening it is difficult to relax on the balcony, admire the views of the sea, as it is difficult for me in tobacco smoke.

There is no question about the four stars. A firm "three". Pros: Quiet, calm, first line. Cons: Outskirts of Protaras, around the suburbs, no infrastructure. Either you are in the hotel or you need to go somewhere far.

The Hotel is only be recommended! On Top of that. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty and the selection is great. Have AI posted and were exactly treated and served as HP's guests. Upscale modern amenities, the rooms are very nicely decorated. The facility includes the Pool area and a large garden with free the are are also operated with drinks. Located in the Bay are subject to a fee. Almost in the whole system a good Wi-Fi connection with good Internet speed. The Hotel is definitely worth a visit. Great Stay.

Our stay at crystal springs was gorgeous. Super friendly staff and clean rooms. The food was very tasty and there was plenty of choice. To the beach it was only a few meters once down the stairs, and you was already there and it is super nice and quiet
because you are not your own. Crystal springs also has a beautiful garden where you can just lie down and laze around. I would go there again and again.

I have been visiting this hotel for years. Staff are great. The grounds are well kept and clean and there are great views of the bay. Worth a visit.

Good quality hotel with small territory. A great beach in a small Bay. Food is not varied, but the quality. The hotel service is also good. Rooms are renovated and old. But the owner of the hotel promised for the season of 2018 to do a full renovation. You can go!

Wonderful holiday this October (2017) — relaxed atmosphere, friendly hard-working staff, hotel and grounds were well kept, in a great location as long as you're happy being away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Protaras. Protaras is only a bus ride away should you feel the need.

An ideal hotel for enjoyable relaxation and recreation during self-determined sporting activities. The food was excellent and represented the highlight of the relaxing holiday day. In addition, there was an interesting island tour and bus excursions to Ayia Napa and Paralimni. We were thrilled.
The large garden with beautifully flowered plants was particularly beautiful. Despite the widespread drought, the lawn was green and nature thrived lush. If you were travelling in the early morning, you could see the irrigation systems that were later parked. It was also funny to calmly observe the game of the sparrows, which always appeared in groups in the garden.
Throughout the holiday there was glorious sunshine and under the shady palm trees you could stand it. On a bathing day, stormy waves came from the sea, which were an excellent photo opportunity. Our bathing bay was relatively protected and bathing in the light surf was great fun.

Excellent well run hotel, excellent food, staff, service. Cascading subtropical gardens leading down to a beach. Quiet location. Or was. Currently a problem with a noisy bar that does not respect the location. Hopefully it gets shut down. One of the best hotels on the island.

Beautiful beach, clean rooms and tasty food. + caring staff. But, if you take a sea view, Windows are located inside the hotel where the pool and bar, fall asleep in the evening is possible only with closed Windows and air conditioning. In the morning from 7 am also getting ready for Breakfast and to sleep, you need to close the window. Keep that in mind.

Our 5 stars for 4* hotel category with gr8 food, refular animation programs, nice beach for kids and beautiful surroundings. Silent place and night live reachable by walk just around the corner.

Rested in early August. Gorgeous warm sea water +27, complete calm. Sandy beach, sunset in the sea sand, then stones. The hotel area consists of terraces with sun loungers. You can select spots in the garden, on the lawn above the beach. To occupy the sun beds need not, at any time you can find empty. Room Suite on the 6th floor. Lateral view of the sea. Can be noisy from the evening animations from the road and from the karaoke across the road. Approaching the tourist bus is very loud. In the room kettle, tea, coffee replenished, a bottle of champagne upon arrival. Towels are grey not otstiryvaniya spots. Put a lot of detergents. The food is OK.

The hotel is located right on the beach. I have a great deal with hotel staff, theay are really kind. Great food. In front of the hotel is a beautiful exotic garden with a swimming pool. Rooms are clean. The bus stop is right behind the hotel.

Not a good experiment. It's a beautiful green area, a sea of 15 meters.

The room was clean and the bed would be clean, the soap would not be replaced, the laundry would be available for a month. The menu is not wide enough. But they cook well. The beach is clean. The sand entrance, but in the vicinity, there are stones on the akvashuzy. There are virtually no animations for children. Adults would love the evening performances of the artists. There's no restaurants around, a café. It's just a couple-three shops with prices, even slightly lower than Protaras. If you don't clean the rooms, you'll have a solid four. For the five, there's not enough infrastructure around.

Well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great beach and lovely views. We are only bed and breakfast but breakfast is varied and very good.

I have to thank absolutely the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel and especially all the staff who made me live a dream experience in a real paradise on earth, the fact of beauty, harmony, nature and charm, surrounded by flowers and the sea and the beach is very clean. Extraordinary shows in the evening. Food is fresh and very good, lunch and dinner with a piano. Super equipped gym and excellent masseurs. This place absorbs away all the stress without any doubt. Experience to do at least once a year. Thanks thanks thanks. See you in October for another lovely experience.

Awesome. Great place to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, the pool, the beach, the bus stop, the Paralimni, the hotel, the location of the airport, the room is a great place to go, and there are a number of different outlet and bakery. But there's no noise good like in the same Aya-Napa. Up to 5 stars may not be able to stretch, but hard 4 +. Anyway, come on, you won't regret it.

Super hotel, had a very nice week here. The Bay in front of the hotel is simply gorgeous, by banning fish in the area you can very nice snorkeling in the Bay and many. See fish.

Very nice hotel, polite and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, but the quality of the lunch and dinner menu could be better. Very convenient access to the beach, plenty of sun beds.

Very mixed bag, lots of improvements to be made. Pro's: Great location and great beach. Very friendly staff. Great reception / atrium area. Con's: Overall poor food. Long wait time for food. Very poor setting for entertainment. (People stand in front of the stage and block everyone's view. ) Very poor air conditioning. No music / radio after entertainment. Very small / poor bathrooms in hotel rooms. Very small canteen area. (Tables are very close together, constantly getting dumped by the person behind). Very small food menu for all inclusive during the day at the bar. Very small drinks menu for all inclusive. Dress code — gives an uncomfortable feel of trying to be too formal. The elevators are very dangerous (I have seen 3 people in 10 days get trapped in the door including a disabled women. )

It is a clean and spacious hotel complex, with very good service and polite and courteous staff. The food is excellent and the rooms are very well equipped. G. L.

Very nice beach. Rooms are not something extremely beautiful, but good enough to sleep in convenient and quite conditions. Meals are very tasty in general and everybody can find something for himself. Main minus is that it locates rather far from shops and other activities, but it is compensated by buses that drives often.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff and management are always interested in solving your problems and friendly. This is one of the best and tranquil bays along the coast. Just a great place to relax body and soul. Right next to the hotel there is a rocky beach, but like everywhere on the beaches of Cyprus, sunbeds there municipal and paid. However, already slightly above the beds of the hotel on the green lawns. The hotel has everything you need: gym, Laundry, restaurant, swimming pool and more. Also near the hotel, public transport stop, where with the help of the bus 102 can reach the city in the beginning of a kilometer-long shopping street (begins immediately возлеMcDonalds) and back on the 101 bus. The hotel is at a distance from Protaras, so all the tours pick you up first and return last. The hotel is peace and quiet. If you need drive and entertainment, then on the same bus you can reach Ayanami and to hang out there at night clubs, but if you go there just for the sake of it, it is better to turn your attention to the town of Paphos. Overall we hence did not want to leave any way, but I had to. Definitely will return to this hotel. P. S. — the hotel shamelessly baryzhat Internet for 30 euros for 7 days. If you go for a long time, you better buy a SIM card with unlimited Internet for 10 days — will be cheaper.
